• Dharam (10/5): - The apartment has an energy of home with all modern amenities. the design of each rooms and details around the apartment was well laid out. we initially planned to stay a night but the house made us so much comfortable we extended for a day just to enjoy our time in the apartment and in the town of Manteigas. Already the next trip plan is in progress Serra Estrella and Manteigas with this apartment and the breathraking view of the valley surrounding is worth the time money and energy. Elisabete and Rita are amazing host spontaneous helpful and kind. Até Brevemente!! may be we could have stayed longer for the weekend.

• Nelson (10/5): Worth visiting again and again … - Loved the spaciousness and special details like the ceiling and the left-handed piano, and the uber-usable kitchen, and the cosy blankets, and the garden, and the stained-glassed windows, and the huge bedrooms. Parking was a little difficult during busy times.

• Rachel (10/5): מרפאה חמשה כוכבים - בית אספנות מטורף בן מאה של הרופא המקומי, חגיגה לחובבי וינטאג' , נקי, ריח טוב. חדר כביסה מושלם שהיה נחוצים מאוד מאוד, אליזבת ששמרה על הבית היתה חמודה ממש, קיבלה אותו בפינוקים יין גבינות וריבות. ושלחה אותנו למסעדה מצוינת לארוחת ערב. בית גדול, 3 חדרים, אח עצים רומנטית, מטבח יפיפה, סהכ באמת תענוג של מקום המיטה קצת צרה לאנשים גדולים מהממוצע אבל הצטופפנו😀 כמצופה מבית כזה אין מקלחת רק אמבטיה. למשפחוצ עם ילדים זה יתרון ענק, למבוגרים יכול להיות קצת בעייתי

• Mark (10/5): - Magnificent! That's the best description for this restored 3 bedroom 19th century mansion! Huge rooms with huge ceilings, comfortable beds, decorated moldings, period furniture, spacious kitchen, spacious bathroom, tons of bath towels, full cooking supplies, grand hallway, private garden/yard with traditional cement wading/soaking pool, fast wifi, gracious and helpful host - and all of those traits are just the beginning. The local hiking is tremendous, and short drives away are historical villages and the tallest peak in Portugal where you can sample various meats, cheeses and pick up a 100% wool blankets for practically nothing. In short, this is one of the rarest gems in the rental world!
