• PTB Ingenieurbüro (10/5): Perfekt - Ein Traumurlaub zum Wiederholen: Pure Perfektion bei Margherita und Ottavio Schon bei der Ankunft war klar: Dieses Haus ist ein Juwel! Unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht wundervoll und hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Das Haus selbst ist nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Von der hochwertigen Ausstattung in der Küche bis zu den geschmackvollen Akzenten in den Wohnbereichen – hier fehlt es an nichts, und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, nur besser. Luxuriöse Ausstattung zum Entspannen und Aktivsein Was dieses Domizil wirklich zur First-Class-Adresse macht, ist die fantastische Außenanlage und die Wellness-Möglichkeiten. Wir haben den großen Pool jeden Tag genossen – er ist perfekt für eine Abkühlung und bietet viel Platz. Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag war die Jacuzzi (Whirlpool) die Krönung zur Entspannung! Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist auch der separate Raum mit Fitnessgeräten, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Es ist fantastisch, im Urlaub aktiv bleiben zu können, ohne auf Qualität verzichten zu müssen. Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber Was diesen Urlaub jedoch wirklich unvergesslich gemacht hat, waren unsere Gastgeber, Margherita und Ottavio. Selten haben wir eine solche Zuvorkommenheit, Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft erlebt. Sie sind einfach großartig! Jede Frage wurde sofort und umfassend beantwortet, und Hilfe wurde proaktiv angeboten, was unseren Aufenthalt unglaublich entspannt und angenehm machte. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist beispiellos. Und das Grundstück! Es ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Der Garten und die Umgebung laden mit ihrer Schönheit und Stille zum Träumen und Entspannen ein. Fazit: Wer einen perfekten Rückzugsort in Italien sucht, an dem Stil, Sauberkeit, herausragende Gastfreundschaft und Luxus-Extras wie Pool, Jacuzzi und Fitness Hand in Hand gehen, ist hier goldrichtig. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil und die lieben Gastgeber Margherita und Ottavio uneingeschränkt empfehl

• Emmanuelle (10/5): Villa magnifique très propre avec tout le confort !!! - Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa du 14 au 21 août 2025. Nous étions deux couples avec 3 ados (qui étaient dans la petite dépendance donc parfait !!!) Cette villa est MAGNIFIQUE !!! Il y a tout le confort nécessaire, tout est neuf, c'est très propre (et je suis très maniaque). Nous avons été très très bien accueilli par les propriétaires (il était presque 23h) ils nous avaient préparé des petits plats (salade de pâtes, melon, raison, un gâteau et une bouteille de mousseux ! Ils sont vraiment adorables !!! Il y a même une petite enceinte pour mettre de la musique au bord de la piscine, serviettes pour la piscine, serviettes en quantité dans les salles de bain, chaussons, peignoirs... Les chambres sont magnifiques avec beaucoup de rangement. Nous avons eu des problèmes et nous avons dû aller à l'hôpital, Margherita par téléphone leur a expliqué la situation et elle était même prête à faire 2h de route pour venir avec nous !!! tout s'est arrangé ! c'est vraiment une maison où on aimerait vivre toute l'année !!! Nous avons fait beaucoup de visites qui sont facilement accessibles Matera, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberobello... Pendant tout le séjour si nous avions besoin de quoique ce soit les propriétaires venaient pour nous les apporter, appelait pour réserver un restaurant, nous aider dans les visites à faire et où se garer au mieux. Les petites attentions lors de notre départ nous ont beaucoup touché. Les routes en Italie sont vraiment très mauvaises !!! les départementales la vitesse c'est 70 maximum ! après on s'y habitue. Je suis très frileuse et la piscine était un peu fraîche.
• Lucia (10/5): - È stato uno dei soggiorno più belli, ad oggi. La struttura è ancora più bella rispetto alle foto. Tutto era davvero pulito, come se nessuno ci fosse mai stato prima di noi e questo, non lo trovi nemmeno in alcuni hotel a 5 stelle. Inoltre, non mancava davvero nulla. La struttura era fornita di ogni cosa per cucinare, lo spazio esterno era enorme, la piscina fantastica e anche la Jacuzzi era un plus. Ogni angolo è arredato con gusto, nulla è lasciato al caso. I padroni di casa sono persone speciali, gli host più accoglienti che abbia mai incontrato. Ci hanno davvero coccolato dall'inizio alla fine. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa buonissima, frutta fresca e tante altre cose che davvero, non ci sono parole per ringraziarli. Margherita e Ottavio, grazie di tutto. Spero davvero di rivederci!
• M. (10/5): Luxe villa voor heerlijke vakantie - Fantastisch huis met alles erop en eraan! Echt een mooie luxe villa voor een heerlijke vakantie. Waanzinnig zwembad met heerlijke jaccuzie. Echt een pareltje om in te verblijven. Niks! Je hoort vaak honden blaffen, overdag en snachts maar dat is in de verte en wen je aan.
• Thomas (10/5): - Wir können die Villa Margherita ausnahmslos Empfehlen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen.Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr Nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, die aussen Anlage sind sehr sauber.Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und kommen bestimmt wieder. Kann nichts negatives sagen
• Alan (9/5): Wonderful Villa, lovely hosts, superb location in beautiful Puglia. - Wonderful Villa - has everything you could possibly want. Fully stocked kitchen for home cooking / bbq. Comfy beds. Thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and well kept. Good showers. Pool, hot tub, football table etc all made for a fun time for our family. Lovely kind and friendly hosts, who always make themselves available to deal with any queries. They kindly left us a very generous cold food platter on our arrival. The location is brilliant for visiting all the major towns by car (Matera, Locorotondo, Alberebello, Martina Franca, Bari, Gravina, Altamura, Monopoli, Polignano etc) Overall we were delighted with our stay at Villa Margherita. If there was any one small concern we would choose that would make it better, which may well be outside the control of the hosts, it would be to do something about the dogs on a neighbouring property who can access the public road from their property. There are a number of them and they bark loudly and run towards anyone out there. This meant that a walk outside the property grounds (including into the local town) was not possible for us on the one day when 2 of our party wanted to do that.
