• Heinz (10/5): Antica FANTASTIKA - Unsere sehr schön ausgestattete Suite erreichten wir direkt mit einem Aufzug. Sportler können natürlich auch eine wunderschöne Holztreppe benutzen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer schönen großen Dusche. Die Doppelbetten waren sehr bequem die Matratze schön fest. In einem weiteren offenen Zimmer gab es noch ein Einzelbett mit einem großen Schrank. Bei schönem Wetter konnte man das Meer sehen. Das Frühstück nahmen wir teils auf der großen geschützten Terrasse ein, alle Wünsche wurden durch die liebenswerte Patronin erfüllt. Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft und reichlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch durch die wunderbar ruhige Lage. Außerdem gab es einen privaten Parkplatz.

• Hans (10/5): Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit perfekten Gastgebern - Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir wurden ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Unser Zimmer, aber auch das ganze Haus, ist gross und modern. Am Abend konnten wir auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Ausblick und Abend geniessen. Für einen Besuch von San Marino ist die Unterkunft absolut top geeignet. Alles war sehr gut.

If you’re coming to San Marino and want to feel safe and comfortable i - If you are coming to San Marino this is the place to stay. It’s the best of both worlds. The building is old unifying the culture and antiquity of San Marino but remodeled in the interior with modern amenities that make it comfortable and even luxurious for travelers. The views from the veranda are gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious, and always served on time, rhe rooms are immaculately clean, and the hosts are the most hospitable hosts I’ve ever stayed with (and I’ve traveled and stayed a lot of places around the world). This b & b is an absolute gem. I wouldn’t change anything about this property.

If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of staying in the old town in San Marino, this is a wonderful option. The breakfast was very good as well!

Квартира расположена в красивом, очень современном, полностью отреставрированном доме. Всё новое и очень удобное. В доме есть лифт. Удобный подъезд на машине и парковка перед домом. Необычайно приятные хозяева. Спать комфортно, удобный душ, современная сантехника, вкусные завтраки у камина. В день заезда нам предложили приятный ужин и мы были в восторге. В день отъезда пошёл сильный снег и хозяева любезно расчистили парковку, почистили машину, помогли с выездом. Это очень приятно. Мы очень довольны и рекомендуем этот дом для проживания. Такого нет

The room was new, spotlessly clean (as was the bathroom), with modern decor, a TV offering Netflix and international channels, and a delicious breakfast.A fantastic place to relax and explore San Marino!

La struttura, molto antica, è completamente ristrutturata ed è un mix armonioso di elementi originali e di comfort di avanguardia (riscaldamento a pavimento, ascensore con accesso diretto in camera). La camera dove abbiamo alloggiato con nostra figlia di 12 anni è quasi una suite: sono stati ricavati due ambienti "notte", uno con letto matrimoniale e l'altro con un letto singolo, interponendo tra essi il bagno, in modo che fossero comunicanti ma indipendenti. Completa la camera un piccolo angolo "soggiorno". Pulizia impeccabile, colazione ottima, ma soprattutto grandissima cortesia e attenzione da parte di Cristina e di suo marito per farci sentire, davvero, a casa. Nonostante il meteo non sia stato dalla nostra parte e ci abbia fatto sentire un po' di freddo pungente, ad ogni nostro ritorno alla Antica Colombaia abbiamo ritrovato il calore di casa.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere l’ottima accoglienza nella struttura, i titolari sono due persone speciali che ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio. La camera IL FOCOLARE davvero bella, letti comodi, ottima pulizia degli ambienti. Colazione ottima sia di dolce che salato. Buona anche la posizione a circa mezz’ora a piedi dal centro storico di San Martino (ma bisogna essere ben allenati perché è tutto in salita) o a 10 minuti in macchina. Abbiamo provato uno dei ristoranti proposti dalla struttura OSTERIA DA GIULIO dove abbiamo mangiato un’ottima fiorentina. Che dire sicuramente la consiglieró a tutti i miei conoscenti che vorranno visitare la Rep. di San Marino

Es ist sehr eindrucksvoll, wie sie und ihr Mann das alte Gebäude restauriert und modernisiert haben. Die Unterkunft ist das -zugegebenermaßen höhere- Übernachtungsgeld absolut wert. Das Frühstück auf der Veranda ist ein Genuss. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Der (Fuß-)Weg zur Seilbahn dauert knapp 30 Minuten. Absolut nichts!

L'Antica Colombaia atteint la perfection visiblement recherchée par les charmants propriétaires. Cela dans tous les domaines : accueil, raffinement, cadre, qualité, innovation, ... L'endroit, à quelques minutes du centre de Saint Marin, est idéal. L'établissement, richement restauré, est un mélange de confort, d'harmonie, de technologie. La vue sur la plaine et la mer est à couper le souffle. Mais que dire de l'accueil des propriétaires ? Cordial, professionnel et contribue à un magnifique séjour. Il convient cependant de mentionner le petit-déjeuner (buffet), préparé et servi par Cristina. Qualité, quantité, variété, c'est un des nombres points forts de l'Antica Colombaia. Merci !
• Christian (10/5): - Das B&B liegt nicht im Zentrum von San Marino, sondern so weit ausserhalb, dass man schon beinahe auf dem Land ist. Sehr ruhig und kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Es ist ein kleines Schmuckstück! Ein altes Haus, das wunderbar renoviert wurde. Das Besitzerpaar (und der Sohn) sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Schöne gemeinsame Terrasse, wo es auch gutes Frühstück gibt (bei gutem Wetter). Safe im Zimmer. Zugang zum Haus mit Code, zum Zimmer mit Schlüssel. Kontakt zu den Besitzern am besten per WhatsApp. So kann man auch die Ankunftszeit absprechen. Wir können das B&B empfehlen.

