• Andrea (7/5): - la disponibilità ed il supporto dell'host, le camere, la vicinanza al centro il suggerimento all'host e' quello di aggiungere in cucina un microonde ed una macchina da caffe' a cialde o capsule, che migliorerebbe il comfort della cucina stessa, un po' scarna come fornitura. Le scale di accesso all'appartamento, ripide e strette, non sono di facile utilizzo
• Guest (7/5): Quartier populaire bruyant, à proximité du centre historique - L'histoire de taxes n'est pas claire, Booking indique le montant total avec les taxes, on pense les avoir payées mais le propriétaire s'attend à ce qu'on dépose la somme en espèces (16€ pour deux nuits) dans son logement. Je n'avais pas bien compris, il m'a envoyé plusieurs messages où il menace d'appeler la police 😅 Booking m'a renvoyé un lien pour le paiement, j'ai réglé mais c'est trop compliqué et un peu bizarre

• Greg Mooney (6/5): - Host was great / friendly and helpful. Not too far from centre (historical centre). ,10 to 15 min walk to loads of sites / restaurant. Close to train station. Stairs were too much. Need to travel light and be prepared to negotiate narrow stairs 3 or 4 times a day. Streets around not very clean.

Dwie odrębne sypialnie z klimatyzacją, wygodne łóżka. Świetny taras, gdzie można wypić poranną kawę i posiedzieć wieczorem. Sprzątanie mogłoby być dokładniejsze, a kuchnia lepiej wyposażona (przydałby się więcej niż jeden garnek, kieliszki do wina).

El trato con Tomaso fue increíble y rápida conversación para solucionar cualquier duda. Recomendación de restaurantes y sitios para visitar por parte del casero. Un placer La zona estaba un poco sucia, pero para nada era insegura.

• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Palermo! The location is perfect—super easy to get everywhere from here, whether you’re walking or using public transport. The apartament itself was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. It really made a difference in making us feel at home. One of the best parts was the neighborhood—there’s an amazing fresh market just around the corner, and several excellent local restaurants within walking distance. A great local spot to experience the real Palermo. Highly recommended!

• Anne-laure (9/5): Good accommodation in great location, close to everything! - Location close to everything: train and bus station, to historical and archaeological sites, to local markets. Really appreciated. Accommodation with everything you need for a short stay with a balcony, which is quite pleasant. Clean and comfortable. The host, Tommaso was really kind and helpful. I will definitely book this accommodation again if I come back to Palermo. Stairs are quite narrow when you arrive and leave accommodation with large luggage.

• Volkan (8/5): Very good - The owner of the house is a great person. He gave us directions to places to visit, the market and places to eat. It is within walking distance to many places. The stairs of the building are a bit narrow. There were limited cleaning products in the house.

The app is well equipment corresponds to the description and photos, you can find even a grill pan and large balcony. with anti rain cover. Near the apartment there is a market with cheap fruits, vegetables and fish that you can cook at home. Despite noise in the streets, it is quiet when you close windows. The host Tomasio is kind and pleasant, and ready to help should you have an issue. Stairs are not for drunk, though it wasn't a problem for me.

There were some issues starting off woth the stay but Tommaso w - The property was located well within the city, most landmarks were 10min walk away. The apartment was well furnished and had really good amenities, very clean, really good air conditioning. Washing machine was great with soap and conditioner provided. The apartment had water and soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer provided. Well equipped kitchen, however would’ve liked a microwave and aluminium scrubber for washing dishes. Great host as well, very friendly and ready to help if something is wrong. It was a great stay however, I would’ve liked an iron for clothes and microwave. The area around can be a bit unsettling but there’s nothing that can be done to change that, great apartment would definitely come back!
