• Suse (9/5): Super cute studio in the heart of Siena - Fabulous location, 5 minutes walk to main piazza del campo. Very clean, great kitchen, good size fridge. Very comfortable clean bed with good pillows. Nice design and decor. Really good sized TV on the wall. Good mood lighting. Dry noisy- cars park right outside the window. No washing machine.

• Matteo (10/5): - La posizione era veramente comoda a 2 minuti da Piazza del Campo. L'alloggio poi era molto carino e curato. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido la notte del 12/10 con l'apertura del portone, ma si è risolto tutto. Nei giorni successivi non abbiamo avuto piu problemi.

• ABVET (6/5): - Ottima Posizione - Non c'era acqua calda causa malfunzionamento caldaia la sera appena arrivati (doccia fredda), in mattinata in modo molto solerte è stata rimessa in attività, la sera/notte caldaia di nuovo non funzionante (doccia fredda), la mattina contattato il numero di riferimento su WhatsApp, ma nessuna risposta. - caldaia molto rumorosa appena rimessa in attività, silenziosa la sera appena tornati, perché non funzionante - frigo rumoroso, dettaglio non trascurabile in un monolocale - assenza di interruttori per accensione delle luci di fianco al letto, ma lontane oltre 2 metri dal letto.
• Guest (8/5): Genial - La ubicación es muy buena, aparcar en siena es complicado y la ZTL no ayuda. El sitio es amplio y bonito, muy limpio y equipado. A la caldera le cuesta arrancar. La nevera mete ruido por la noche, pero si la apagas todo perfecto!

• GERALD (8/5): - La situation dans le centre de Sienne. L'équipement permettant de faire un peu de cuisine. Bruit des voitures dans la rue en pente.
• cadonik (10/5): Palio di agosto 2025 - Posizione strategica in pieno centro storico, a soli 150 metri da Piazza del Campo. L'appartamento è perfetto. Ristrutturato a nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche di parecchi giorni. Materasso e cuscino comodissimi, biancheria a sufficienza (con anche asciugamani di ricambio). Angolo cottura comodo, con lavastoviglie, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero enorme e forno a microonde. Le stoviglie sono nuovissime e abbondanti. Il bagno pur essendo cieco è dotato di ottima aspirazione ed è molto comodo con doccia ampia e prodotti per l'igiene di qualità. Niente che non andasse bene. Tutto perfetto.

• Santos (4/5): Stressful check-in. Don't recommend - Good location and is a nice apartment There is no parking like mentioned in booking. You can leave the car 20 min away or pay a lot to leave it in a garage. For the check in they send you a 1km long message with a lot of info that of course you will not read everything and you have no idea what to do when you arrive there. They give info about an office and a locker and something on the first floor and some other address and we got it all wrong, we were in the wrong place and then called them like 10 times and no one answered! Horrible and very stressful check in. Don't recommend

• Paul (9/5): Modern, well stocked, studio apartment in a great location. - A modern, spacious studio apartment a short walk from the centre. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The little touches made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. There were painting supplies stored outside the window. We were limited to accessing natural light during the day. The blinds did not black out the morning light. The apartment is located down a steep hill, makes for a good workout.

Very near the Piazza del campo and all the beautiful Sienese attractions. The Climb!! The apartment is halfway down a long hill, but at the top and the bottom, you will find it well worth it.!! Not really suited to those with mobility issues.
