• Salat23 (8/5): Affordable option to sleep at during a long road trip. - Convenient location close to the main road from Baltic countries to Poland. Easy self-checkin so do not have to rely on opening hours of the reception Everything was OK for a short stay while traveling but would not want to stay here for multiple nights (the rooms are literally right next to the outside pathway and one does not feel a lot of privacy in there).

• Timo (8/5): - Tilava. Ilmalämpöpumppu oli mukava yllätys. Kylpyhuoneessa oli kamala viemärin haju. Vessan oven kahva tippui, jos sitä yritti käyttää.

Vessa todella kylmä ja en voi suositella hajuste yliherkille, koska siivousaineina on käytetty voimakkaita pesuaineita tai huoneeseen on suihkutettu jotain todella voimakasta hajuja peittävää ainetta.

The bed was comfortable Breakfast was a little sparse with no options for cereal or fruit juice and did not meet the price paid (10 Euros per day). There wasn't any hotel staff on duty and the reception remain closed throughout my stay

• Suvi (9/5): Kätevä lyhytaikaiseen majoitukseen. Mielestäni hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. - Helppo pysäköinti suoraan majoituksen eteen. Helppo sisäänkirjaituminen, siisti huone, shampoo ja hiustenkuivaaja. Kaikki mitä tarvitaan lyhyeen majoitukseen. -

• Luca (4/5): Da dimenticare, non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato ( che era pure scontato!!) - La prima camera assegnatami era già stata usata, ho dovuto richiamare nottetempo il servizio clienti che fortunatamente ha subito risolto. Mobilio datato, lenzuola alquanto consumate, cattivo odore in camera (sapeva di stantio) e una doccia scandalosa: il doccino non restava attaccato sul supporto a muro ed ho dovuto fissarlo con del nastro adesivo.

The first room we got let in had been used, dirty bed sheets and dint smell pleasant. They put us in the room next door after and the shower was broken. Nothing.
• Lloyd (4/5): An ideal place if you can stand the smell - Well located with good parking. Comfortable beds and a warm room. Ideal for a one night stop. The hotel has a waste water drainage problem. Our room smelt terrible with the stench coming from the drainage in the bathroom. Very unpleasant and like sleeping in a public toilet even with the bathroom extractor fan running all night.

Marraskuussa oli jo pimeää saavuttaessa, pihassa ei ollut mitään valoja, suuri vaara kaatua rotvallin reunoihin. Huone oli kylmä (+13 astetta) saatuamme oven vihdoinkin auki. Numerolukon käyttö on vaikeaa pimeydessä. Lämmitys ei ollut päällä, ulkona nollakeli, lämpöpatteri ei toiminut. Saimme vihdoinkin ilmalämpöpumpun toimimaan, tähän meni tunti. Kylppärin lattia oli jääkylmä. Paikalla ei ole henkilökuntaa. Soitin hotel Mercurin numeroon josta pitäisi saada apua. Lupasivat lähettää ohjeet miten ilp saadaan päälle. Mitään ohjeita ei tullut. Surkeaa toimintaa, kylmänä vuoden aikana huoneessa pitää olla lämmitys valmiiksi päällä, ei sitä voi jättää asiakkaan vastuulle.

• Dalius (4/5): Regret I didn't book an apartment in Marijampole - Plenty of parking, and our request to change the room was fulfilled. There's an AC which helped to warm up the room as it was pretty cold. Shower area pretty good and hot water came instantly. When we arrived (evening) the area was pitch black, no lighting. The booked room was smelling cigarettes, and bathroom had really bad sewage smell. Also we asked for double bed but the room had 2 beds joined together (separate mattresses). We asked for another room which didn't have the smells but had 2 separate beds that we couldn't join together, and it wasn't as clean. The walls are paper-thin, you can hear noises not only from your neighbours, but also rooms behind the neighbours. When neighbours talk, it feels as if they are in your room. Our neighbours arrived very late and were very loud, which shortened our sleep time by 2-3 hours.

• Iain (1/5): It was cheap but should have been cheaper given the poor quality - Location off the motorway. Whilst not on site, staff were helpful in granting access Accommodation was dirty and smelly. Curtains consisted of thin paper which did not block out the light

• Jevgenia (5/5): A bit confusing code lock - Reminds motels in american movies. Once you touch the screen to activate it, system says “code is incorrect” and screen gets dark again. You touch screen again to activate it and get same message again, and then you hear signalisation sound 🤦‍♀️ It took some time to “play” with this code lock to get inside the room.
