- Lesley (4/5): If property got all above repaired and a bit of tlc with decor it would be good - Handy location Very uncomfortable broken chairs broken windows not enough cutlery no pots and pans shower broken but maintenance did come out to fix shower
- Katherine (4/5): Smelt badly of cigarette smoke - Space for the family. The apartment stank of cigarette smoke, even though the advert had said non-smoking rooms throughout. We had to leave early because my daughter had asthma. The oven was dirty. The coffee table was rickety and felt like it could collapse at any minute. The duvets and mattresses seemed very old. he location was not very nice - I won't be booking somewhere without seeing the exterior in the photos again. I contacted the owners about a refund but have not yet heard back.

- Claire (8/5): Very good - Had everything we needed apart from coffee, very clean It wasn't advertised about the stairs to Access the property, when I checked on Google maps the stairs are blurred out and lots of stairs to access the inside. I brought my mum who uses a wheelchair and it took a lot of time to get her in and out of the property, also no hand rails on stairs in the hall way or hand rails in the bathroom. Please advertise this. Thanks

- William (3/5): Better value staying at a Holiday Inn! - Nothing! Location. No images of outside the property. Parking was not great. Only one toilet. Bathroom floor has slippery tiles and no floor mat. No mat in bath for the shower. Toilet seat broken. Single beds poor
- Adebola (8/5): Convenient and comfortable. - It was in a great location, very quiet. It was easy to locate also. I appreciated how clean the property was and it was clear they paid attention to detail. It comfortable and felt very homely. Thanks for having the heating on when we arrived! A bath mat and some wardrobe hanging space would have been perfect. Otherwise, no complaints!
- Brid (7/5): Couch Potatoes. - Access was simple, the accommodation was clean, the heating was in good order and the required appliances were present. Proximity to a grocery store and a church was an added bonus. We had an issue with the dining/living room furniture. At least two, and probably all, of the dining chairs were unstable to the point of being very dangerous. Three of our company of four, all siblings, are pensioners. Although all of them enjoy excellent health and mobility, they had to refrain from using these chairs as there was a very high likelihood that any one of them could collapse at any moment. All four chairs need to be replaced without delay before someone sustains a fracture from a fall or is otherwise seriously hurt. Luckily, the young man in our company noticed the problem in time for us to avoid using the chairs but that did affect our ability to enjoy our meals around the table together.
And the coffee table in the same room wasn't far behind the chairs in terms of useful life expectancy. It too can best be described as "wonky".
We trust that these remarks are taken as we intend, in the spirit of constructive and necessary commentary.
Many thanks, however, as we did enjoy our stay in the peaceful surroundings in Castlemilk.

- Dianne (9/5): Perfect for a group. - Breakfast was not included but that was not required. The key lock was great and there was always plenty of parking. The rooms were really lovely and clean, My only suggestion would be more toilet rolls.

- Terrence (5/5): Poor start to a vacation - Somewhat convenient location The start to our 7 day stay was marred by bad experiences right at the start.
1. Price Gouging- Our booking clearly stated that it was for 6 persons. But on arrival we were informed that the bedding and towels provided was only for 5 persons. An extra £20 was charged for 6th person.
This is price gouging. When this was conveyed to property manager - Heather, and that it could result in bad publicity, we were accused of threatening to ruin her and the business..
2. False advertising- Property was advertised in Booking.com with words to the effect "3 BRM, Sleeps 8". Communication beforehand did not in anyway indicate that the 5 beds were just single beds. Usually atleast one bed in a 3 BRM apartment would be a double bed. As our party was 6, it was taken for granted that we would be able to sleep 2 in each of the 3 bedrooms, and we would not require to sleep on the lounge sofa bed.
The 3rd bedroom had only a single bed, so the 6th person in our party had to sleep on the sofa bed.
3. Poor Communication- The QR code scanning that was said to provide all guidance/appliance operating instructions did not work. Some help was provided by the "Cleaning Manager" when he attended to provide the towels and linen for 6th person. Thereafter, though the property manager- Heather was asked for help several times, did not even bother to text back or come in person to ensure the welfare of the guests.
4. Poor amenities supplies and cleanliness found at start of stay- photographic evidence provided to property manager. 2 saucepan lids provided but no saucepans on site.
