Guest Reviews
- Michael (10/5): Trendy flat in classic setting - Chic apartment in a cool old monastic setting. Super central with easy access to key tourist sites (castle, cathedral, main piazzas). Mildly tricky to get in on the first night in the dark, but they provided a helpful video to reference. Other than that it was perfect.

- margherita (10/5): Casa molto confortevole, pulita e calda - L’ambiente, curato ,luminoso e silenzioso Niente

- Zachary (10/5): Great flat for a stay in Trieste. Friendly host and close to everything. - beautifully renovated apartment in an old monistary. We loved the bright apartment with all new furnishings N/a

2. Nachttischlampe kaputt.
- Jeffrey (9/5): Well converted apartment in historic monastery - Roomy apartment with lots of character, in an historic monastery. The kitchen was well equipped for us we didn't really cook. Large spaces and pleasant decor. Wish listing had mentioned it was at the top of a very steep hill! The first trip up from the train station with luggage was tough!
- Silke (3/5): Overrated, overpriced, low budget accommodation for teens/twens/backpackers - Wenn kein Baulärm war, war es relativ ruhig Filthy, smelly, uncomfortable bed, a hassle to get to over multiple stairs, no possibility to unload bags in front of the apartment (had to carry it up multiple flights of stairs from parking, construction going on, extremely creepy hallways with tons of junk and garbage lying around, parking in public garage with extra 54 Euros a day when needing in and out parking, totally clogged shower with immediate flooding making it unusable, not even a coffee maker, getting to the center means climbing up and down a steep hill

- Judy (9/5): Hidden atmospheric gem - Beautiful arty apartment with atmosphere of the old monastery. Great location in the old quarter, though a little tricky to find (the YouTube video with access instructions was necessary!) Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with owners. Lovely hidden gem of a place to spend a few days exploring Trieste. No instructions how to use electric hob. No dish-washing brush. Kitchen bins hadn't been emptied.

- Danilo (8/5): - Posizione e ambiente in generale Purtroppo è in piena ristrutturazione

- Diana (9/5): Superb - Cozy apartment in a perfect location, surrounded by the city center’s restaurants, bars, cafes. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay. Clean and nice Nothing that would change my opinion, maybe the pillows were too hard
- Aleksandra (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment - Great location with beautiful apartment, cosy and spaceous. Quiet, we felt very cosy. Maybe there could be some more of kitchen utensils, cooking would be easier.
- Brigid (9/5): Lovely apartment, very quiet great location and tastefully decorated. I would use again. - Self catering. Only one pot for cooking, A few more would have been appreciated.
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Strahinja (4/5): Disappointing - One of the standout features of this apartment is its superb location. Situated just a stone's throw away from the city center, yet cocooned in a serene ambiance, it offers the perfect balance between convenience and peace.
Moreover, the interior design of the apartment is simply impeccable. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a space that is aesthetically pleasing. We had a series of very unpleasant experiences. First, the water heater has been out of service on several occasions, which did not allow us to shower properly. The problem has been reported twice, and a technician came to the apartment stating that it was a structural problem caused by the wind, which required a serious intervention on the roof. Moreover, on our last night, there has been a problem with the apartment's drainage system. Gray water began to overflow from the shower. At 1 a.m., we used towels to prevent the bathroom from flooding. The shower was filled with all kinds of dirt, emitting nauseating odors. We reported all these issues to the management, who apologized for the inconvenience and issued a partial refund for our stay. Despite this very unfortunate experience, we thank sincerely the property management for their prompt support and understanding.
- Dana (10/5): Fantastic place, cosy, warm and clean, specially for artistic souls. - Great place, designed with artistic taste. Has books and posters which makes homey feeling. Little bit uphill which is great to feel a spirit of old Trieste. View to the sea and harbour from the bedroom window. Super clean and equipped. If I had lot of luggage (which I didn’t :) it would be heavy to carry them uphill.
Switchers for lights could be more visible and logic so you don’t have to search for them and press them all on/off to figure out which ones you need.
- Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - Outstanding design and location! Cosy, beatiful and 2-5 mins away from the main attractions Nothing, it was all amazing
- Cesare (8/5): Very good -
- Dethardt (9/5): What a nice spot in an ancient monastery! - Spacious apartment in an old monastery!
Convenient parking in San Giusto with elevator to the top of the hill and short walk to the apartment!
Short walk (staircases) to the city!
- Maria (9/5): Superb - Very stylish, brand new, top location.
- Helen (8/5): Very good - Lovely decor central and quiet Difficult to find Very steep hill . Not suitable if less able bodied . Parking could be an issue
- Mbmoore (9/5): Beautiful apt, with a word of warning - The apt was fab. Absolutely beautiful, well spaced out with mostly everything you need for your stay. It's such an authentic place, the grounds are beautiful with a historic feel to it. So this is outside of the apt, but omg, the walk-up hill to get to the apt is unreal. It is so steep and takes about 10 minutes to get up. I would not advise booking if you have any mobility issues. That coupled with the stairs inside made for a hell of an aerobic workout, and we're a young family!
Also, there was no iron, which is essential. Please put one in. We had to buy one as it was my kids' 21st birthday and we had a nice restaurant booked and needed one for our clothes.
- Claudiu (9/5): Superb -
- Ivan (10/5): I recommend accommodation, close to monuments, close to the city center, restaurants, magical apartm - Excellent location, close to everything, interesting accommodation, perfect equipment of the apartment. Dear hostess, everything went as agreed. We would love to come back again. Thanks for everything. Nothing, everything was great.
- Villő (9/5): Great, we will come back! - Clean, perfect location, nice appartman. Salt and sugar would be useful, and some practical information about the city. Insider tips about restaurants, shops........
- Ivana (10/5): Perfection! - everything! apsolutly perfect! clean, coazy, a lot of space.
bed is perfect! and it is vezy quiet. wifi works very good and you have everything you need.
Just one thing, leave some solt and sugar becouse when someone is travelling they don’t think about that. Also some napkins for kitchen.
- Igor (8/5): Very good -
