• Jessica (10/5): The stay was amazing. I just don't think I will be going in the jacuzzi any time soon - The staff is super nice and always offering to help. The jacuzzi water smelled and looked a little dirty.

Close to restaurants & clubs to enjoy the night as well definitely after the drive I booked what I need & got it so about the hotel ….nothing What I didn’t like has nothing to do with the hotel ( the way people drive here it’s bad & reckless dangerous ) so be careful to visitors

• Rosa (10/5): My stay was short and wished it was longer so I could appreciate the sights, restaurants, gym and spa. I loved everythin - I love everything about the property. The room was super clean and spacious and love the bed. They have everything you need, including a gym, sauna and spa. There were no disappointments at this property, I would definitely be staying there again.

• Patrick Fearn (6/5): Nice boutique hotel in good location - Hotel was very nice. Room was spacious but was facing the street so bit noisy at night. Bathroom excellent with great shower. Nice bar and restaurant on top floor with fitness room and outdoor terrace. Valet parking on site was appreciated. No heat in the room. Mini split cool only. And only a sheet on the bed with no blanket or comforter. There may been a blanket in the closet, but I was so tired and cold I didn't think to check.

• Martin (9/5): overall my stay was ok - Sofia is a great receptionist and the fact that she speaks English fluently made staying there and communication much easier. she should be payed double or promoted to a supervisor simply off merit and personality. the gym could use some exercise mats

• Nesha (8/5): Very good - I liked location of hotel, but there is lot construction going around and I expect it will be even nicer when that is done> Very convenient location for everything, Nice roof top restaurant which make prefect place for small brakes in a day, Gym has nice set of equipment and I saw that there is sauna and Jacuzzi which I will probably try out on next visit. You could provide adequate number of towels for two persons. Every day I would find just two towels for bathing, No small towels for hands and medium size for face. Also racks for clothes should be next to place for baggage not on totally opposite side.

• Jennifer (8/5): I would consider staying here again in the large room only if my favorite place was full - The room I had was large with big windows, the bed was comfortable, the AC was in a good location, the sink and vanity were big and outside of the toilet and shower area, the staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful the location while very loud was convenient to restaurants and getting ubers/taxis. The nightlife surrounding the hotel was too loud, the elevator was fussy but we didn't get stuck, my son's room was next to mind and was a less expensive room with no windows whatsoever - I'd never seen that before. The hallways are very small and carry sound, the front staff weren't rude but they also weren't very welcoming in fact they were kind of awkward. The shower was terrible as every other shower I've encountered in Mexico - a showerhead which was clogged with terrible presser coming out of the ceiling with no handheld showerhead thus making it impossible to fully clean oneself, also the water was softened and felt like it wasn't really rinsing off the soap though the shower itself was big - just really poorly designed in my opinion, also the desk in the room had no plug so the supposed convenience of having built in USB plugs were completely useless.
• Jennifer (6/5): I might stay here again but it's very loud and a bit pricey - The staff of the restaurant was great, the beds were comfy, the location was accessible but very loud, 1st floor room made dealing with the elevator basically a non-issue except when going up to the restaurant, the gym was nice but I didn't get to use it, there are two hot tubs if you're into that which I'm not, the view from the top is cool One of our two rooms didn't have windows so it was very dark and depressing, the shower was not good in terms of pressure and the absence of a handheld showerhead, the halls were loud due to hard surfaces, the wifi never had an issue

• Norm (2/5): - We got there at 9 PM they said they'd have a reservation nobody spoke English they would not give us a room unless we paid it another night it was a very horrible experience we had to get a taxi cab late at night. We would appreciate a credit back please we were not given the opportunity to spend the night there

• Teresa (4/5): - Me gusto mucho la hubicacion de todo encuentras alrededor el personal de valet parking muy amable y la regadera la disfrute mucho. A mi llegada la persona que estaba al mostrador presto más atención a acomodar lo que tenia en su mostrador que a atenderme segundo la habitación muy pequeña y eso que pedo una con ventana la cual no se me proporciono tercero la puerta del ban̈o no se abre por completo pega en un objeto que fue puesto intencionalmente para atorarla debido a que la puerta pega en el zinc del baño (mala constricción) cuarto no había toallas de mano solo 2 de baño me dejaron 1 papel de rollo y lo más malo fue el !!PESIMO !!Internet jamás pude agarrar sen̈al bien ni en la tele ni en mi cell.
