• Jean (9/5): Elegant stay for large families - Beautiful property!! Set at the foothills of Karioi, it has an amazing open kitchen/lounge leading on to a sprawing deck area. More than enough room for our large extended family. Amenities were great, TV with paid services, wifi and generous room to enjoy. Easy check in with instructions given from the owner. We also requested a late check out which the owner was happy to accomodate, stellar service that made the difference for us! Could not reccomend enough N/A

• Sulin (10/5): Nice place for a staycation with the family. - Beautiful view, well furnished with comfort and style, warm modern house. Sleepout was not at the same standard as the house. Smelled a little musty, bunk did not have a ladder, and a bit cramped.

Refrigerator has a fault where it freezes everything. No dish wash liquid available. Had quite a few house flies which took a while to deal to.

• Glenn (9/5): Our stay was very pleasant. - The property was a wonderful location to celebrate an early Christmas with family and get some work done at the same time. There was plenty of everything that you could think of as far as catering and it was very handy to have laundry facilities. The hosts were very easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the bed in the master bedroom has a mattress that does not fit well and is a bit uncomfortable.

Good sized kitchen with all the cookware a d serveware we needed during three nights stay. Plenty of garden space for the kids to run and play. Friendly, communicative hosts!
• Joh (6/5): Pleasant - The location is amazing. It says its 4 bedroom villa. Its 3 bedrooms and a sleep out. And of the 3 bedrooms in the house only 2 rooms have beds. The third room has a pull out couch which honestly just leave as a couch and put a decent mattress on the floor. I felt so bad for the guy who had to sleep on it. We use holiday homes a lot and any house at this price always has a bed. The house has great art and is lovely but this wasn't great.

• Davina (9/5): Beautiful and would book again in the future - Beautiful villa - everything was nice and new, with so much space outside for the kids to run around. Absolutely gorgeous views of the surrounding farms and even a nice sea view.
• Anonymous (8/5): Perfect house for a group of family friends to holiday - Beautiful large house that perfectly accommodated our two families. A 7 min drive into town but being in the countryside with an amazing view of the harbour was lovely! Even in the middle of winter it felt like a holiday. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for us to cook and serve food perfectly. Unfortunately the heat pump would not work 100% of the time so we were pretty cold most of the time. We had to use the one other heater to heat the lounge, bedrooms and the sleepout. A third heater would be beneficial so even if the heat pump is working the other end of the house can be warmed for kids going to bed early.
