• Samuel (10/5): Very happy with our stay - Location for walking into town was great for seeing the Christmas market and restaurants was only 20 mins away. The off road parking was really helpful although is only enough space for a small car which suited us perfectly. House was clean and tidy with towels provided. The provided hamper was great for tea and coffee on arrival. There is nothing I would want to improve about the property.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Fabulous stay in York, made even better with the excellent accommodation - The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and ideally situated. Excellent value for money. There was nothing to dislike.
• Dennis (9/5): Superb - location within walking distance and buses very frequent,spacious comfy ,courtyard nice ,parking just big enough for one . nothing as such.
• Gerald (6/5): Quite good - Bathroom window wide open and unable to close it so could not use it. Waste in wash basin did not work. The property was lovely in many ways but can’t have a bath when cold because of window.

• Juanito (9/5): Nice cosy well equipped house. - Well equipped, spotlessly clean, regular bus service into city centre 10 minutes walk away (Route 6 just past Sainsbury's local and over the crossroads. Every 15 minutes or so. The route 19 bus stop is closer but much less frequent). Good parking .Very nice place, would stay again. The en-suite shower room is a little on the small side but this wouldn't put us off staying there again.

Lovely touch was a welcome hamper with lots of treats to enjoy. Will definitely return and highly recommend. Nothing.

York Stays staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful Nice touch of welcome pack Lack of reliable public transport. Service was hit and miss. No fans in rooms but temperature was exceptional at this time
