Belak (1/5): Booking cancelled on a very short notice, very bad communication - We booked a day in advance, the booking was confirmed. On the day of arrival the host did not answer the phone during the day (several attempts), but then he texted us about an hour before the arrival (in the evening) that he cannot accept us and that we should ask for refund. That was the worst experience ever, with two kids, in the evening, with no place to stay. Luckily we found something via a tourist agency. I highly discourage anyone from booking with this host.
