• Viktoriia (10/5): Отличный вариант для проживания в Хиккадуве - Проживание отличное, на вилле есть всё необходимое. Всё аккуратно, чисто и просторно. С канализацией и напором воды всё супер. Хозяева были крайне гостеприимны и помогали во всём. Порекомендовали места, помогли с чемоданами, провели вкусный экскурс по ланкийской кухне. Я бы хотела вернуться.
• Anat (10/5): - We had the best time here. The place is clean, perfectly equipped and really suited for a family with kids. The location is perfect - walking distance to the most beautiful beaches - hikkaduwa coral reef for snorkeling and the turtle beach for swimming, in addition to multiple restaurants and stores. Also it is a 3 min walk to a train- which we took twice to galle - offering a cheap and beautiful ride to another great location. And the highlight is of course the hostess, Sakun and his family are the nicest most caring ppl we've met. Looking after us as we were their family. Giving you a home away from home experience. • Jenny (10/5): Mehr als nur eine Unterkunft: Ein Ort voller Herz und Menschlichkeit - Wer eine ganz besondere Gastfreundschaft Sri Lanka's erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ab der allerersten Minute haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir durften bereits ein paar Stunden vorher einchecken und wurden herzlich von Sakun's (Manager und Inhaber) Familie empfangen, während er selbst in der Arbeit war. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab selbstgemachten Papaya Saft als Begrüßungsgetränk. An einem Abend hat die Familie für uns gekocht und wir haben zusammen zu Abend gegessen. Dabei konnten wir uns über die kulturellen Unterschiede unserer Heimatländer austauschen und noch interessante Informationen über das Leben in Sri Lanka erfahren. Solche Erfahrungen und Gespräche kann man bei keiner Tour erkaufen. Das sind so wertvolle Momente, die einem für immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wer sich für das Serenique Heaven entscheidet, entscheidet sich nicht nur für eine von vielen Unterkünften in einem Urlaub. Man entscheidet sich für eine warmherzige, fürsorgliche und liebenswürdige Familie, die sich für ihre Gäste alle Mühe der Welt gibt. Sie stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie sind etwas ganz Besonderes und so auch dieser Ort. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, obwohl viele Zugangsstraßen in der Nähe sind. Selbst der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Strand sind es maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg. Es ist schön den authentischeren Teil Hikkaduwas zu durchlaufen, um zim Strand zu kommen. Man hat eine eigene Terrasse auf der man verweilen und entspannen kann. Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und einen Deckenventilator. Wir hatten auf unserer Reise viele Unterkünfte, sogar Hotels, die oft von Stromausfällen betroffen waren. Meistens sogar täglich. Im Serenique Heaven gibt es Solarpanele auf dem Dach wodurch der Strom besser gewährleistet wird und es nicht oder nur sehr selten zu Stromausfällen kommt.
• MICHAEL (10/5): Un séjour merveilleux au Serenique Heaven, un petit paradis ! - Nous avons été accueilli avec bienveillance et professionnalisme ! Nous avons eu la chance et l'honneur d'être invité à dinner par Sakun et sa famille lors d'un délicieux dinner et cela a été formidable. Le matin les oiseaux et les écureuils sont devant la terrasse pour le plaisir des yeux sur l'avocatier et la manguier dans le jardin. Il y fait bon vivre et on de sent bien. Une semaine de bonheur et de quiétude chez Sakun et sa famille. Nous recommandons à 200 % Nous reviendrons ! Stutti !!!!!
• Aliaksandr (10/5): - Отдыхали с 6 по 13 февраля семья из 4 человек, двое детей и 2 взрослых. Фото соответствует букинга, место классное. В нашем распоряжении был целый второй этаж. Гостиная с кухней, 2 комнаты, санузел. Включена стиральная машина, что очень радует. На кухне есть 2 сковороды,чайник, кастрюля, столовые приборы, кружки, стаканы,бокалы. В гостиной нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор, его хватало, комнаты оборудованы кондиционерами. Большие кровати, хорошие матрацы, постельное белье свежее, спать очень удобно. Территория очень хорошо охраняется, потому что живут родители хозяина. Все закрывается на замок со всех входов, что очень хорошо. Сакун, замечательный молодой человек, хороший управленец. Нас встретили свежими джусами и холодными полотенцами, что очень приятно! Был организован ужин местной кухни с участием семьи Сакуна. Это было очень вкусно и очень интересно. Также были панкейки и коктейли молочные.Каждый раз Сакун интересовался, все- ли у нас в порядке! Вилла очень хорошо расположена: море рядом, минут 7 ходьбы, а то и меньше. Рядом супермаркеты, магазины, рядом около виллы палатка в 1 минуте, где брали воду. Рядом ж/д вокзал, поезда не мешают совсем. Недалеко басстейшн. Можно спокойно уехать в Галле и другие деревни. Фруктовый и рыбный рынок минут 5,7 ходьбы. Желаю Сакуну продолжать в том же духе, дарить приятные эмоции и также с вниманием относиться к своим поселенцам! Сакун, ты очень хороший человек! Твоя семья безумно заботливая и хорошая ! Мы очень рады были жить с вами! Спасибо огромное!
