Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Free 30minute massage was a real treat. Breakfast was delicious. It’s difficult to find at first. Even our taxi driver couldn’t figure it out.

The staff were warm, welcoming and we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The pre-check in communication was excellent and this level of communication continued throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and were impressed that they take 4% of drink revenue and donate it to a local animal rescue organisation. We highly recommend this villa! We liked everything!

Most of the doors did not seal closed properly, even with the use of spray and plug in deterrents mosquitoes in all rooms were a challenge . Only something minor, but a door bell, or intercom would be great so you can communicate with staff at your main entrance door.

• TravellerChris (8/5): Luxe, quiet villa close to Seminyak main strip - Firstly the team were super lovely and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal, right near the Seminyak main strip and walking distance to most things. A 10 minute walk down to Seminyak square. There isn't a shuttle or buggy to take you places, but you don't really need it given the location. The villa was spacious, a perfect pool and quiet considering how close to the main strip it is. Big comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and a two person lounge to watch tv from. One of the resident cats, Chi Chi came to visit on our last day, so friendly! The villa owners support a local organisation helping displaced and unhomed animals which is really great to see. A great stay. If calling a Grab or car, sometimes easier for them to find you at the end of the laneway.

• Ayesha (9/5): Unique Villa experience - The property is amazing this is my second time to visit ..the staff is attentive , the details of the amenities and special yukata as bathrobes all adds a unique touch along with the softness of bed sheets also the ease of communication using the dedicated App that's connected to the butler and placing orders. MUST try the massage I noticed it started to get worn out it needs some maintenance especially the outside walls

I just would like to clarify some points to be clear for those who want to book: There is no restaurant, only room service.. room service ends at 6 pm.. they are villas in Seminyak.. if you request two rooms, the second room is on the top.. the resort is very clean, and they care about its cleanliness . A small centipede may appear, and it is not harmful at all, and this is the only insect I saw Their services are amazing. nothing

The breakfast delivered every morning was great with many options. Bedding was very comfortable. I liked having a living room in the air conditioning and also cooking facilities if required. Pool and rooms where large and very private. The re-stocking of the mini bar was a nice touch. But the best part about the facility is the staff. They are all so friendly and would do anything to make your stay perfect.

The villa front reception was exceptional and offered alot advices regards to the villa and also what to do in the vicinity. The housekeeping staffs will always make sure everything was Ok n good within our Villa. It does comes with a quite a big pool . The living room entertainment system was loaded with lots of movies , world news and etc. They will also top up the mini bar everyday. Just a short 3 mins walk to Seminyak main food and entertainment streets . its quiet at night away main street. Nothing

Walking distance to everything, beach, restaurants, etc. The staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough to help, while still being respectful of privacy. The included massage was one of the best we had in Bali. The room is lovely and the pool was beautiful. Ordering breakfast to the room was great as it meant not having to rush out to a restaurant like other hotels. Overall these are tiny things, only noticeable because it’s otherwise perfect - the app to order food and service was annoying to use (whatsapp would be easier), there’s no tv in the bedroom and it’s separate to living area, couch in the living room isn’t suited for lounging (a shame on rainy days) and there’s no outdoor table and chairs (a shame on sunny days). Also supplying mosquito repellent or coils would be nice as many other hotels are doing this in Bali.

Basic villas and very poor service and management - good location The layout of the villa is weird cause the bedroom is not connected with the living room/kitchen so you always have to go out and open and close doors if you want to move from one room to the other. The bathroom is half open and there is only a blind. So its hot inside. The aircon in the living room doesn't cool properly. The Wifi is not strong enough and you get disconnected in some areas. There is no TV in the bedroom. The worst experience was on the checkout day when the person in charge at the reception told us to wait even if all has been paid already. So I asked him if he is asking the staff to check the villa to make sure we didn't steal something or what is the reason why I should wait. He just smiled and didn't gave me an answer. This was already unacceptable and rude and I said i will leave and he knows my assistant's number if there is anything he can be contacted but i don't have patience or time to wait and be treated like a thief and embarrassed in front of others like Im staying in a youth hostel or a cheap 3 star hotel. I actually can't remember that any hotel or villa who charge 300 USD + per night do this sort of procedure cause its just unacceptable to treat your customers like that. We paid more than 2k USD and there is nothing valuable in the villa anyway. But then he said a bathrobe was missing and he wanted us to pay for it before we can go. So then i asked him what he will give me if i find the bathrobe in the room? No answer. So I went to the room and there were 3 staff and they were not even checking to find the bathrobe but starting to clean the room. I found the bathrobe within 20 seconds on the floor beside the bed. They didn't even care to check but made us feeling so bad. We never asked them for the free breakfast or for the free massage that was included during our entire stay cause we just want to enjoy our time. Never again in such a poorly managed place!

