• Aneta (4/5): - Bylo to blízko centru. Ubytování není v přízemí, ale v suterénu. Každý pohyb o patro výš byl slyšet a bylo to velmi rušivé. Okno se dá otevřít jen posouváním a v noci za ním někdo chodil a neměla jsem z toho dobrý pocit, kdykoliv mohl otevřené okno odsunout. Zároveň bez otevřeného okna není v ubytování dobrý vzduch.
• LUSTIG (7/5): Emplacement idéalement placé concernant les institutions européennes - L emplacement proche des institutions , bonne accueil Un peu plus d attention concernant la propreté des placards et murs manque de couverts comme une simple cuillères par exemple ou pas trouvé du moins . • ELISABETH NATHALIE (10/5): Beau quartier, pas loin du parlement européen, un très beau parc d’attractions (Ambiorix) - Très propre et bien équipé. Spacieux et personnel accueillant. Au dessus, c’est une maison d’habitation avec des enfants. Je l’ai su à la fin de mon séjour. Donc, il faut tenir compte des bruits (de pas). Ce n’était pas un inconvénient en temps que tel parce que je suis pour l’épanouissement des enfants.

• Andrea (8/5): Bonito y acogedor - Ubicado en buen barrio, iluminado, con buena calefacción,nos recibieron muy bien. Instalaciones bastante nuevas. Acceso, había que bajar un piso con las maletas y el cochecito del bebé, un poco incomodo cada vez que entrábamos/salíamos. Había bastante polvo debajo de la cama y sofá. No había cubiertos.

• Roxana Edith (8/5): Excelente! - Un lugar muy cómodo, lindo, tranquilo, muy agradable para descansar después de un día largo recorriendo la ciudad. Tiene hervidor, café, té, azúcar, no le falta detalle y se agradece. Lo único y sólo con el fin de mejorar, la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar.

• Brigitte (8/5): Durchdacht komplett und modern eingerichtetes, gemütl Guesthouse-Zimmer in Nähe EU-Sitzungsgebäude - Eher kleiner Raum, aber sehr gut geplant, modern eingerichtet & Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher & Kapseln, Tee, Geschirr (sogar mit Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen/brett - die ich nicht gebraucht habe). Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Ruhiges Zimmer - souterrain, mit Fenster auf Terrasse. Fußläufig 5 min zu EU-Sitzungsgebäuden. Etliche nette Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten praktische vor der Haustür. Flughafenbus 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Fernseher hatte viele Optionen (Netflix,.....), ich wollte nur fernsehen, das hab ich leider nicht geschafft.

• Simona (8/5): Dobra lokacija v bližini EU inštitucij, parka. Veliko plusov in tudi nekaj minusov. Prijetno bivanje - Prijeten apartma v kleti, v hiši kjer živijo lastniki. Lastnica je bila zelo prijazna in me je tudi pričakala, ko sem prišla. Postelja je bila zelo udobna. Mala kuhinja je bila primerno opremljena, tudi z mikrovalovko, da si lahko kaj sam pripraviš. Malo bolj hladno, še posebej po tleh, kjer so bile hladne ploščice. Apartma se je nahajal v kleti, kjer je verjetno malo hladneje. Cena je dokaj visoka glede na to, da je kletna nastanitev in je brez pogleda skozi okno

• Nikos (10/5): Short stay for business - I liked every detail. The location. Clean really. Great for couples, even with a child (if I guess the comfy coach can be made bed). I loved all decorative choices. Good taste! Practical, very practical. Great to have Netflix and all private network channels. Coffee with many choices. An express coffee machine that really works. Comfortable spacious bed. Great toilet. Furniture chosen with great taste. And the most important (which can be deduced from the above), a caring and very responsive owner. Great job!!! Impossible not to like anything in this apartment.

• David (4/5): I won't stay here again. - The location is convenient for the EU Excellent WiFi Great shower The description on Booking.com is inaccurate. There was no kitchen available. When I was there, the hosts said that one apartment has a shared kitchen, but the others do not. I was told by the host that my room contained an oven. If that was true, the oven was behind a boarded up partition that was not accessible by guests. Second, the bed in my room was just a sofabed; not a proper bed.

