Siphesihle (8/5): My experience at Frere guesthouse - The beautiful views are to die for. Their space was very very clean also the honesty/snacking bar was inviting. Frere is a beautiful and quiet place to go to if you need some time to think. The shower 🔥 and the water pressure 🔥. We enjoyed the commune kitchen, braai area and the dining room because we were the only guests. In Frere 2 the bathroom window can not be closed properly so we had insects (insects that follows the lighting) coming in the bathroom and in the room as well that was a bit of a disaster. I didn't like the open plan bathroom, some sliding door would be great, not necessarily for privacy but for aesthetics. Another thing, they need to build a carport space so that our cars can be safe and protected from the sun and heavy rains. Besides what I mentioned I do recommend Frere and I am definitely going back.
Colette (7/5): Good - The accommodation was great. They offer a lovely 3 bedroom farm house with inter-leading rooms to a hallway to the common areas. The hosts are very helpful and communicate well. The access to the house is not suitable for a car. There is only a sand path but in the rain the road becomes dangerous. It is also far off from the main road which is tarred.

Teresa (7/5): It was good & served a purpose for the wedding that we attended which was 10km away 👍🏻 - Location was a bit off the main road in the middle of nowhere, but it was a new building with up to date facilities 👍🏻 The toilet had no privacy! 🙈 The walls were very thin & we could hear the people in the room next door showering & talking 🤦‍♀️ We also didn't like the fact that we had to share the kitchen with people we didn't know, it's nice if all 3 room are booked by the same family.
