O apto em si é bom, tem geladeira , micro-ondas, fogão, um balcão para comer , TV, mesa pra trabalhar , ar condicionado e um bom armário para acomodar as coisas. Não gostei da sujeira do apto, além de parecer que ele não foi limpo entre um hóspede e outro, o apto faz muito tempo que não passa por uma boa faxina O negócio de fazer café estava guardado com borra de café por exemplo, a pia do banheiro tinha marcas de pasta de dente na pedra da bancada. No banheiro os rejuntes e box estava um nojo de tanto limo , tudo preto os rejuntes e beiradas do box , até a mangueirinha do chuveiro invés de branca estava marrom, chão do banheiro super encardido, as paredes do apto no geral muito encardidas e com marcas marrom como se alguem tivesse passado terra, mal pude acreditar pq é uma coisa tão simples limpar paredes e elas sujas como estavam deu um aspecto horrível ao local que tinha tudo pra ser agradável. Falta tomadas bem localizadas, principalmente próximo a cama. Falta pano de prato , pano de chão rodo e vassoura, pq ja que foi tão mal limpo eu mesma limparia se tivesse. Falta um espelho de corpo inteiro. Apesar de no anuncio dizer q teria itens de higiene pessoal na minha hospedagem não teve nenhum, apenas papel higiênico. Não tem bebedouro no apto , eu enchi minha garrafinha na recepção do prédio. A piscina não estava limpa, tinha umas melecas brancas na água, que poderia ser catarro ou algo ainda pior já que no predio tem muitas repúblicas e estudantes. Eu ficaria lá novamente , mas eu iria disposta a gastar 1 ou 2 horas limpando e jamais usaria a piscina.

Andreia (8/5): - O Edifício é completo, segurança, piscina, academia, tudo muito organizado e limpo, a localização é excelente. O studio é agradável, gostei da vista. Apesar de ser agradável, relatei ao anfitrião que a limpeza precisa de mais atenção, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando perfeitamente e senti falta de alguns utensílios na cozinha, como coador e ou uma cafeteira, panos de limpeza também. Tivemos que sair mais cedo por conta de problemas pessoais, mas gostei bastante da acomodação.
