• Branislav (7/5): Good place to stay if you don't mind damaged rooms. Not far from the city centre by motorbike. - The swimming pool was good - easy access from the room. Also the locality is good if you rent a scooter (500php per day from the guy in front of the resort). New property but things already damaged. It's cheap build. Doors hard to close, taps loose, etc.
• SOEUN (10/5): - 풀억세스룸이라 아이들이 너무 즐거워했고, 많이 붐비지않아 좋았고, 조식당도 아주 맛있게 만족스럽게 이용했어요. 호핑투어가는날은 샌드위치도 포장해서 주시고, 볶음라면도 맛있어서 편의점에서 같은제품 사왔어요. 위치도 알로나비치 가기에도 주변 맛사지샵 이용하기에도 딱 좋았어요. 딱히 아쉬웠던점은 없어요. 샤워기필터도 4일동안 약간 노래지는 정도로 수질도 괜찮았구요, 물은 정수기물은 끓여서 이용했고, 마시는물은 편의점에서 사다먹구, 수영장에 떠다니는 벌레가 조금 있어도 전혀 신경쓰이지 않았어요.

Rooms are clean and tidy. You get all basic things you need without being too expensive. Breakfast buffet can be improved. Please replace bread toaster with auto timer, it is very cheap 😆 TV not easy to operate, mostly Chinese shows.

• Daniel Ochea (7/5): - The location and pool right outside the balcony. It’s near 7/11. And walking distance to Alona beach and restaurants. The staffs are helpful and we get a free shuttle to pier. It wasn’t so clean when we check in,the sink and the bathroom.There are parts some are rusty and low quality equipments in the room. The remote for aircondition is not in English. We eat breakfast around 8:30 to 9 and it wasn’t much already.

• Belinda (8/5): Clean new resort that was family friendly with a great pool, less than 5 minute trike ride to alona - Really comfortable beds, clean, quiet, beautiful pool that was thoroughly cleaned each morning. We appreciated the complimentary icy poles at reception! There is a small playground and trampoline that's ok for kids 6 and under. Staff were great. Our son was unwell for a night and the staff changed the sheets with no questions or fuss. Location wise we paid 100p one way in a trike to alona beach because it was a bit far too walk with 2 little kids, it was really easy as there were always a few waiting out the front and the kids loved it. There is also a large 7-11 and a coffee shop out the front. On checkout they arranged an airport transfer and early takeaway breakfast for us as we had to leave before the included breakfast started. Breakfast was fairly basic (eg instant coffee) but fine given it was included in the price. They have a guest portal you can make requests on but I couldn't get it to work properly.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway, and I would definitely recommend it!

• Crescini (3/5): Expected more from brand new hotel - 1. Resort was close tricycle to main centre where all restaurants were. 2. Direct access to the pool. 3. Clean 1. No towels available on check in. We didn't get the towels until close to 8pm that night after repeated requests. 2. Quality: - rusted bathroom fittings. e.g door stops - shower head not flowing freely. Streams pointing in all different directions - shower design not practical. Whole bathroom floor practically floods anytime the shower was used. - stairs going into the pool was rusted and showing on the tiles - Pool strip lights were coming off. 3. Only one small mat was provided to wipe feet. Considering a flooding bathroom and direct access to the pool, this was not enough. We had to purchase cloths from 7 11. 4. Stained linen 5. Loss of power and water on the morning of our checkout. 6. Very limited and expensive food availability for lunch and dinner.

• Czarina (6/5): The place was good for those on a budget but keep in mind, facilities are not really good. - The property is close to panglao beach and all other establishments. You can choose to walk or commute via the toktok. the staff are accommodating as well. They wede able to let me check in earlier than the intended time since our room was available right away. The place is fairly new, hence, some of the facilities are not in good condition. Our door does not close properly. We had to pull hardly from the outside to lock the door. The first key card given to us did not work when we left our room. The door was left open when the staff finished cleaning up our room, which worried us for our things that were left unattended.

• Nick (8/5): A good resort in a great location but needs to finish off the finer details. - New resort in a good location a short tuk tuk ride from Alona Beach. Rooms were as good size, clean, modern and well equipped with direct access to the pool. At the time of staying there were still construction works being carried out on the pool, there was no chef so the resort could only provide breakfast, the safe didn’t work in 2 rooms , you could only pay cash and the WiFi was poor. These are just small teething problems in an otherwise nice resort.

