- Vitalii (4/5): Newer rent Luxury Apartment - Good location. So close to the city center. But that is only one benefit of the apartment. The apartment was disappointing - it was dirty and not suitable for accommodating three people as advertised: - Essential amenities were lacking like towels and bed sheets, which made our stay uncomfortable. - There was a persistent unpleasant odor lingering throughout the apartment. -Additionally, it's worth noting that the apartment we were allocated upon arrival was not the same as the one presented on the booking site, which was quite misleading. - Only one bed was suitable for sleeping, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and inadequate. To add to the frustration, the owner showed a lack of responsiveness to all forms of communication, especially after the payment was made, making it incredibly difficult to address any concerns or issues we encountered during our stay. Moreover, upon check-out, the owner marked our reservation as 'not arrived,' which raised concerns about potential double charges. This forced us to seek assistance from customer support to ensure our payment was not wrongfully charged a second time, further adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, inadequate facilities, poor communication, and misleading practices made our experience highly unsatisfactory and stressful.