The door between the room and pool keeps moving all night. No TV in the room, also the lighting in the room is very bad. Also there is a curtain which opens the shower to the pool that shouldnt be there, it lets all mosquitos through into the shower and to the room. Definitely needs some renovation with better quality of things.

The villa was beautiful and spacious with a private pool and luxury amenities and facilities. Very comfortable for couples and group of friends. Plenty of eateries and facilities near the villa, which are also walking distance. The living room is equipped with Netflix and guests can also enjoy room service and massage service available for booking sessions. There is also a dedicated application for guests that are staying there and you can book your preferred housekeeping and sessions for booking Security at the premises is very tight so guests will have to register and also bring their own ID/passport for verification.

• Celine (10/5): It was perfect as a couple retreat and we love it that it’s an adult only resort and a private lap pool where we can swi - This property is newly launched and it was very clean, well furnished and very spacious. Every space is compartmentalised. Breakfast is a huge luxurious spread. Accessibility of Inspira villa was a major factor in the selection criteria as it’s just 3-min walk to the vibrant dining and shopping district. Love it that we get free transport service to the nearby restaurants and spa. The Villa Mgr, front service crew, security guard and driver are very attentive to our needs and they always respond to every request and feedback promptly. Service is 💯! We will be back :) Might hear a little bit of the traffic noise at night due to the proximity to the streets. It’s a trade off for accessibility and it’s ok with us.

The private pool was wonderful and so big you could do some laps! The breakfast delivered to our villa every morning was delicious and so filling. We cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Inspira, they were all AMAZING, so kind, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them. The complimentary shuttle service was a real bonus too. We were so delighted to return to our villa on the day of our 30th wedding anniversary to find a beautiful cake waiting for us on a plate with Happy Anniversary drizzled in chocolate on the plate. Not to mention all if the warm wishes from all of the staff. Thank you Inspira for a simply beautiful stay.

The villa was just amazing and it felt like we were on a honeymoon. The food was an absolute delight and again cooked to our preferences. The staffs made sure we had clean villa everytime we came back to our rooms with clean fresh towels and our fridge was restocked with fresh water and dessert. The Staffs were so lovely and warm, just loved them so much and not forgetting the in-house massage was so divine. INSPIRA, words aren't enough to describe how much I enjoyed my stay with you. If ever I come back to Bali, I will always choose you as I feel there is still more different kinds of massages I have yet to try with u and of course your food.. INSPIRA, you simply stole my ❤️. • Celine (10/5): My best stay in Bali so far, and I only stayed at the top hotels - I stayed ( tried out) 5 different top class, new hotels around Bali this time. Inspira is the best among all. 1. The villa is brand new, the facility is modern. 2. overall design is cool and good 3. The staff really went extra miles to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered 4. The breakfast is good too. I am amazed, to be honest , I do not have high expectations as this place is not famous 5 stars international hotel brand, but I think they still do first class food. I can not say enough of good words, I worried that there will be too many visitors want to stay here that I can not get a room in future

• Sage (10/5): Amazingly comfortable. - This villa has got to be one of the best in bali, from the staff to the facilities. Widhi was the best the deal with, him and his crew were amazing people. Everything of ours was so well taken care of and they were super super attentive to our ever need no matter what it may be. They helped us translate and everything. Widhi and the team are legends, I could stay at the villa just because of their treatment, it was beyond amazing. The villa itself was drop dead amazing, you can do laps in the pool, they also provided a floating bean bag which we really really enjoyed using. We will definitely make this our go to villa whenever we are here. I highly highly highly recommend this villa for first time travellers as they are super super helpful not just to you needs for the villa but for everything to make sure you have a comfortable stay. 10 stars if we could give it to them. Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations.
• Marina (10/5): Best villa I’ve ever stayed on earth! - The bedroom and living room is very modern and spacious, the villa will take your breathe away! Easily the best villa in Bali. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from famous street with loads of attractions, markets and restaurants and 5 minutes from beach. The property is new so all the facilities is top notch. The swimming pool in your villa is enormous, you can swim laps and is very private. The staffs go above and beyond to meet your needs no matter what it may be, they are extremely helpful, friendly and genuine. This villa truly made my trip so memorable as I stayed in 2 other resorts and villas but they don’t come close to Inspira. The manager, Mr Widhi will accommodate your every needs and make sure you are well taken care of in every way. We were reluctant to take this villa as it had no reviews but it was the best decision we’ve ever made. The manager gave us complimentary Bali wine and cake when he found out it was our honeymoon. Truly a big thanks to Mr Widhi and his team. If you’re looking for a villa to stay whether be a family or couple, this is the exact place you should take, look no further.