They even provide a surprise room decoration for our special day, free of charge! 😊 One of the highlights was the pool, where we could swim directly from our room to the main pool area—an amazing feature! Also, it’s so peaceful and quiet during our stay. Additionally, the resort is conveniently within walking distance to Alona Beach, making it an ideal location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bohol! None
• Ryan (10/5): Excellent! The price, location, interior, amenities and warm respectful staff - Exceptionally spacious with a brand-new, updated interior. Please take care to avoid damage, stains, or breakages, as penalties are enforced. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place. It offers a great budget-friendly stay while providing the same atmosphere and energy as the high-end accommodations nearby. The breakfast has a limited selection, and if you arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, the food is often cold and consists of leftovers. During my stay, there was a power outage at 5:00 AM across the island. The resort had no generator or business continuity plan, so no breakfast was served, and guests were seeking out managers to complain. The staff were apologetic but unable to do more. If you need reliable internet for work, don't depend on their Wi-Fi. Make sure you have a backup plan. This newly built and recently opened hotel has great potential for the future. Give them a chance. The staff are all nice and respectful.

TV only in Chinese language. - *Hotel is new and very clean. *Huge pool accessible from balcony of each room. *Every room has a pool view. *Staff are polite and respectful. *Air Conditioner works great, cools room in minutes. *Near Tourist attractions but still has to ride Tuk-tuk. *TV only in Chinese language, staff couldn’t change the language. *Wifi is very weak, one day we didn’t had WiFi all day, finally someone came after 7-8 hours and just pressed the restart button behind the TV. I wish they just explained to us or sent someone earlier. *Restroom door doesn’t shut, and toilet doesn’t flush properly. *My son spilled a little juice 🧃 on sheets and at checkout they hold our deposit, for “sheet cleaning fee” *Bed wasn’t queen sz as described, it’s was a double bed *Restaurant with no air conditioning, just an open building. So is check in Lobby is outside. *Beach is not walking distance, have to call Tuk-tuk and pay around 150pesos each way. *No private Beach

Room size was generous, bright, well laid out, practical and functional. Room lightings were superb. The owner certainly did not stinge on the quality of the facilities and amenities. Even the quality of the toilet paper here can put many good star hotels to shame. Generous number of bottled waters provided and replaced every day. Even though some of the room features were not working properly, the service staffs were friendly, willing to help and prompt to respond with remedies I love the extra corner space that I can do my work in a comfortable chair. Direct access to the main swimming pool without having to leave the room. Even provided packet detergent for you to wash your clothes with a standing clothe hanger to dry them in the balcony. In house restaurant serves delectable authentic Chinese food. Although breakfast spread was minimal, the food was delicious, nutritional and balanced. The layout of entire resort was very pleasing to the eyes, well planned and well designed with good accessibility to every corners. Overall, I would say there were more pluses than minuses at this resort. The entire facilities are wired to the central internet system. If the system is down, the TV, the room's telephone and wifi will not work properly whereas at time the loading and buffering of data can be frustrating. But I guess these are teething problems which can be easily resolved over time. Using mainly China made products (eg TV, remote control units, drink chiller etc) can be a bane to those who do not understand Chinese. The service staffs were most happy to help though. Surprisingly while providing sparkling white fluffy bath and swimming towels with superb room sandal (shame on some 5 stars hotels) plus many others, shower caps was not provided. Two sets of toothbrushes were not replaced during entire my 4-night stay. Toiletries provision needs improvement. Though the web site listed with gym facility, it was still under renovation during my stay. Going to Alona Beach is about 1 km meter from the resort and those hailed tricycles can be a ripped off if you do not ask the price first.

• Rodelyn (8/5): The resort is peaceful, surpidingly convenient and with new amd awesome facilities. - New facilities, clean rooms and near Alona location. There is 7/11 outside making it convenient to buy anything you need. We were asked for a P2k deposit, but when we checked out, we completely forgot about it until we were already at the pier heading back to Cebu. We turned around and drove back to the resort to retrieve it. The girl at the front desk told us that there was no deposit money left for her, as she found out that there was no cash in the envelope. In a rush, she decided to give us back the 2k and said they would just do an audit later on. I suggested that for proper procedure, they should provide customers with a copy of an acknowledgment receipt, which would serve as the basis for customers to claim their deposit.

• Shifang (10/5): Highly recommend if you need a peaceful place to stay - Room is very clean and organized. Love the hairdryer and AC. AC is very fast to cool the rooms. Swimming pool is very big, and I am so surprised that all rooms have pool view. Great location too, it’s couple of mins walking distance to Alona beach.
• Kristine (9/5): HIGH QUALITY FURNITURES and I enjoyed staying here!! - I like the facility and how the service was given. Moreover, the experience was great since I really enjoyed my stay here. Fun fact is that the place was really nice because of how friendly all the staff are. What I didn't like is how short my vacation was. Because I could've enjoyed my stay and the scenery.
• Zhenqin (10/5): For the price it’s really worth it!!! - It’s a newly opened resort. I was amazed with the interior design and the furniture they used. It’s much better than the 5 star hotels here in Panglao. Toilet and shower sets are all branded TOTO. Rooms are really spacious. Stuff at the resort is super nice, got welcome drink when I arrived. Food at the resort is delicious. Very happy about my stay. Thank you so much Willander Team for hosting me.
