• Wladimir (9/5): Em geral foi bom. Voltaríamos no mesmo apartamento sem dúvida. Muito próximo de tudo por estar em uma região central e m - A localização é perfeita! Apartamento compacto e fácil de usar ou limpar. Conforto satisfatório. Não gostamos dos lances de escadas para subir com as malas. O apartamento estava bastante empoeirado. Tinha uma máquina de lavar roupas, mas parece que não podia ser usado. Quando tomamos banho, o box do banheiro não segura a água e molha o banheiro. Poderia ter Umas cápsulas de café de cortesia, talvez uma ou duas águas na geladeira de cortesia ou outros itens de cortesia.
• Lior (5/5): - מיקום היה מושלם. הדירה הייתה בסדר גמור. ללילה אחד לשים את הראש. בדירה יש מטבחון מאובזר היטב. יש מקרר, מיחם ומיקרוגל. כמובן כלי מטבח היו (למרות שלא השתמשנו). בדירה גם יש מגהץ. סה"כ הדירה מאובזרת היטב. המחיר ששילמנו - ביחס למיקום - לדעתי נהדר ויותר מהוגן. התקשורת מול בעל הנכס - לא קיימת. לא מגיב להודעות, למיילים ולשיחות טלפון. אפילו פניתי לשירות לקוחות של Booking, והם לא הצליחו להשיג אותו. למזלי אשתי הייתה אסרטיבית והצליחה להשיג אותו. יום לפני הוא שלח (לה. למרות שלא היא בעלת ההזמנה) הוראות מדויקות והכל היה בסדר. לגבי היחידה עצמה - דירה עם גלריה. סלון מטבחון וחדר רחצה בקומה התחתונה. 2 מיטות זוגיות בגלריה. העלייה לגלריה עם מדרגות לולייניות ממש מסוכנות. פחדתי שהילדים ייפלו אם ילכו לשירותים באמצע הלילה. בידוד הרעשים - גם הוא לקוי. כשהמסעדות למטה התחילו לסגור ולזרוק זבל - כל בקבוק זכוכית שנפל כאילו נפל אצלנו בחדר. בגלריה, כפי שציינתי - שתי מיטות. האחת ממוקמת בסדר. השניה במקום סגור ללא חלונות ואוורור.

• יעל (1/5): - הזמנו את הדירה, שילמנו קיבלנו אישור. ביום ההגעה הסתבר שהדירה בכלל לא זמינה. וגם זה בזכות יצירת הקשר עם בעל הבית שהיה קשה מאד להשגה. יאמר לזכותו שרצה למצוא לנו תחלופה. אבל החוויה היתה ממש לא טובה.
• Veksler (1/5): Bad - We didn’t like anything about the accommodation — because we never even got to the place! We arrived in Jerusalem, spent the day touring, and at some point decided to stay the night. We found a guest room online and went to the location. We searched for an entrance to the building, asked nearby restaurants, but no one knew how to direct us. Meanwhile, we tried calling and emailing — no answer. Eventually, someone did pick up the phone. We asked for directions, and he told us there was an issue with the cleaner and no clean room available. He asked us to wait and said he would get back to us… from that moment, he stopped answering both phone calls and emails. We waited and waited — and in the end, we left. And to top it all off, the place was listed as "non-refundable" — and now we have to contact customer service in order to try and get our money back.

• Jakob (7/5): Good location.clean Would have liked to know about lack of elevator and noise at night. - Comfortable bed. Good shower. Very clean. Good lighting. Good kitchen facilities. 31 steps up. No elevator. No hall lights at night. Much noise and music until 1:30 am or so from close by restaurants.
• Asya (8/5): Very good - A beautiful apartment with huge potential, in the center of Jerusalem, the location was amazing! The owner has made himself very available and promptly answered all our requests (we had a few issues upon arrival, that were quickly resolved) .I would definitely come again.

• Michael (1/5): Bad - It was complete fraud. The accommodation charged the full price nonrefundable, but didn't answer the phone, all our calls for 6 hours! The location physically doesn't exist - there is no sign on the building, no entrance, no trace of it in the address shown in the reservation. Never try to reserve it!

• Chylla (8/5): Great location, Homey, and perfect for a weekend trip with your friends. - Perfect set up for us. Only stayed for a few days and it was all we needed. We were a little confused with the sofa bed. The 4th person had to sleep on the floor because we thought it was a pull out sofa.
