Guest Reviews
- Fezile (10/5): - Lorenzo was very helpful and friendly
- Ditshetelo (8/5): Great - Liked the garden, room size, beds, smart TV and channels. The water was a Luke warm and the renovation was still happening which woke us up in the morning.
- Motala (8/5): -
- Chwayita (10/5): Very Relaxing Stay. - The staff was so friendly. They kept checking if we have everything we need. The place is very clean and looked after very well. Its very cute and comfortable and really exceeded my expectations for a guest house in a small town!! Just a heads up, not that I had real issues with the place, but Because the place is currently under renovations you may have to go out to the local shops to get coffee. I have no doubt in my mind that once the kitchen/ reception area is fully complete, there will be access to coffee machine to purchase coffee.

- JD (9/5): -
- KIM (10/5): - Rooms were clean, beds comfy and host accommodating
- Gert (7/5): - Excellent reception, room is clean and neat, aircon works well in the heat. Barfridge is new and effective. Bathroom poorly ventilated, needs extractor fan.
Showerdoor needs service. A bathroom cabinet or even small shelf as well as a few towel hooks will be welcome at the basin.
Small shelve at the side of the bed without bed pedastal will be practical

- Derek (10/5): Great value for money, a home away from home. Thank you so much for making our stay so great. - We were warmly greeted by the staff, who directed us to our secure, undercover parking. After checking in, we were assisted with our luggage to our room.
A very spacious family room, with ample space, a bar fridge and amazing air conditioning.
The Beds were superb and comfortable, the best sleep ever.
The gardens are well-kept, and the garden furniture set out invites you to enjoy your first morning cup of coffee or tea, accompanied by the sound of the bird life surrounding you. It's so peaceful, it's hard to imagine we are in town.
We were offered room cleaning services during our stay.
The pool was amazing and refreshing. The kids really loved swimming.
We will most definitely recommend I wish they would offer home-cooked meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It would set them apart from the usual fast food options available,

- JUSTICE (9/5): Happy - Enjoy
- Zanele (8/5): - I liked everything about the facility, very clean. Most enjoyed the swimming pool area. The swings are not stable, I fell one of them.
- Shokane (10/5): -
- Pohl (10/5): -
- Johannes (4/5): Not enjoyable - Many things such as tv, bed lights, were not working. There’s even no phone to call in the bedroom. Clean
- Katlego (8/5): - The place was very clean and staff were very helpful. We really got our money worth. The bed in room 1 slopes inward and the toilet was loose , if this was fixed our stay would have been perfect.
- Makhubu (9/5): Perfect - Cleanliness and therapeutic outdoors, spacious Shower glass was no there, but i understand construction are still in progress

- Adrian (5/5): Passable -
- Armand (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vause (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vause (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tsakani (5/5): Fair - 1. There's an open hole in the bathroom ceiling, making the bathroom experience extremely uncomfortable.
2. Had to go to the reception for a TV remote, under rain
- Vuya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Friddah (8/5): It was alright - Cleanliness We needed to check out early in the morning but there was no one to attend to us or help us navigate our way out of the Facility: if there could be written guidance for exit incase there is no staff on duty
- Mans (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bogoshi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Themba (5/5): 5 - They accepted their mistake and made a plan for us to sleep. They didn't update on booking.com that they are busy with renewvations .
- Getrude (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sibaya (2/5): Great space , more needs to be done to improve the guests experience. - Easy to find, and the area seemed safe. I was very disappointed with the service we received. When we called to inform the staff that we were at the gate, it took an unreasonably long time for someone to come and let us in and check us in.
The room had issues with the lights, which kept turning off. When we called for assistance, we were told that this problem was affecting other rooms as well so no solution I guess.
There was no water available, and no alternative arrangements were made. Even a 20-liter bucket for flushing the toilet would have been appreciated.
We had to leave the next day for a family funeral without being able to wash, and the room smelled of urine all night because we couldn't flush the toilet.
- Rita (9/5): Superb -
- Phetolo (8/5): Very good -
- Kyle (7/5): Good -
- Godfrey (8/5): Very good - The facility was clean. The photos are a true reflection - other than there were renovations disturbing access to the pool.
Staff were friendly and kept their promises. Consider serving breakfast as there are not too many options in Marble Hall town