• Hui (10/5): - Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect as it is close to beaches, stores, and restaurants but very quiet at the same time. The amenities were plentiful and in the few instances where we needed something, our wishes were swiftly taken care of. You can really feel how every detail of the apartment has been thought through and a love has been poured into it. Sakun also seemed very keen for feedback and had multiple upgrades already planned. . What made this experience truly unique is our host's high degree of care and hospitality. Sakun and his family went above and beyond to introduce us to local cuisines. He even took time to share a meal with us. We felt really at home and even extended our stay. Nothing
• Olga (10/5): Definitely recommend and would be happy to be back - Very good place, amazing host, one of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property, but since neighbours are tourists also, and the villas are close to each other, you can hear other people quite well
• Min Jeong (10/5): - Host was incredibly attentive and kind. When there were issues, he quickly fixed it and made sure all was good. His family even offered a great dinner on the last day and we had a very delicious sri lankan food and desserts. The door near the balcony could have a handle from outside, it was a little difficult to open it when closed.

Идеально подойдет для длительного проживания. В шаговой доступности рыбный и фруктовый рынок, много разных магазинов, автобусная и ж/д станция. До океана 5 минут, если до пляжа с черепахами у отеля HikkaTranz минут 15 не спеша или 3 минуты на тук-туке. Хозяин апартаментов Сакун и вся его семья очень гостеприимные люди! Рекомендую данные апартаменты на 100%👍
• Olesya (10/5): Идеальный отдых для семьи - Это просто восторг. Великолепное размещение, великолепная семья. Все было идеально. Расположение в тихом уютном месте. При этом рядом все рынки и магазины. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. Великолепная вилла со всеми удобствами. Но самое большое сокровище этого размещения- это прекрасные люди. Ощущение, как будто приехал к родственникам, которые тебя долго ждали. Нас окружили заботой, добротой. Мы чувствовали себя в полной безопасности. Постоянно угощали свежевыжатыми соками. В один из вечером устроили прекрасный ужин. Это место надолго нам запомнится и однозначно мы сюда еще вернемся. Желаю процветания и здоровья Сакуну и его семье.

The host and his family were exceptionally warm and welcoming, extending their hospitality with genuine kindness. They even prepared an authentic Sri Lankan breakfast for us, which was both delicious and memorable. The terrace was beautifully appointed and situated in an idyllic setting, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. The accommodation was very clean, and the overall value for money was outstanding. We felt completely at ease and thoroughly appreciated the gracious hospitality. Many thanks for such an unforgettable experience. 🇱🇰😊 That we didn‘t stay longer.😉
• Olga (10/5): Perfect place that felt like home! - We were staying first two nights in a hotel which was not very comfortable for us and decided to change the place. We were so lucky to find this place and meet Sakun and his family!!! I have travelled a lot and met many wonderful people, but Sakun turned out to be the best host ever! He and his family granted us with lots of warmth, care and happy moments! This place is ideal for rest because there it is so calm and so "like home", and very close to everything like the sea, market with fresh fruit, supermarkets! Bedding is perfect, I loved the style of the house and we slept like babies there. Big terrace is perfect for breakfasts, family time and even a little work I did felt perfect there. Many many many thanks for Sakun and his beautiful family! We really hope to get back and spend more and more time in this wonderful place! The only thing I felt sad about that I had to leave so soon, 13 days we spent there was definitely not enough...
• Melany (10/5): Spacious, well-equipped, conveniently-located apartment with lovely hosts - We loved our 3 night stay at Serenique Heaven! The apartment is comfortable, well-laid out, and equipped with all we needed for a home away from home. We especially enjoyed the kitchenette (where we cooked two curries!), the spotless bathroom, and having a washing machine & clothes rack to catch up on laundry. Both bedrooms have excellent aircons (and optional fans) which provided instant relief from the April heat. Sakun and his family embody the warm, generous spirit that we've come to associate with Sri Lanka. Sakun was amazing throughout our stay, and on our last morning his mom made us a delicious breakfast as a gift which was so special. We'd highly recommend Serenique Heaven as a comfortable, conveniently-located apartment that offers so much for an affordable rate. It's accommodation fully deserving of its high reviews.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed 16 nights at SERENIQUE HEAVEN and had a great time. We were warmly welcomed by Sakun and his family and they were very helpful and caring throughout our stay. They also offered Sri Lankan dinner one evening. Unfortunately I was sick but the others were both grateful and full after this tasty dinner. There were two bedrooms, one with AC. In the other bedroom there were two fans available. The terrace was divine, spacious and fresh and there was a large drying rack. Overall there was everything you needed and a bonus that there was a washing machine in the fresh bathroom that you could use at no extra cost. The location is great. The villa is located in a quiet area, a little off a side street but as central as can be. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, the beach and bus and train. I highly recommend this affordable accommodation and would love to come back again.
• Vita (10/5): Exceptional - All was top level. Very spacious appartment with kitchen and terrace. 5 min walk to nice beach, good snorkeling from shore. Fruit and fish market 5 min walk as well. Close to train and bus station. Host and his family members live in next house, always available, whatever you need, get immediately. If this villa is available, stop searching and book.
• Theresa (10/5): Best place!! - Wow where do I start? This was the best accommodation during my whole trip through Asia. It‘s actually even better than the pictures. It‘s an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen that has all the equipment. On top of that you’ll have a giant porch with a jungle view. You’ll feel like you‘re at home. Also the family who provides this property is so welcoming and kind, they‘ll making your experience even better. At any time they‘ll help you with everything you need and you can tell that they want you to have a very special experience. 10/10 recommend staying here. Hopefully I‘ll be back for a longer period of time.
