Tanya (8/5): Small but comfortable, walking distance to Mall of Asia. - Was met by the housekeeper who had just cleaned the whole apartment between guests, she brought snacks and drinking water, and helped me organise a great laundry service. Netflix, kitchenette, dining table and a desk to work at made it a very comfortable stay.
Brian (1/5): Bad - Everything else was fine but the infestation of the bugs cockroaches. I won't be back. I've been living in se asia since 2017 and never seen so many cockroaches . The entire building is infested and it's a daily occurance. Also the manager tried to charge me 1200 peso to clean the apartment. That's ridiculous 640 peso is the rate in manila for an entire day of work. Last time in manila I was charged just 500 peso for two bedroom 2 bathroom two floor apartment. It's also the most anyone has ever tried to charge me

Joan the house manager was so kind to clean and prepare the condo when we decided to extend our stay for 5 days more. There is only one window in the condo and it gives right on a ugly building under construction.

Tess (9/5): Very good location near to bank,moa, the staffs are very accommodating&friendly, clean room. . - I like the cleanliness and the staff are very friendly and courteous, Miss Joan who was the incharge of the property is good and very responsive in all our needs, we love so much of our stay. I suggest the lights in the hairdresser to change it and also if we use the electric stove and the kettle if we boil water it suddenly has electric short circuit but we manage it.
