• Archie (1/5): Horrible scam - It was fine to start located a bit too far away from the main town so had to Uber everywhere. On the 3rd night me and some friends went to the club in town and some came home early. They turned on the TV and at 4am the owner (who lives downstairs) came up and banged on the door. He started shouting at everybody to leave and even called his cousin to come and help clear everyone out. My friends being worried about two angry guys coming in at 4am called the police for protection and the owner told them to leave and that everything was fine. My friends were then setting up for the rest of the night in a park (homeless). I was told whilst at the club that this had happened so I left to go back to the apartment to clear things up with the owner. Once I got back to the apartment I woke him up and went back into the apartment. He assured me that even with this removal from the property if I called booking.com I’d be able to receive a refund for the nights that we were not going to spend there. After calling booking.com they contacted the owner and he has denied any refund. So the owner has kept the money and made a group of pretty respectful people homeless. Something similar allegedly happened to the group before us. THIS OWNER IS NOT RESPECTABLE AND NOBODY IN A YOUNG GROUP OF PEOPLE SHOULD ATTEND. “No parties” means NO NOISE past 11pm which is a joke when in a tourist town.
• Pamela (10/5): Our stay was super fantastic. The apartment was very large, clean and the beds were really comfortable. The host was so - Apartment was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and more and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was super nice and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Can’t think of anything

• Jucevičius (10/5): Great apartament in split! - The apartament is very spacy, the air conditioner protected us from hot Croatia's days. There is a shop 1 minute from this apartament for groceries and the biggest mall of Split is 15 mins away. The host was very friendly and helpful, nothing but good words for this host!