• Guenter (10/5): Great location to visit Sam Marino for 1-2 days - Very nice hosts, beautiful veranda for breakfast and wine/picnic in the evening, with a view of the ocean in the distance. Walking distance to the cable car going up to the old town on top of the hill. Great breakfast.
• Mark (10/5): A Most Serene Stay! - The Antica Colombaia BnB is a wonderfully restored and thoroughly modernized luxury boutique BnB in an historic stone tower building. The entry area still retains its 2' x 2' massive wooden beams. Our family quadruple suite in the top of the tower was very comfortable with private elevator and staircase, table and four chairs, refrigerator, safe, A/C, and windows on all four sides with views of the Adriatic Sea and San Marino's Monte Titano. The buffet breakfast was the best we've had in years with eggs cooked to order and any kind of coffee. Breakfast can be taken inside or on the covered terrace. The hosts could not have been more helpful, accommodating, and kind! They made us feel welcome and at home. On-site parking is available, including a charging station. The San Marino cable car is minutes away. Overall, it was a most serene stay in San Marino!

Excellent refurbishment carried our recently with all modern comforts embedded in a classical rural set-up. Very convenient location, just few minutes away from the old centre of San Marino. A bit of a pity that the room we had was not having a view on the valley.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kristina, whose hospitality truly made the experience special. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home - friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The house is incredibly well organized, with attention to every little detail. Everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and made for a very comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care and love goes into running this place. The location is fantastic - peaceful, yet very close to everything. It’s the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of San Marino. Highly recommend this place. Thank you again, Kristina!
• William (10/5): Exceptional - We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay we were made to feel like guests in someone’s home not just a hotel. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The view from the outside terrace towards the sea is stunning.

The accommodation is a beautifully renovated old house with a stunning view. Impeccably clean and well maintained. An ideal spot for a relaxing, easy-going holiday. Highly recommended!

• Edward (10/5): Excellent stay, new property, fantastic breakfast, easy access to the city, and lovely host - Fantastic stay! The property is beautiful - small, recently done up and in excellent condition. It is in a very quiet residential street, only a 5 minute drive from the funicular up to the Old City, and not more than 10 minutes by car from the parking areas which allow you to get to the Old City by foot. The room we had was huge, with a double and two single beds (and a cot was provided for our child), in excellent condition, clean, and very nicely done up. The room also had views of San Marino, Italy and the sea. All floors have lift access. Cristina, the host, was in touch on WhatsApp prior to our stay to ensure everything was perfect for us, and she was lovely and accommodating. She also stayed in touch during our stay to ensure everything was in order. Breakfast was also very nice, freshly prepared for us. On our last day we had to leave early and Cristina prepared a packed breakfast for us the night before. We highly recommend this property. Nothing. The only suggestion I can give to potential guests is to arrive by car, as this will make travelling around much easier. But this is a general comment, not directed at the property as our stay was excellent.
• Paul (10/5): A warm welcome to a very nice place. - Excellent historic property which has been meticulously refurbished. Very conveniently situated a short drive from the old town or alternatively the cable car to the old town. The owners made us feel very welcome and were very attentive hosts. Worth mentioning the breakfast buffet, which was beautifully presented and an ample start to the day. Highly recommend.
• Yulia (7/5): Good - Nice place for one night sleeping We were less impressed with the privacy _ sound isolation was very low_ and access to the kitchen. Adjacent near living area ,close to the entrance to the room, very impressive as it appears in the pictures, but you can't prepare food or drink there. Closed like an area at an airport. Although this is nicely defined, it feels a bit of a huge miss in the overall experience.

• Tamás (10/5): Fantastic place to stay! - Brand new, very clean and comfortable. Owner family extremely kind and helpful, could communicate in english. Decent breakfast, beautiful view of Rimini and adriatic sea from the terrace. Only three apartements above each other in an old but fully renovated tower like house. Quiet, elevator and EV charging available. Great value for money! We have spent 3 nights with our dog in Antica Columbaia, will return in the future. We were very satisfied and highly recommend the place. The location is halfway up to the historic town. All restaurants are up in old town, you need a car to dine out. This is not a complaint just info...we travelled by car so it meant no problem for us. Take P9 lot, two elevators takes you up right to the front gate. From there every venue is just a short walk.

• Ersin (10/5): Familienunterkunft für Perfektionisten - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, es wurde Kernsaniert, die Lage, der Ausblick sowie der Service und die Gastfreundschaftlichkeit ist bemerkenswert. Es ist sehr Sauber, das Frühstück ist Top und die Inhaberfamilie ist sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eines der besten Unterkünfte die ich je mit meiner Familie war.

• Roland (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely place to stay in San Marino - this very new and comfortable accommodation exceeded all my expectations! My room was really nice & perfectly clean, the great breakfast on the sunny terrace was a perfect start in the day and Cristina was an amazing and very helpful host! The location is ideal for visiting San Marino, it is a less than 10 min drive to the historic city center and also Rimini is nearby.
