- Guest (4/5): I highly don’t recommend this apartment - Self checking We recently stayed at this apartment , but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Here are some of the issues we encountered: - *Dirty Floor*: The floor was dirty and had hairballs, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. - *Moldy Dishwasher*: The dishwasher was moldy and had leftovers in it, which was disgusting. - *Bad Smell*: The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor, indicating poor cleanliness. - *Malfunctioning Washing Machine*: The washing machine didn't work properly and damaged our clothes. - *Unclean Bed Sheets*: The bed sheets were unclean and insufficient. - *Poor Lighting*: The lighting in the apartment was poor, making it feel dark and gloomy. - *Damaged Sofa*: The sofa had a noticeable burning spot. - *Unclean Refrigerator*: The refrigerator was not clean, and we found leftover chicken from previous guests, which was unacceptable. What's more, the hosts sent us a threatening message, demanding that we wash the dishes or pay €40. This added to our frustration and disappointment.

- Simon (5/5): A nice apartment, close to tourist sites, let down by a lack of attention & basic items. - The apartment was clean and pleasant. You will need to bring the following items yourself as they are not available in the apartment: Saucepans for boiling veg, pasta, etc. Only one small pan was available. Olive oil/butter for frying food. Three frying pans are available, but nothing to fry/cook with Kitchen paper towels. In you find them useful then bring your own. Batteries for the TV remote. Toilet paper, only 2 rolls available. There were a couple of other small but essential things missing but I can't remember them right now. Top tip: if you hate smells then the automatic 'perfume' dispenser is in the bathroom.

- Nemanja (1/5): Lots of moisture.. - Location. A lot of moisture and it smells like mold. it is right next to the construction site and we couldn't sleep even one morning. The bed is very uncomfortable for sleeping. The rest is ok...
- Oscar (10/5): Exceptional - The location is wonderful. A great neighborhood to explore that is full of shops and restaurants.. It's a bit of a walk to get to sites such as the Cathedral, but I didn't mind. Nearby construction started early, and there was a bit of noise, but it wasn't that bad.

Its stylish facilities seems were arranged from a garage in the past. Everything you need is there, modern equipment. Fast wifi. We have been annoyed by builders' noise from the street during working days. They start at 7:00... The flat lacks soundproof, so any sound from the street is straight received :( ... but the street is calm usually except the mornings. Washing machine did not work and expired batteries in TV remote.

- Xiaoqi (7/5): not so bad after all - it’s pretty new and clean, not enough shower gel or shampoo, bed upstairs can be dangerous to go as stairs are not very stable. Friendly and informative host. well-equipped kitchen. all kinds of shops are available around the neighbours Construction works were undertaken while staying, but still a bit noisy as people going pass streets during days and nights, no privacy if roll up the windows bathroom was nicely cleaned but water all went out while taking showers
