• Andrew (9/5): Great location and spacious house with all the facilities to have a great weekend - Spacious house, all bedrooms good size and light. Good living room.and dining room area and good tv. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of car parking space on the driveway and on the street. One of the toilets had a poorly fitted/sized seat. Apart from that everything was great for our stay.

• Frances Diana (9/5): Plenty of room for 5 guests - We needed 5 rooms quite close to the Emmerdale tour and other facilities and Borrowdale fit the bill, we could park up to 3 cars comfortably at the property.

• Olaniyi (7/5): Nice and spacious Airbnb good for large family - Big accomodation Very nice garden All the things you need There is only one fully functional toilet and it is on the third floor The second toilet says it's only for liquids and even at that it doesn't flush well when you use tissue, meaning everyone has to climb all the way to the third floor so it's not very convenient
• Sarah (9/5): Good house for a group of friends - Spacious, clean, good parking and good, quiet location. Nothing we didn't like, but maybe a few more plates and bowls/serving dishes in the kitchen are needed. It would also be great if a house as large as this had a dishwasher especially if at capacity.
• Richard (7/5): Suited our needs for a short stay. - Location, spacious rooms with good size beds, offstreet parking Limited equipment in kitchen for 6 people, dishwasher would have been good, toilet on 1st floor had limited use (only liquids) when 6 people staying in property.

• Harriet (9/5): Superb - Everything, from outside environment,inside the lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, bed was comfortable it was perfect Unfortunately my knee so lots of problem for me going up and down on the stairs
• Sarah (7/5): Good - Some small issues with water temperature control in showers, but the place was comfortable and worked well for our needs. The key access point was not in the best position as the drain was leaking into the box. Suggest checking what the problem is. With 9 adults, it may be an idea to offer more than 1 set of keys, then the keys do not have to go back in the box all the time.
• Raymond (9/5): Weekend family break including a trip to watch Leeds Utd - Our only problem was the lack of curtains or blackout blinds in the bedrooms. The rooms were light from around 6am in the morning which made it hard to sleep

• Alicia (8/5): A great house in a good position for us. - Spacious, clean, well catered for .. tea, coffee kitchen roll, towels all provided. Large lounge area so good for families. Some of the glasses were cracked/chipped on arrival and need replacing. Not a complaint but the stairs up to the loft are steep!

• Kay (7/5): Good for a long weekend for 6 people, needs a few tweaks for longer stay / more people. - The location was perfect for us, quiet residential street close to Roundhay Park. The bedrooms were spacious with enough storage space for clothes etc. We had good communication from the hosts regarding check in and check out to make the whole process run smoothly. We were a party of 6 however the property can sleep up to 10 although I wouldn't recommend that. Firstly, we found the kitchen a bit lacking. There wasn't enough crockery for 6 people, lack of corkscrew, oven trays etc which made it a bit of a challenge if preparing / cooking food (not an issue if you're going to eat out all of the time!). We had a medical emergency on the journey there and had to do some washing however there is a distinct lack of drying facilities. The host requests that you don't dry on the radiators and provides an airer to use in the bathroom but there are no outside drying facilities which would have made things easier. The dining table seats 6, the living room had seating for 6 so would have been a struggle with more people. There were only blinds on bedroom windows so the rooms were lit us as soon as the sun came up, needs black out curtains if you want to sleep past 4am. There was a nice garden to the rear but virtually unusable, no garden furniture apart from 4 plastic chairs. Towels are provided however we had 1 bath towel per double room so had to go out and buy towels. On the whole we had a good stay however a few extra tweaks would have made it a great stay. Would I recommend? Yes but for no more than 6 people.
