• Jovanic (2/5): - Stan je vrlo prostran i super za obitelj sa djecom. Lokacija je super.Spavaca soba je odvojena od ogromnog dnevnog boravka. Klime su u svakoj sobi i vrlo je čisto. Ulazak u zgradu i stubište je jezivo i prljavo, na 4 katu prolazite kroz hodnik koji je strašan, bili smo sa klincima koji su se navečer prestravili jer su čuli buku u hodniku od susjednih stanara ili bolje rečeno "divljaka" i strašno deranje, zvučalo je kao da su se tukli. Nismo smjeli navečer izaći iz apartmana. Crijevo u tuš kabini je puknuto i slabiji je pritisak.Nedostatak parkinga i lifta. Krevet u dnevnom boravku je vrlo star i poderan.
• Tom (3/5): I'd avoid this place, pay the extra money. - The pasta restaurant down the road was good. Bed was comfortable. The first issue we faced that there was nowhere to park or pull over to collect keys. Parking nearby is no where nearby, it's a long way away. Up many flights of stairs, you enter a very strange and haunted feeling hallway - holes in the walls, padlocks on outside of broken doors, flooded stained carpets and odd characters moving between doors. The apartment was large but oddly and sparsely furnished (different from pictures) with some of the furniture broken. The shower was unusable without flushing out the entire bathroom with freezing air from the window - a horrible lingering smell of sewerage.

• grande abella (5/5): - L’apartament està situat en un edifici històric de la ciutat portuaria de Rijeka. L’apartament és gran i està net. Malauradament, tot i que l’empresa que ho gestiona sempre ha donat resposta a la nostra queixa, l’experiència no ha sigut bona. L’accés a l’apartament era deplorable. Escales perillosament ultra lliscants pel desgast de la pedra i l’apartament estava al final d’un passadís sense paviment acabat. Al passadís hi havia diferents portes en estat d’enderroc amb candaus que portaven qui sap a on. Hi havia altres portes segellades amb espuma de polioretà i plastificades. Hi havia forats a les parets i feia olor a tabac. L’excusa de que el lloguer era només de l’apartament i no del seu accés, denotava, més enllà de la legalitat, una gran presa de pèl. Les imatges que mostren l’anunci traslladen un context que no és el real. El preu no és coherent i l’anunci no és sincer. Tot plegat trasllada inseguretat i insalubritat. NO RECOMANABLE.
• Vlado (9/5): Gute Lage, keine Angst vom alten Haus, Wohnung ist Top - Super Lage. Es wahr sehr sauber. Große Zimmer und große Fernseher. Wir wahren nur eine Nacht- Durchreise aber Wohnung hat alles. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer... Gebäude ist sehr untergekommen. Wir haben Angst bekommen was uns erwartet. Aber der Wohnung war wirklich gut. Nur 4. Stock ist bißchen anstrengend. Aber wir wurden wieder kommen.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, modern, and clean apartment. The building in which the apartment is located is very dirty, stinky and needs renewal.

• Sandra (8/5): Great apartment, great service but be prepared for a LOT of stairs! - Good communication, very helpful staff. We were able to leave our luggage in the office after check out so that we didn't have to carry our case around all day. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good wifi signal. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. It would have been helpful to know this in advance as my Mother walks with a stick and this was a lot of effort for her. We also were unable to switch on the air conditioning so we slept with the window wide open.

I missed condiments, there were none, not even coffee or tea as is usual in many others.

• Maria (2/5): Very poor - The apartment was big and clean The building is dirty. The floor hall looks abandoned and had a very strong bad smell
• Szilárd (1/5): Terrible feeling. - Only the pictures of the accomodation before the arrival. First of all, we were able to get the accomodation earlier, so the reception was helpful. We were going to the house within which the apartment was the fourth floor. When we went up there was a long corridor before the apartment. The apartment was the end of the corridor. This is where the excitement started. The other doors have no doorknobs, just have padlock and you could look inside (first we just thought these flats are empty but no) The lights was on and they were very dirty inside. The floor is uneven at the corridor and the smell were urine and excrement. It made us sick so we have to ran to our apartment across the corridor. Furthermore the apartment also had a strange smell. There were lots of strange people, they just go in and out between the doors and sometimes they were shouting. When we went back to our apartment they immediately hid from us. It was literally looks like in a horror movie. Therefore the first night we rather just took our packages, return the keys, and came home. On top of all that while we came from the apartment two huge bat were flying at the corridor so we have to ran again.

• Cristi (5/5): Passable - We had an apartment with two rooms, we had plently of place and the location is near the port. A day at this accomodation, out of 24 hours it has only 17 hours, you have to check in after 17:00 and check out at 10:00. ALSO the reception is in another part of the city and you get 0 help with the luggage nor parking transiting the city, you have to come to the reception and then go to the accomodation which is on the last floor of a very "ghetto" building, the apartment is very nice, but inside the building is very suspicious.

• Matija (6/5): Pleasant - Location and spaciousness of the appartement Maintenance of the building that apartement is located in. At the entrance of the building, some old abandoned couch and cigarette buds laying around. When approaching the apartment (at the attic) you need to pass some dodgy looking hallway (as if some squatters are living there as your neighbors).

• Sylvia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious and well furnished. The location is central, a few minutes from the main street and the port. There is parking nearby which costs 1 Euro per hour and is payable between 07:00 and 22:00. The apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator in the building, which is quite inconvenient if you have more luggage.
