Not recommended sa mga nagowowrk from home sobrang hina ng signal may wifi nmn 4 luma ang tubig sa galloon or mineral water 5 grounded yung ilaw sa cr hindi nmn kmi naligo at baka mmya yung heater grounded din 6 Most inportant yung lock sa pinto dadalawang turnilyo lang yung nakakabit tjen kawang yung pinto kapag sinarado lets say may cctv kapag ba may nawalang gamit wala na din kaming magagawa doon for safety purposes dapat palitan yung door lock. 7 atska yung swicth ng ilaw at tv iisa lamg kaya kapag gusto mong manuod ng tv n patay ang ilaw or vice versa masyadong hassle Sa booking com kasi maganda yung review pero nagbasa kami marami palang bad review na nasa baba natatabunan nung mga good review basta hindu kami stasfied sa binayad nmin hindi kami nakatulog ng ayos wala n kming choice kundi magtyga sa transient na ito sana mapaayos nmn para comfortable yung mga travellers na kagaya nmin na maayos nmn ang bayad namin overall experience not satisfied

• Dagami (8/5): - The location is near in every tourist attraction,if not for the traffic There's no light in the dining area,other than that is fine
• Oscar John Ian (8/5): - Value for money. You will get what you paid for. The unit is good especially for families or groups of friends who are looking for something affordable, and for groups who are mostly staying outdoors to visit tourist spots and do outdoor activities like us, since we mostly stayed outside during the day and only stayed during the night to rest. The staff and hosts are very accommodating, they always reply even if the booking is still weeks or days ahead. They allowed us to check in early, and they even called to let us know that the room was already available for us to check-in early. When I also asked if we could extend our stay if we ever needed to, they let us and they also gave an affordable price if ever we extend our stay. There are some things that can be improved on, such as: - WiFi: The signal is kinda weak and we had trouble using the internet. (Day and night, the WiFi signal is weak) - The TV is working, but it would be so much better if all streaming apps are downloaded, and guests wouldn't have to log-in their personal accounts so they can use the TV. (Netflix, Spotify, YouTube TV etc) - Clogged drain: I'm not sure why this is the case but both the drain and the sink are clogged for some reason. - Shower heater: The shower heater doesn't really heat up, but you can still use it and the water will be at normal temperature. - Disposable slippers and hangers would be nice.
• Magan (10/5): - Super accommodating po ni ate belle. Yung mismong place is spacious and comfortable. Complete din sila ng utensils, malapit din sila sa mga bilihan. Over all good place si moreno transient to stay. Cheap price pero good quality ❤️
• Santos (9/5): - The staff and owner were nice and easy to communicate with. Location wise, it's near the road where jeepneys and taxis pass by making it easy and convenient for us to commute. It is also very near to a mall so if you want to buy something it's just walking distance. The toilet does smell sometimes but if you were like us who were only looking for a place to sleep at night, honestly it's tolerable. We had a bad experience with noisy neighbors but the owner took care of it asap when we reported it.

• Cris (8/5): Spacious for family. - It was a nice stay and was easy to find on google maps. The beds, linens and blankets were very comfortable. My kids had a very wide space to play inside the room. I will bring my family back here again if I don’t have to work while traveling. The internet was slow, I was disconnected from my online meetings while working. I had to use my phone’s data, which was more reliable.

• Lalaine (7/5): Mixed experience, but appreciate the caretaker and owner for being kind. hoping that they will improve their amenities s - I like the spacious beds and the pleasant caretaker who welcomes us alongside with her cat who is very cuddly The light switch is connected to the TV and fan's power supply, so turning off the lights also shuts off the TV. Additionally, the WiFi connection is slow. I find it inconvenient that the router is located in one of the rented rooms, as guests in that room may accidentally turn it off, disrupting the WiFi for other guests. Furthermore, the heater takes an excessive amount of time to warm the water, even when set to high, and the water temperature is not that hot.

• Darryl (7/5): It was good enough for the budget we had. - The 2 bunkbeds were wide, can fit more than 4 people. There were cooking and eating utensils, and a refrigerator. Price was very affordable. The caretaker was very friendly. Internet connection was reliable. There's a supermarket nearby. It's a basement room, but there's an exhaust fan that improved ventilation.

Must have own car. Smelly when we first entered the room. Then we realized that the end part of the curtain had been soiled with urine. The contact person replaced it the next day. There are mosquitoes. The refrigerator is functional but need replacement. The cooking wares need replacement. The stove needs replacement. The beddings and towels seem to need replacement. There is a leakage on the ceiling when it rains. The room and bathroom are not well- maintained.

• Flerisa (5/5): The helper is kind but not Happy cause it is way long to the tourist spot not a typical walk-in distance. - The room is okay for family and also for furbabies so we get here to book. The place has so many mosquitoes that need to buy Katol-mosquito repellant, the bedding is itchy and needs a lot of Alcohol to spray, and the smell of the downspout if the toilet door is forgotten to close. The exact Address registered here is wrong at the Actual location, and the cab driver is irritated cause the whirlwind Address does not specify the exact location.

• Fretzie (9/5): Overall, the place is still highly recommended. Better if you have your own car. - The place was nice and quiet, specially when you are inside your room. The caretaker and the owner are very nice and kind. Room may be a little small but it has all you need. A plus for a very near convenience store. Near the road and easy access. Very affordable for a family of 6pax. We love our stay here. The rest room is ok, just needs a little fix on the towel rack. And maybe add more hooks to hang clothes. The sinks faucet is not working. But the water is strong. The thing we don't like most is commuting. It's difficult to commute, as taxi's and jeepneys where snob. The place is a bit far from the city center and you need a ride. You can walk but the road is not safe.
