- Olexandra (1/5): Bad - I really liked the people who helped us late in the evening to break down a wicket that wouldn’t open. It took more than an hour for us to just get into the territory, not to mention the fact that it took another half hour to open the gate. The broken wicket, and there was cold in apartaments and the fact that after all of this we couldn't return our money because the app write that we must to pay fine for canceling the booking and owner of the house didn't know how to cancel our booking with money returning.
