The place was beautiful, huge, so clean and smelling beautiful. Amenities were lovely. My room was fantastic. I definitely recommend this place. Also check the ice cream store downstairs. They're fantastic as well. Location a bit far and that is all.

- Dagmara (8/5): Very good - It was clean. There were 3 rooms for one bedroom. Everything was super clean and nice. I would just add a little coffee machine ;) but there is a nice Caffè and ice cream shop downstairs. For any additional service you have to pay a lot of money. For instance 18Eur for late check out etc. So everything within the price is reasonable everything more is super extensive. But to be fair they are flexible if you ask.

- Paulina (9/5): A great place to stay, very comfortable and in good price - Property cleaned every day, very nice staff. We had anniversary and they prepared a surprise for us. Comfortable beds, nice balcony with a place to sit and eat breakfast. Welcoming gifts were provided: slippers, juices, bath products. WiFi worked well and tv has Netflix on it. It would be great if we could use the oven and stove but there was a microwave so we managed to prepare food anyway

- Ingrid (10/5): Exceptional - This is by far the most clean place we have been to. Ever. The bed is amazing, airconditioner AND a fan, just in case. Spacious room, with also table for two. The whole place smells amazing, a there is a kitchen for use for all 3 rooms, and shelfs with boxes for each room to keep food. One can not use the oven, and this is understandable, but there is a microwave. Free coffe, tea, balcony on 2 of the rooms, the other one have acess to balcony in the kitchen. You can always reach the hosts on phone or message, they are very friendly and welcoming. Close to the beach, train station miramare is not far away. Highly recommend this place!

While the location is quite far from the train station, it is accessible with the buses in Rimini. There are also many things to see around the area (the beaches, the markets, etc.) Nothing. My stay was perfect.

- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The room is very large. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a multi-function shower. The location is very good, close to the beaches. If you like to party, rimini is the place to be. Just watch out for theft. The staff are very helpful and always contactable. I have nothing to complain about, I seriously recommend it
