• Andrew (7/5): The place was very nice. I loved it. But my night shift staff gave me a hell of an experience. - It was close to town. Proximity to food and other amenities was key. I loved it. It took about 1hr 30mins for my cooker to be fixed. It wasn’t even fixed. I was given another room to prepare whatever I had to prepare and return to my room.

• Ilias (3/5): I can see the vision, but the execution isn’t there. - Staff where good and location 10/10 This hotel was extremely disappointing for the price we paid. I honestly hope future guests have a better arrival and overall experience than we did. We had to make repeated requests for basic amenities, and on more than one occasion I ended up going downstairs myself because the response time was so slow — even for simple things like towels. At times, it genuinely felt like I was begging for basic hotel amenities. There was no cleaning provided during our stay, Cloud 9 was closed, and to top it off, a staff member even asked for a Christmas gift/tip, which felt completely inappropriate given the level of service. This was my first time in Ghana, and I paid a premium expecting quality, especially during Detty December. Unfortunately, the experience felt overpriced and misleading. For the same price, I could have stayed at much better hotels like Embassy Gardens or similar options. I can see the vision — but nahhh. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, and the price did not reflect the experience at all.

• Jesica Denise (5/5): Meiden bei Schlafproblemen - Die Lage. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen, 15 Minuten von vielen Restaurants, Bars und vom Stadion, 25 Minuten von den Beachclubs und 1 Minute von einem großen Supermarkt. Da das Hotel in einem Bank-Gebäude ist, fühlt man sich sicher, weil 24h überwacht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend. Die Roof-top Bar hatte nichts zu trinken, man war oben nicht wirklich willkommen, es war so laut, dass man im Zimmer eigentlich nicht schlafen konnte, lediglich die Aussicht war top. Mitarbeiterin kam ins Zimmer zum putzen, obwohl wir durchgehend ein Schild mit "bitte nicht stören" an der Tür hängen hatten. Warmwasser wurde zwei mal deaktiviert, damit wir uns bi der Rezeption melden, weil sie generelle Fragen an uns hatten. Fenster im Badezimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir für die Zahlung sämtliche Kreditkarten-Daten am Bildschirm eingeben - diese waren daher für den Mitarbeiter ersichtlich, was sehr unangenehm und gefährlich war.
• Matthew (1/5): Terrible experience - Location was great The whole apartment was noisy, we barely had any sleep at all at night. The rooftop has a restaurant and they played loud music all through the night. The tap and shower also didn't flow well, which made bathing even worse. Behind the apartment is a mechanic shop which made things extremely terrible with noise throughout the day. Our stay was simply terrible and not value for money at all.

• Jeremy (6/5): - Check in was seamless. The room was squeaky clean. It was a very simple room but everything was well placed. The location is right in the center of the bustling Oxford Street the busiest street in Accra. So that means everything is super close from food, atm, souvenirs, casinos, taxis, shopping...etc. Also means it's alot going on and noise being made. Not to much staff will you run into as the reception closes around 5pm-630pm. I didn't know of a way to contact someone if anything was needed but I'm sure there is a way. The hotel is apart of a conglomerate of businesses including a lounge type of club at the top floor. The hotel is only two floors and a bank, cell phone company and other business make up the rest. So not your typical Hotel if you will. Staff is friendly though. The only major issue is they have water issues and it may not work, but once they are notified it doesn't take long for them to rectify the issue. Mines was off twice in the two days that I stayed there. There are bats that fly around a tree at night so if your driving be mindful as the bats poop on the cars under the tree. Parking is free also. But a nice safe location with decent clean spacious rooms. I've read that check in can be a frenzy but mines was absolutely seamless. I booked at like 2pm and received an email and text message saying my room was ready about 15 minutes after I booked. Now they we're having problems with the key making situation but nothing major. Overall decent priced & safe.
• Chidibasil (9/5): Nice & Clean Apartment - The room was clean and well furnished. The location is good for hop-in hop-out...You can get just about everything around - food, groceries, etc...You can stroll around and feel the street...The place also felt safe... The loud music late into the night from neighbouring properties which I understand happens mostly at weekends (I experienced it on Sunday night).

• Nawal (8/5): - Very clean room, great staff, banks and shops nearby but this area is definitely a party area. Be prepared for a very busy strip, very loud music and large crowds of people. The rooms were beautiful but there was a rooftop party on the top of the hotel and the music was thumping until 4am in the morning. So if you are a partygoeer this is the place for you. If you are not a party goer or someone traveling with a family or small children and are traveling on a weekend, you may need to consider that. Other than that the rooms look exactly as advertised. It was really spacious and again the staff was really helpful.
• Nawal (8/5): - Clean room, banks and shops nearby. On a busy strip. This was a really nice place. The pictures are very consistent with how the room looks. The only issue that I had is that we stayed on a friday night and they had a party on the roof type and the music was super loud and was playing until about 4am in the morning. Again, the apartment itself was beautiful and the staff was wonderful but in the evening the music was thumping so it was a bit difficult for us to sleep. So this place is probably really good for partygoers and people who do not mind loud music being played all night but for small families you may need to be prepared if your stay includes a weekend.
• A.D (4/5): - The place looks very nice. Unfortunately it is not possible to get any sleep before in the morning when the club on the roof closed. The noise in the room is like sleeping inside a nightclub. It's a shame, since the place is very nice and the location is top.

• KUMAR (3/5): Excellent customer service by front staff but a Disaster - The staff at the property is simply amazing very customer focused and nice . The room is mordern and nice . The lighting in the room are very poor and white lights are simply awful. The room is very dark. When you are staying for work you need well light rooms yellow down lights are more better . The biggest downfall is the noise . The rooms are not soundproof. Even more disastrous there is night club playing must till 5 am from Thursday to Sunday complete disaster. The property is good to stay only from Monday to Wednesday thereafter noise pollution is so immense its the biggest disaster waiting to happen for someone need peace of mind to stay in the room and work.

• Bright (8/5): - The accommodation itself is excellent. This is a very new property and the apartment you get is as close to world-class as Accra can offer. The property doesnt get a five-star rating for two reasons, one quite serious. First off, and most importantly, is the NOISE. The property is part of a mixed-use complex right at the heart of the tourist district ("Oxford Street"). As such, it is understandably in a crowded, noisy, area. But that trade-off should work fine for those looking to soak in the fun and energy of Accra. Also, the location makes dining and shopping a breeze. The PROBLEM, however, is that the management decided to also plant a NIGHT CLUB right at the top of the building. And then failed to invest in serious sound-proofing. Throughout my stay, the blaring music continued into dawn of every day. Not sure if this is just a festive season thing but being unable to sleep properly was a major downside. The second issue is far less serious and appears to be an oversight. The unit was stocked with water and most toiletries, except shampoo and body lotion. Though the front-desk promised to provide body lotion, they never did. PS: The onsite restaurant doesnt open until after 4pm. It is colocated with the nighclub, which opens later in the evening.
