• wendie (10/5): - Brilliant location. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Well laid out accommodation. Very good kitchen. Nice matching good quality crockery and glasses. It is very important when cooking and eating in the apartment. Everything in the apartment was of a high standard. Bedding was good quality cotton, and the beds are comfortable. The owners responded quickly to any query and were very helpful. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Budapest. A welcome pack of milk and tea bags would be useful. If booking pick up milk and tea bags and coffee before arriving.

• Lisa (10/5): Excellent apartment in a great location. - Great location, beds really comfy, apartment was very well equipped. Didn't meet the hosts but very helpful and responsive on the booking.com message system. Front lobby looks a bit unloved but apartment itself was fab and no noise despite being on ground floor / next to street. Kitchen/dining area had no natural light but didnt really matter as we were out seeing the city most of the time and there was plenty of artifical light.

La consiglio fortemente per chi vuole visitare Budapest. ... Nessun problema 👍 Non ho trovato nulla di negativo.

Posizione strategica dietro il Parlamento e vicinissima al Duomo. C'è tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno e la gestione di check-in/out è stata agilissima e senza stress. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!

• Beşir (10/5): - Tesisin konumu, temizliği, ve fiyat performansı çok iyiydi. Ev sahibi ilgili idi. Ben uygulamayı ilk defa kullandığım için fazla soru sormuş olabilirim. Ama ev sahibi Tomas beni sabırla dinledi. Tekrar gelsem burada kalırım. Yataklar çok rahattı. Odalardan birine diğerinden geçiyor olmak. İki aile için uygun değil. Tek aile için mükemmel.

It may be beyond the owners control but there was a faint smell in the bathroom. If however it can be looked into I'm sure future guests will appreciate if it can be fixed.

Si alguna vez vuelvo a Budapest trataré de reservar este alojamiento Esto va a gustos de cada uno, pero creo que sería más conveniente recibir a los huéspedes con alguna pieza de fruta. Aún así, repito, esto va a gustos y no es imprescindible. Por mi experiencia no puedo decir nada malo de este apartamento.

The entrance door was with a window that's covered with a light curtain, thus throughout the nights it was bright inside the apartment because of the lights in the building's lobby. Would be good to consider some other alternatives. :)
• Tsiftsis (9/5): Best location for tourists - Great communication with the owner, very clean, the location is the best possible for tourism, every thing is in a walking distance including dinners and supermarket, plus it is near the metro and tram. Did not stay a lot in the house but everything seemed to work just fine. It was just great

There is a parking lot with hourly/daily rate from municipality just next to the street. Also location is perfectly in the center, markets, restaurants and most important historical locations just few minutes by walk.

• Chien (7/5): great location but some cleanness issue may be a problem. - Location is perfect. Kitchen is great. Host communication is helpful and provided additional items needed. Great value for the apt. Construction right outside of the apartment. It blocks the light from two windows and making it feel more like a basement. There is some smell coming from the bathroom. Unsure if it's just humid or maybe sewer issue. One of the bedroom is next to the hall way coming into the building. You may hear door opening sound all the time if you are a light sleeper.
• Amelia (7/5): Great apartment just needs a few tweaks. - Extremely comfortable beds and the apartment was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Location was great for access to the city and transport. Owners did not make us aware of building works right outside the two bedroom windows- there was a large container and noise. Consequently it was really hard to get any air circulation and the air con units did not battle the heat in the kitchen area. The kitchen windows are inside the building and open onto the bin storage area so they cannot be opened. An air con unit in the kitchen area is needed to make it more comfortable.

Also Tamas and Gery were so friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions and helped about our requests 🙏🏻 We plan to visit the city and stay here anytime soon.

• Adriana (10/5): Great place to stay - It’s very well located, close to restaurants and points of interest. Kitchen is full equipped, two bathrooms, washing machine. The neighborhood is beautiful. Maybe that it lacks a bit of ventilation on the kitchen.

The check-in process wasn't easy and required WIFI. We had to download and fill form online on spot, providing ID, submit it and download the instructions.... in the darkness front of the building. We had to use global roaming which was so slow. It was very tense and nervous experience. The owner refused to talk. Only text. There wasn't laundry powder so it took us a while to find the nearby convenient shop to buy.

• Julia (10/5): Lovely location, comfortable and convenient. - Fabulous location, wonderful touches that made our stay comfortable (like a multipoint power board next to bed for charging multiple devices, coffee pods and espresso machine), aesthetically pleasing, spacious with everything on hand like any home. Walking distance from all attractions, good quality wine and food purveyors and even the river (not far from Chain Bridge to get you across to the Buda side). Nothing.
