• Caroline (9/5): - Our host met us at the apartment and gave us lots of useful information about Granada. They had even left some essential supplies and local beer. Apartment was large and comfortable in a beautiful building.

We found even a good coffee! Nearby there are restaurants, terraces and car parks! We recommend this property with open hard! Is not the case!

• sandra (8/5): - Was uns besonders gut an dem Apartment gefallen hat, ist das Haus insgesamt. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Gebäude mit einem wunderschönen Patio, der einen ganz besonderen Flair hat – genau das lieben wir. Auch das Apartment selbst war sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wirklich an alles gedacht wurde: Es gab sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Wasser, Marmelade, Kaffee im Kühlschrank, Waschmittel, Zahnpasta usw. – man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Auch der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und hatte viele gute Tipps. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert. Das Apartment liegt in einer kleinen Gasse am Rande der Altstadt – also nur wenige Schritte mitten ins Geschehen. Dieser Vorteil hat allerdings auch einen kleinen Nachteil: Durch die engen Gassen und die alten Fenster ist es in der Wohnung recht laut. Das Apartment liegt in einer kleinen, engen Gasse – sehr charmant, aber direkt unterhalb befindet sich eine Bar sowie eine sehr beliebte Tapasbar. Warum diese so beliebt ist, konnten wir allerdings nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag dort, und an jedem Abend bildete sich vor der Bar eine lange Schlange mit entsprechend viel Lautstärke. Da die Fenster des Apartments alt sind und zusätzlich ein Lüfter über dem Herd nach außen führt, dringt der Lärm recht deutlich in die Wohnung. Das sollte man wissen: Wer abends selbst unterwegs ist, tief schlafen kann oder gute Ohrstöpsel dabei hat, wird hier trotzdem wunderbar wohnen. Wer jedoch geräuschempfindlich ist oder früh schlafen möchte, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein – die Nächte können kurz werden. Allerdings ist das kein spezielles Problem dieser Unterkunft, sondern betrifft generell viele Apartments in der Altstadt. Ich würde es aus diesem Grund daher nicht noch mal buchen und mir lieber etwas außerhalb der Altstadt suchen. Granada ist nicht so groß und da gibt es bestimmt ruhigeres….

• Carmen (10/5): Un sejur minunat. - Locația perfectă în inima orașului istoric. Foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice. Apartamentul a fost foarte frumos, bine echipat și proprietarul foarte amabil.
• M (4/5): Leider extrem laut in der Nacht und unangenehme Gerüche im Bad. - Das Apartment liegt fussläufig vom Bahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wohnzimmer ist gross und interessant ausgestattet, die beide Schlafzimmer sind etwas einfacher. - Es richt sehr unangenehn im Bad. - Haar auf dem Polstermöbel - Kopfkissen und Matratze riecht sehr stark nach altem Schweiss - Das Apartment ist extrem laut! Das liegt in der 1. Obergeschoss, und direkt unter dem Apartment ist eine von den jungen Leuten sehr gut besuchte Bar. Die laute Schlange vor der Bar steht Tag und Nacht direkt unter allen Wohnungsfenstern und geht bis zur Eingangtür ins Haus. Bis spät in der Nacht gehen sehr laute Bargäste ein und aus. Morgens sehr früh fangen schon die Strassenreinigungsmaschinen und Lieferverkehr an. Alles geschieht direkt unter den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Und in der kurzen Zeit dazwischen hört man ständig Nachtschwärmer schreien und Roller brummen und huppen. Leider war an Schlafen selbst mit Ohrstöpseln nicht zu denken. - Beide Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer öffnen sich zu einem Flur mit einer Fensterfront zum Treppenhaus. Das Licht im Flur wird durch einen Bewegungsmelder aktiviert, und es gibt keinen Sichtschutz.Wenn man also nachts aus dem Schlafzimmer rausgeht, steht man plötzlich mitten in einem hell erleuchteten Treppenhaus. Das ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache.

• Steven (9/5): We enjoyed our stay very much, Juan was very helpful and answered our questions when needed. The apartment had everythin - It was clean and comfortable, close to shops, bars and historic centre. A little dark but not a problem.

• Sunettra (8/5): A comfortable stay, very good location within walking distance of the Cathedral & shops/restaurants - Excellent communication prior to arrival & we were told we could even leave our bags at the apartment before the check in time - that was really lovely thank you. As it turned out, we were met at the front door & allowed to check in early - another big thank you & shown around the spacious apartment. Two decent size bedrooms, good size bathroom, amenities, huge open plan sitting room with sofa/TV/kitchenette/dining area and fast WiFi - overall, a comfortable stay. Area felt safe and location was good, can easily walk everywhere. The door of one of the bedrooms could not be closed properly, it was stuck scraping the floor so my friend left her door partially ajar at night. The apartment is not the most modern in terms of decorations but then, that isn't a big thing really.
