• Helen (10/5): Next time we have to plan for a longer stay. - Place was absolutely exceptional. Very well stocked to accommodate all your needs. From pots and pans to plenty of dishes, to beach toys. Views are amazing and condo was nice and clean. It was also away from the busy traffic and noise, perfect for a quieter getaway. Can`t think of anything . Everything was great.
• Stacy (10/5): Simply put, we already rebooked our stay for 2026, and we are already looking forward to it. - A very well appointed vacation home, and we needed nothing except what we wanted to eat and drink. The kitchen space was exceptional, the bathrooms and bedrooms were exceptional with soft towels and comfortable bedding. The outdoor balcony furniture was exceptional. The entire living area was exceptional, and the home did not smell like a beach house as it was super clean and smelled great. The big windows in the living room and master bedroom gave us fantastic evening and morning views. The home on the penthouse floor, and the view of the ocean, and the constant sea breeze is worth it alone. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years in Palm Coast, Flagler, and Ponte Vedra. Some being much larger and more expensive. This home is by far our favorite out of them all, and we look forward to our next stay at Paloma. Pictures do not do it justice, but we took some: moonrise, sunrise, master and second bedroom. Taken with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Nothing comes to mind at all.

• Kayla (10/5): A+ penthouse! Absolutely loved our stay! - Everything! I guess the only thing I can think of that I did not like about the property was having to carry around the key to get in from the beach/into the pool. But the penthouse itself was amazing and had everything you needed!

• Michael (10/5): A spectacular place to stay in Ormond Beach. - The condominiums are build just north of the Ormond Beach city limits, which was great to actually see stars over the ocean at night. With the door access and door codes, it was easy to get in with no additional keys to carry (except to access the beach). If you want to prepare meals, there are nearly every appliance imaginable for use. Plenty of towels, blankets, bed pillows, etc. Everything you need. I only had one issue, which was quickly solved - there should be one chair in the master bedroom. I moved one of the dining room chairs into the bedroom for this purpose, and put it back just before we checked out. The king bed mattress was okay, just not my preference.
• Marmy (9/5): Views Out Front and Back - Paloma Penthouse has a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the location is convenient to stores. It was beautifully remodeled and well equipped. The owners were always available thru messages and very nice. I will definitely rebook this condo for my next trip to my hometown of Ormond Beach. The master bed was a bit too soft for me. Probably from being regularly used. But I'd rather have too soft than too hard.

Very clean, superbly decorated, comfortable furniture/bed, well-appointed kitchen, extraordinary views of beach and ocean, peaceful, and the owners are terrific!! I'm definitely going to come back as soon as possible. There was nothing I didn't like about this condo. Simply wonderful!

Stayed in contact from the moment we arrived till days afterwards. They provide beach chairs with the unit ,beach toys, washer/dryer: they even had tanning lotion and sunscreen AND aloe for my entire family. Board games for rainy days. This property is peaceful and so clean and neat. Will 100% stay here again. can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

• Jared (10/5): Paloma Penthouse = peacefull happiness! - We loved the Paloma Penthouse! This condo was true to its description with an interior that was well designed and pleasing to look at! Our family has been vacationing in this area for 4 generations now and this unit was by far the nicest! Located in the Van Lee Condominium building, this penthouse has a view from the 13th floor that hosts views stretching all the way south to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and even New Smyrna Beach. This unit has a dedicated laundry/storage room that is just accross the entrance so that the laundry noise and beach gear is separated from the living area. When you walk in, you enter a great room with a spacious kitchen with island and seating for 4, a dining area that comfortably seats 6 and then a large family room with ample seating for 6+! This great room ends with a panoramic oceanview with access to a large covered balcony. The master is located off of the family room and is very large housing a king bed and a master suite with walk-in closet and its own balcony access and panoramic oceanviews. The second bedroom and bath is off of the dining room and contains 2 full beds with a closet also. All rooms have continuous tiled floors, crown molding, updated fixtures, large smart TVs, and beautiful decor. This unit was also equiped with ample beach accessories including 4 boogie boards, 2 beach style chairs, 2 camp chairs, beach toys, and a beach wagon to haul everything with! There was plenty of extra linens and bathroom tissue. The kitchen had every appliance from a toaster to a blender. In fact, the only thing we couldn't find was a cheese grater.... but honestly it was probably hiding in plain sight! The owners of this unit thought of everything and included a booklet explaining the building, unit and area so that we could know everything from how to get into the door downstairs to where to find horseback riding on the beach! We had a couple of issues that arose during our stay, BUT the owners responded instantly and corrected all of them! This was truly the best customer service we have ever experienced!
