• Bjorn Rommens (8/5): Prima voor alleen overnachten - Afstand tot openbaar vervoer (tram letterlijk voor de deur - metro één halte met de tram verderop) was fantastisch. Self-service check-in was in principe ook prima. Alleen even wennen als je niet precies waar je moet zijn/wat je moet doen. Uitzicht kamer zo van de hoogste verdieping was fantastisch. Bed en kussens waren voor mij persoonlijk respectievelijk te hard en te zacht. Airco werkte niet echt (ik vond het niet kouder worden).

Check-in y checkout automaticos en un tottem que me parecio buenisimo. cocina equipada con varios extras que facilito mi estancia nos ayudo mucho, hay un smarttv para poder ver netflix o algo mas y refrigeradores para guardar articulos personales en la cocina. las camas un poco incomodas. sofa en la habitación incomodo y con una mesa pequeña de poca utilidad

• Sopho (8/5): - The room was quite big and clean. It is located in central location , everything is walkable distance. They have automatic check in and check out , which is quite easy. There was shared space for kitchen and laundry, however I didn't see it until last day. It would be good to have that information up front, so you would know about facilities beforehand and use them. I wished there was kettle or mini fridge in the room.

• Rafael (8/5): Kellemes szállás, jó helyen, egyszerű check-innel és tiszta szobákkal - Nagyon kellemes helyen helyezkedik el a szállás. 20 perc sétára van a főtér, viszont elég távol van attól, hogy a különféle fesztiválok megzavarják az itt töltött pihenést. A Check-in rendkívül egyszerű és egy igazán kellemes meglepetés volt, hogy előtte és utána is volt lehetőségünk a nehéz bőröndjeinket tárolni külön zárható szobában. A fürdőszobába nyíló ajtó sötétített üveg, de nem eléggé, így ez sajnos egy kicsit kellemetlen tud lenni.

• Nacho (8/5): - Hotel cómodo,limpio y la ubicación. El desayuno, o más bien la gestión. La cafetera estropeada un día, y al día siguiente no echaba leche, solo café aguado. Se acaba el pan y no ponen más, se quedaron sin zumo y no había más. Un auténtico desastre, y eran las 9 de la mañana. Para otra vez no contrataría el desayuno. Hay un sitio enfrente con muy buen café ideal para desayunar. El hotel muy bien. Tampoco me gustó que no tienen servicio de habitaciones. Camas desechas todo el día y no entran a limpiar.

• Miroslava (7/5): Overall, for the price, it’s a decent option and offers good value. - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the city center and close to public transport, which made getting around very easy. Another big plus was that they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out since our flight was later in the day. The self check-in process was also super convenient and took only about 2 minutes. On the downside, the cleaning could definitely be improved. There was a bottle left under the bed, and the carpet had small hairs or fibers stuck in it that didn’t seem properly cleaned and were quite noticeable.

Optioneel ontbijt in aanpalende ruimtes - buffet of à la carte is perfect voor ons. Hotel is in transformatie (mei '26), zorgt voor rommelige ervaring in liften en gangen - had beter/duidelijker aangegeven dienen te worden. Kamers kunnen schoner, haar van een ander in de badkamer is een no-go voor mij.

• arianna (7/5): Confortevole ma senza troppe pretese - Posizione centrale e vicina ai mezzi,tra cui tram e metro check in e check out senza attese la camera nonostante fossero i primi di Aprile era sempre inpostata sull aria condizionata calda, nonostante i tentativi di regolare il termostato eravamo comunque obbligati a tenere la finestra aperta in quanto non arrivava decisamente aria fresca o quantomeno normale.

• Graziano (5/5): Good location, little sleep - Super convenient self check-in and out. Perfect location to explore the city on foot and by public transport, both towards the city center and outer neighbourhoods like Ixelles and Saint Gilles. Personnel is kind and helpful. When we arrived, the room attributed to us was not properly clean (floor needed hoovering), but the receptionists kindly gave us a new room. The room would benefit from an additional wardrobe. The worst issue was that we were woken up three days in a row by heavy drilling in the hotel (over a long weekend, Saturday included). Didn't get much rest and nobody informed us of the construction works. A shame because we stayed in the same hotel last year and had a good experience. I will not go back because I want to be able to sleep in during my holidays.

Lo staff resta nascosto in un ufficio non visibile, risponde alle domande au booking con ritardo e in modo sibillino ed evasivo. Il cliente è abbandonato di fronte a sistemi automatici che non forniscono le informazioni corrette né complete. Poi ti telefonano dopo due ore e ti prendono anche in giro.

Des travaux dans l'hôtel dès 7h du matin. Plusieurs ascenseurs en travaux. File d'attente aux ascenseurs. J'ai contacté le service clients pour demander un geste commercial ; cela m'a été refusé.
• Sandra (5/5): Es geht - Die Lage war gut, es gibt eine Straßenbahn die Straße gegenüber, die ins Zentrum fährt. Check-in ging schnell und einfach über den Automaten. Frühstück war auch gut. Klimaanlage/Heizung hat supet funktioniert. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, der Teppich und das Bett hatten Flecken drauf. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren noch Bauarbeiten, somit war es auch sehr laut. Das Zimmer ist knapp für 2 Personen.

Nice area with shopping streets (expensive brand shops). Bars and restaurants along the street. It seems the hotel has a problem with the elevators (although they seem new installed) as, at least one elevator was blocked sometime. No fridge and no TV in the room, which for a short stay are not necessary anyway, in my opinion.