• Paula (9/5): - S domaćinom smo se vrlo lako sve dogovorili i čak su nam omogućili da ostavimo torbe prije dogovorenog check-ina, što nam je olakšalo nas boravak u Bruxellesu. Soba je bila izuzetno čista i uredna, sve kako i izgleda na slici. Jedina mana ovog apartmana je s obzirom da je soba u podrumu zidovi su vrlo tanki i dosta toga se čuje od kata iznad (svaki korak, premještanje...). Nama to nije toliko smetalo s obzirom da preko dana nismo bile u smještaju. Noć je bila mirna i preko noći se nije ništa čulo.
• Maria Giulia (8/5): - Perfect location, right behind the Berlaymont. Good for a short stay or a work trip, where you only have to sleep in the room. Basically no outside window and upstairs noise, but clearly stated and described in the description.

• Sara (8/5): - Es un sotano, súper limpio, con una ventana exterior. Todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El sofá cama muy grande. Café y calienta agua, un detalle. Tiene ventana al exterior que se puede abrir aunque sea un sotano. Nosotros solo íbamos a dormir y a descansar, algo imposible si estaban los vecinos del piso de arriba, que además son niños y el ruido al pisar, mover sillas, etc te impide descansar, hasta que ellos no se van a la cama tu no duermes.

Hôte disponible et réactive. En période d’été , pas de possibilité d’aéré car donne directement sur le trottoir (sous-sol). Au retour de vacances , beaucoup de bruit au dessus du logement surtout le soir.

• Maria (10/5): - It was a comfortable and nice flat. What I liked the most was that it was in a safe neighbourhood. The people there were polite and every time when you need help they are on one text or call.

• Michal (8/5): Good place for a short stay in the European quarter - A nice, quiet place in a calm area code to the European institutions. Comfortable bed, great WiFi, very helpful approach of the owners. Everything basic one may need for the short stay. Table for work, fridge. Restaurants, shops close by. Very good transport connection. The apartment is in a cellar, so there was no daylight (not a big issue when coming only for sleep), a bit missing the fresh air opportunity.

• Emiko (8/5): Super-convenient to the EU Quarter - Just off the Berlaymont, the locations is superb especially if you have business to do in the EU. With ample supply of coffee and tea as well as basic cutlery and plates in the room, you can have pretty good breakfast on your own. The room is clean and comfy with very good shower. My room came with a sofa bed. The bed was beautifully made and was comfortable so I had no problem sleeping in it but some may find it a little bizarre.

• Paula (4/5): Bad night sleep - This is the basement in the house of a family with young kids. It is nice and as cozy a basement can be, really, good job there. But the first night I could not sleep until past 3am. You hear the steps in the house above as if there was people walking beside your bed. Other noises too ( the water boiler? Not sure) I talked with the owner and he promised to avoid this noise after 23, which I think he did (I was with earplugs and heavy white sound the following nights). The bed is a sofa-bed. Pretty comfortable for a sofa bed, though. Clean, but occasional basement-bugs. Little light, and not much privacy for a couple, for example ( the window is at the floor of the room/terrace behind their kitchen)

• Spelapok (7/5): Good - Great location for EU institutions, easy to find. Comfortable bed with a nice, thick and warm duvet. Plenty of teabags and a water kettle in the room. Soundproofing. The family lives upstairs and every time someone walks above the room or drops something on the floor, it's really loud. Tiles on the floor, a rug next to the bed would be nice.
• Ioannis (10/5): Excellent choice for business trip in Brussels EU Quarter - Excellent condition of the room. Modern, clean, beautiful. Nice little building, family occupied. Entrance with secure code. Right next to the European Commission, street full of restaurants, stores and a very nice park. Perfect choice for a business trip. There is indeed some noise during daytime as the building is old style. But nothing after 20.00 so not really bothering.

The only windows were opening in some family's closed room. And the first day when we arrived the bathroom pipes were smelling very bad.

• Claudio (5/5): Passable - The room is exactly as described, it was nice and clean. The landlords were very helpful and nice. It's also well-located: Central with plenty of bars and cafes around. Unfortunately, the room is right underneath the apartment of the landlords and the ceiling is exceptionally thin. It was very loud whenever someone walked upstairs, let alone children playing. This made it really uncomfortable to stay in the room when they were home and difficult to sleep while they were up.

I would stay again !!! - Super clean place, very modern, super comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower, great amenities including tea and fridge in the room. The basement location bring some ventilation challenges - you have to open the window after taking shower.

• Eve (4/5): Street noise, view to walking feet - Newly refurbished. And it is kind of philosophically entertaining to follow the feet of people walking by:) This below-the-ground place was humid (possibly still from construction works). To minimise the impact of the humidity, the window had to be open, thus traffic noise. Moreover, it was impossible to cover the window with the curtains completely, therefore passing lights were also in; from the opposing garage quite directly. Overpriced.
