• Patricia (1/5): Pessima experiência! - Localização The apartment was full of bedbugs and very unclean. We alerted the owner and requested additional cleaning, as we were traveling with children and a baby, and it was impossible to sleep in those conditions. They did nothing but apologize. Unacceptable. We also had too few towels, and there weren't even any face towels. We asked for more, and they were not delivered. We absolutely do not recommend the apartment.
• Romani (4/5): Appartamento da battaglia - Sicuramente la posizione è ottima, fermata della metro a due passi da casa. Pulizie, zona cucina terribilmente sporca, cappa gialla, stoviglie sporche messe sui ripiani e fornelli unti. Il resto della casa, come pavimenti, bagno, lenzuola e biancheria accettabile. Stato dell'appartamento mal tenuto, le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. Pavimenti della cucina con assi di legno disconnesse, porta del bagno rotta che non si poteva chiudere (imbarcata da acqua credo) e nella stanza matrimoniale non erano presenti armadi ma tre sedie in plastica. Chicca finale, trappole per topi disseminate per il vano scala dell'edificio.
• JUAN RAMON (1/5): NO ALOJARSE AQUÍ!! LLENO DE BICHOS - El apartamento estaba lleno de bichos (insectos). Salían por todas partes, era imposible dormir. Ese alojamiento es totalmente insalubre, si fuera una inspección de sanidad lo cerrarían de inmediato. Es imprescindible hacer una desinfección en profundidad. Tuve que comprar lejía y limpiar una de las habitaciones varias veces cada día para poder dormir. Se lo dijimos al anfitrión y no mandó nadie a limpiar durante 3 días!!!
• Elisa Isabel (1/5): Mala experiencia: limpieza deficiente y condiciones poco adecuadas - Buena ubicación Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue bastante decepcionante. Al llegar, el apartamento no estaba limpio: llegamos al mismo tiempo que la persona encargada de la limpieza. Además, ya habíamos leído en otros comentarios que había chinches, pero al preguntar nos aseguraron que todo estaba correcto, por lo que confiamos en ello. Sin embargo, durante la estancia seguimos con ese miedo, especialmente porque viajábamos con una menor. La electricidad apenas funcionaba durante buena parte del tiempo, aunque finalmente lo arreglaron a última hora. Éramos 6 personas y el alojamiento tenía capacidad real para solo 2; los colchones estaban tirados en el pasillo exterior y tuvieron que montarlos en el momento. En general, la experiencia no fue buena y no corresponde con lo que se anunciaba en la plataforma. No repetiríamos ni lo recomendaríamos.
• Aravind kumar (1/5): - The location was great but not the property. The worst stay ever we have experienced in our life. The worst staying experience ever made through Booking.com was with this property ( Camden apartment ) since the last 20 years of my travel journey all around the world. Such a pathetic experience... In a single word ,the place was worse than a slum. A place very close to central London, I don't even understand how unprofessional they are in providing a room for the guest, where international visitors come all around a year. The property was full of bed bugs. We were not able to even sit on the sofa or chairs. everywhere we can see bed bugs. We left the property the next day early in the morning itself, even though we had the booking for 3 nights in the property. We have reported the issues to the provider and the host. I have made a video and reported about this property in my travel lodge page regarding the bad experience , so that let other travellers must be aware before they make their booking into such places. The host for this property is completely irresponsible, and even he didn't answer to us over a 50 times calls made to his contact number. He has no experience in hospitality and no concern for the guests. I had requested Booking.com to refund our charges made against this booking. Also, in the future, please unlist these kinds of property from your property list.
• Aitana (3/5): Muy mejorable, sobre todo la gestión - La ubicación. En el último momento cuando estábamos llegando al apartamento nos dicen que se ha estropeado y que tienen que mandarnos a otro. La persona con la que teníamos que contactar no cogía las llamadas y tardaba mucho en responder nuestras dudas, que no eran pocas, con la escasa información que nos daba del nuevo apartamento.
• Esperanza (1/5): DON'T STAY IN THIS APARTMENT - DO NOT STAY IN THIS APARTMENT, GOES AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH STANDARDS. - BEDBUG INFESTATION, we've been covered in bites, severe allergic reaction. They're everywhere: walls, beds, sofas, ceiling, floor. Blood stains on the walls. - FALSE check-in information. They made us wait until 5pm, cleaning lady was still in the apartment when we got there together with previous guests' bags. - Very poorly cleaning, dust everywhere - MOULD in the bathroom, broken shower head fixed with some tape. BOOKING WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF THIS, WOULDN'T FIND ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION TO STAY. OWNER OF THE APARTMENT WON'T EVEN STEP UP OR GIVE AN ANSWER. DON'T STAY IN THIS APARTMENT, GOES AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH STANDARDS.
• Marek (4/5): Už by som sa tam viac neubytovala, i keď lokalita bola dobrá. - lokalita bola dobrá. Hneď pri ubytovaní bolo metro a v blizkosti veľa reštaurácii a barov a aj supermarketov. Hneď pri vstupe do ubytovania bol strašný smrad. V konkrétnom apartmáne tp našťastie nebolo cítiť ale tam nás žial čakalo iné prekvapenie. Domov sme si doniesli ploštice !!!!!
• NAROA (8/5): - Leí que había problemas con chinches pero hablé con ellos y me aseguraron que estaba todo bien y así fue, el apartamento estaba super limpio. La ubicación perfecta, la boca de metro pegada al edificio. La comunicación con ellos fue muy buena y muy amables. Lo única pega que pondría es que por las noches se escucha bastante la calle, justo en frente hay un bar y el fin de semana se escucha la música .
• Judit (1/5): Horrible - Lleno de chinches. Avisamos con tiempo de que íbamos con una niña de 3 años puesto que vimos reseñas después de haberlo reservado. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que irnos porque las chinches seguían allí, no nos han devuelto ni el dinero ni han hecho por darnos una solución. Al final tuvimos que buscar un hotel de última hora porque teníamos claro que entre chinches no íbamos a dormir.

• George (9/5): Excellent location and value for money. - The Camden Apartment is in an ideal location, very close to a tube station and with lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and lots of coat hangers (which is definitely a bonus). Loved the apartment and our stay in Camden. Mirrors in the bedrooms would have been a useful addition.

• Colin (9/5): Excellent, but in need of a bit of TLC - The location was perfect. Right above the underground right in Camden city centre. Being top floor flat meant it was a bit securer than other places. The windows need looked at.

• Louise (2/5): Filthy and unhygienic - Location was right next door to the station which was very convenient Black mould in bathroom which was a health risk to our friend with severe asthma. Damp in the kitchen causing discolouration to wall and ceiling. Pigeons living in ceiling very loud right over living room/kitchen where one person was sleeping. Not sure if bedding was washed as when we turned pillows over there was other peoples hair on it in all the rooms and it smelt musty. The small decorative pillows were stained brown and filthy. Someone’s leftover food still left in the freezer. All cups in the kitchen smelt so gross we didn’t dare use them, didn’t check plates.

• Rhona (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent right next to Mornington Crescent tube station and Camden High Street. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The bath/shower was a bit of a hazard getting in and out of. Some may have difficulty with the stairs.

• Beatrice (7/5): Good - The location was great. Transportation just outside the doorsteps. The host was very kind and I was able to extend my stay with a discount threw In. Thank you, Jonathan. Flies come in when windows are opened for fresh air. As the flat is the last one on the top floor there are few steps to climb. And this would be a challenge for people with mobility problems and the elderly.
