• Ignjatović (1/5): a very disappointing stay due to poor conditions and an uncomfortable experience with the staff. - Location is good. We had a problem with the apartment, as soon as we entered the room, we saw that the toilet was clogged, even though we hadn’t put anything inside it. When we contacted the manager, I had a very unpleasant interaction with her. She implied that I was racist, even though I was simply asking that the plumber who comes speaks English, so I could communicate and understand exactly what was happening. That was a very inappropriate and uncalled-for comment. Additionally, the extra bed is very uncomfortable — there are wooden slats between the mattresses, which makes it quite difficult to sleep on. Finally, there is a strong spotlight from a nearby building shining directly into the windows, so during the night it feels almost like daytime. It’s impossible to sleep with the curtains open or the window open because the light is too strong. Even the curtains cannot be fully closed, so if you are someone who cannot sleep with even a small amount of light, this is a serious issue. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

• Marija (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE - Nothing I have stayed at Vanilla Boutique several times, but this has been my worst experience so far. Unlike my previous stays, there was no internet, which forced me to spend 100 EUR on mobile internet from my home country. I stayed for six days, and the room was not cleaned even once. The rooms are located in an old building that does not appear to be regularly maintained. The check-in process was confusing and not as simple as before. Additionally, the front door of the building appeared to have been forced open, which raised concerns about security. I requested reimbursement for the unexpected expenses incurred during my stay, but I have not received any response. I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Very comfy place in the very downtown.good and perfect location to historic area, bars and restaurants. We do not have possibility and manage to open with pur cell phones the wifi on them.and on the TV to use it during our stay. From the property do not feedback us, after my request to help - via booking massages as before our check in, the corespondace stop , do not pick the phone mentioned to be the contact number.

I promptly contacted the owner, who initially responded that they would look into the issue. However, after following up for an update, I received no further response or resolution. As reliable internet is essential for my work, I was forced to arrange and pay for an alternative connection. Had I been aware in advance that the property did not provide working internet—despite it being advertised—I would not have booked it. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted my overall experience.

Χρίζουν άμεσης αλλαγής! Κοροϊδεύετε τους πελάτες σας έχοντας τα εκεί!! Η κοινόχρηστη βεράντα βρώμικη, παρατημένη μες τα σκουπίδια.. Στεγνωτηριο ρούχων δεν υπήρχε και γενικώς η όλη κατάσταση εκεί ήταν μια πρόχειρο δουλειά και τίποτα άλλο. Να τα αρπάξουμε με όσο το δυνατόν χαμηλότερο κόστος.Ντροπη σας.
• Tsholofelo (9/5): Best for a week stay, not for laptop/work! - I like that it's simple, clean, self service kitchenette, and quiet building. I like that decor and enough lighting too. I stayed for a week and it was wonderful stay - from Dublin to Thessaloniki. I didn't like the bar stools at all. If working on laptop that wooden chairs need padding, I used a cushion but my legs are short. Very uncomfortable chair if one is working for 6hours. Had to keep standing.

• Panagiotis (5/5): Δεν μπορούσαμε να φάμε , δεν υπήρχε χώρος γιατί το τραπέζι πήγε σε μία γωνιά αναγκαστικά για να ανοίξει ο καναπές . - Η τοποθεσία Καινούργια όλη η κουζίνα . Πολύ καλό μπάνιο. Είναι πολύ μικρό για 4 άτομα. Ο καναπές δεν κάνει για κρεβάτι , πολύ σκληρός τα σίδερα ακουμπούσαν στα σώματα .Δεν είχε κάποιο χώρο να κρεμάσουμε τα ρούχα ενώ είχε 3 κρεμάστρες. Ο κοινόχρηστος χώρος πολύ βρώμικος, αλλά είναι υπαιτιότητα και άλλων. Επίσης η τηλεόραση δεν είχε καν καλώδιο κεραίας.

• Stelina (7/5): - We reserved for 1 night on this accomodation. We are very disappointed with this accomodation, everything was great until we arrived there. Apartament wasn’t clean and always when we use water in bathroom had a strange noise which was very loud . With this noise was imposible to sleep. The main positive thing is location and style of apartament. Hopefully to be better for the next guest.

