Location is also great. I would definately stay over again. It is a little small,but owner did well to utelize the space.Everything that you need is there.

• Whitney (10/5): Cosy little studio apartment - I came down to South Africa to do some work in Bellville. Location was really ideal for work and leisure, close to restaurants and Plattekloof Village Shopping Centre. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Very cute little backyard where we ate our dinner every night. Noellien was more than helpful, always checking up and making sure we were okay. She takes pride in being a good host. We also liked the seperate guest entrance so we could come and go as we please. We will be back without a doubt. Nothing

The bathroom has a lot of space and the shower is nice and big. The bed is comfy and Noellien always checked in to find out how we were doing and if we needed anything (change of sheets, toilet paper, new crockery etc). Very happy with how well we were accommodated. We were able to come and go from the property freely using a separate entrance which made moving around much easier. The room is small and compact but there are a lot of compartments to store items and clothes under the bed and next to the bed. The amenities include a small bar fridge, a microwave and an iron with an ironing board.

• Christian (10/5): Lovely stay, perfect location and the best hosts. - Very friendly reception and hosts. You felt as if you were visiting family or friends. The location is ideal to get to Blouberg / Big Bay, the Winelands, or airport. Getting to the City is fast, if you avoid the morning rush hours. And for shopping away from tourists traps, Tygervalley Mall is just around the corner. Don't forget to visit Tygerberg nature reserve to get an unforgettable view of the city, False Bay, Atlantic and mountains.

• Shanylin (10/5): Felt like I was home away from home - There was everything! Rusks, coffee, sugar, milk, some fruit and even two cupcakes. There were even two tampons which I was so thankful for because I ran out of mine. The lady is super nice, so is her husband. We had total privacy and a very clean room, good wifi and water was always hot. Will definitely go back again I liked everything.

In the bathroom there was a complimentary vanity set. You can literally show up with nothing but a clean set of clothes. Everything else is provided in the room. The hostess is super friendly and accommodating and just goes the extra mile. I accidentally stepped in some doggy ** and she was sweet enough to make sure my shoes got cleaned. Die Strandloper is perfect for a female traveling alone as it's extremely safe, but also great for a couple looking for some quality time. The fact that I didn't stay longer! Everything about this place is just perfect!

• Lilanie (10/5): Solo female Relaxation weekend - Everything! Die Strandloper is a hidden gem. The hostess is lovely and extremely helpfull whilst respecting your privacy. The room is so beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, extremely clean and comfortable. I was treated to complimentary coffee, cappuccino, tea and the most delicious rusks. Plus a fruit bowl and chocolate muffins. This is the perfect place if you just need a quiet weekend away, and also great for solo female traveler as it's extremely safe with secure parking. I will definitely be back, this little place is perfect! That i couldn't stay longer.

• Maria (10/5): I had a cozy stay at the Strandloper Room, with lovely décor, thoughtful treats. - I had a lovely and peaceful stay at the Strandloper Room. The surroundings were quiet, and the interior was beautifully decorated. There was a nice selection of tea and coffee, along with complimentary fruit and homemade muffins. It was a real treat during the cold weather. The warm electric blanket was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

• Hovsepian (10/5): Amazing host and place, safe location would defenetely come back! - The location is perfect! Super safe and green, the room is extra comfy for a single person or couple. Wifi works wthout any issues and all the other facilities exceed ones expectations.
• Grace (10/5): Perfect stay - I liked everything, it was just perfect. In fact I ended up extending my stay and I would have stayed longer but there was no availability. The place is quiet and located in a nice and safe neighborhood. The room is pristine clean and nicely decorated, The bed was comfortable, equipped with electric blankets to keep you warm. There is a little fridge a kettle and tea and coffee that are constantly replaced if you need them. the tv has Netflix and the wifi is super fast. They would leave delicious muffins and fresh fruit almost everyday in my room. Such a kind gesture. They even kept my luggage in a safe place for many hours until I was ready to collect it. I will never forget the hospitality, reliability and kindness of the owners and all the staff of the Strandloper room! I liked everything.