• Andrada (2/5): A 2/10, and that 2 is just for the aspect of the property. - It looked exactly like the pictures, except a little the bathroom. It was very cold and the AC was not working at all because the dirt filters were full of dust, plus that the whole property was very dirty. Footsteps from somebody else on the floor, dead mosquitoes, lots of dirt, and unhygienic bathroom. the hosts were not communicative and neither helpful, offered irrelevant answers.

• Ρούσσου (1/5): Απογοητευτικη - Ειναι απλα εφε η εικονα πολυ απογοητευτικο στα τοσα χρονια δεν εχω ξαναμεινει σε χειροτερο δωματιο το ερκοντιστιον δεν δουλευει κανει κρυο δεν καθαριζουν αν δεν το ζητησεις για να σου αλλαξουν σεντονια και πετσετες ζητανε λεφτα στα 4 βραδια στο μπανιο εχουν βαλει αντρια για να φευγει το νερο και οτι και να κανεις κανει θορυβο πολυ ενοχλητικο σαν κομπρεσερ ειναι γεματο κουνουπια και το στρωμα στο κρεβατι βουλιαζεις δεν μπορεις να κοιμηθεις αλλα μικρο το κακο σε σχεση με ολα τα αλλα! Και δεν προσφερουν ουτε λιγο νερο τα τηλεφωνα δνε τα σηκωνουν καν αντιεπαγγελματικο εντελως προχειρο δουλεια απλα οτι βγαλουμε!

• Ioannis (5/5): Excellent location and the price is fair but for me the hygienic status of the apartment was not satisfactory.If this as - Excellent location .fair price for that Poor hygiene .dead bugs in the curtain and on the wall .The electric door of the building entrance had an issue and I couldn’t leave the apartment .Also there is no noise cancellation in the apartment it was very noisy

• Julie (8/5): - Very nice clean apartment, we had to move apartments because we needed a washing machine and they accommodated us. We had to wait a few days. The original unit we were in the internet was hit and miss but when I spoke to the owner he straightened that out for us immediately. Coffee shop downstairs was convenient and lots of food choices around Couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine but somebody helped us or the stove. I thought they were coming

• Giorgos (6/5): - Ήθελα να επικοινωνήσω για τηλεφωνικά για την περίπτωση που μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε κάπου τις βαλίτσες μας μετά το check out μέχρι να έρθει η ώρα να φύγουμε από την πόλη και δεν απάντησε κανείς στα τηλεφωνήματα

• barbara_md (7/5): Η λεπτομέρειες κάνουν την διαφορά... - Πολύ όμορφος χώρος. Άνετος και καθαρός με όλες τις ανέσεις. Σε βολική απόσταση από το κέντρο. Ως προς την τοποθεσία (περιοχή και κτίριο) είναι λίγο περίεργη η γειτονιά. Δημιουργεί ένα αίσθημα ανασφάλειας. Ως προς το δωμάτιο δημιουργείται θόρυβος από το μπάνιο κάθε φορά που τρέχει νερό (καζανάκι, βρύση κλπ). Ίσως το πιεστικο. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει πιστολάκι μαλλιών, το οποίο ομολογουμένως ήταν η πρώτη φορά που κατάλυμα δεν το είχε σαν παροχή. Ακόμη, και το πιο σημαντικό για μένα, ήταν πολύ απρόσωπη η στάση της επιχείρησης. Και δεν είναι το ζήτημα της αδυναμίας παράτασης του check out, το οποίο ήταν σεβαστό. Όταν όμως ο πελάτης καλεί στο τηλέφωνο της επιχείρησης, αναμένεται τουλάχιστον σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα να τον καλέσουν πίσω, γιατί θα μπορούσε να έχει συμβεί οτιδήποτε. Αυτό δεν συνέβη. Και μια λεπτομέρεια (αλλά αυτές τελικά κάνουν την διαφορά)... Είχα 3 διανυκτερευσεις. Το οποίο σημαίνει ότι είχα και 3 πρωινά. Δεν φρόντισε κανείς να παρέχει και μια 3η κάψουλα καφέ για το τελευταίο μου πρωινό στο δωμάτιο.
