• Lindsey (10/5): Excellent, very comfortable and well appointed accommodation with stunning view. We would happily return. - Exactly as described. Location and view stunning and peaceful / very quiet. Very well appointed accommodation, with coffee machine, plenty of lovely towels, very comfy big bed, aircon and fans. Being able to park the car directly outside the property too. It was the perfect spot for our stay, to be close by family, Yandina and Coolum. There were lovely touches / little extras from the host for Easter to greet us. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We were aware of the open plan nature of the property from other reviews.

• Janet (7/5): A mixed bag. Some real positives marred by a couple of negatives. Could be wonderful. - Quiet, clean, very comfortable and large bed. Hosts were very communicative. Kitchenette lacked bench space and only two mugs/cups available so not able to offer visitors a hot drink. No bathroom privacy at all. We couldn't locate any free to air TV channels. There was no instruction for use of TV.
• Warren (10/5): An excellent option to stay in this area. - Everything was very good. When I arrived the fan was on, the air conditioner was on and the tv was on with some nice music playing. It was hot outside so this was very much appreciated. The place was very well presented. It was clean a is very well laid out. All round a very well presented place to stay. Everything was good.

• Van (6/5): Pleasant - The property was in a fantastic location, just a short drive to the Spirit House where we had a cooking class booked, and close to local hiking trails which made exploring the area really easy. It was a lovely touch to be welcomed with a small bag of locally made chocolates, which made us feel immediately at home and added a thoughtful, personal touch to our stay. There were a few issues that impacted the overall experience. The air conditioner dripped cold water directly onto us while we slept, which made for an uncomfortable night. The listing didn’t clearly outline what was provided in the kitchenette, which made it difficult to prepare properly in advance. On arrival, we discovered there was no sharp knife, which made food prep tricky.

Very peaceful and we loved the bench window seat for morning coffee. Opportunities, No toilet privacy - no doors on bathroom or toilet for privacy. Needed larger bin with liners provided No ice provided in freezer No dish cleaning brush / cloth No English Breakfast tea provided just herbal

We enjoyed our stay.as we said the air con was n - We had lunch booked at The Spirit House so the location was excellent The only comment was the air conditioner was a bit noisy at night. You did have to have it on as it was humid. Plus they had herbal tea bags, I would have liked just plain English bags but my advice would be bring a couple from home just in case

• Belinda (10/5): Modern, spacious studio apartment - neat, tidy and well appointed. Excellent stay! - Great location. Easy to get to the Spirit House cooking school which is why we were staying in Yandina. The room itself was a spacious studio style apartment with kitchenette and lounge room. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and location quiet. What more could we have asked for? There was nothing that we didn’t like about this accommodation.

The hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly when we enquired about the fire pit, when we returned from dinner there was a bag of wood and a chimenea for a fire the next night. We enjoyed a cozy fire while watching the stunning sunset and the starry night sky. The accommodation was fantastic, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Many lovely touches made our stay extra special. Overall, it was a perfect weekend away. We highly recommend staying here! Nothing at all, we loved the accommodation and our visit to Yandinda!

Beautiful setting and quiet area Bed and couch were very comfortable Amenities were good- had everything that we needed in the kitchen especially Very clean and stylishly decorated Loved the plants and little additions Small bin and no recycling- Bigger bin in the living area would be good and another in the toilet No Power points next to the bed No blankets only light throws No bathmat or no hand towel (not sure which it was that we got) and no face washers The shower leaked through the grout lines when used and couldn’t fit a towel under the shower door as a bathmat to soak it up. No door between the living and bathroom or bathroom and bedroom - at least one door would be better for a little privacy and would mean we wouldn’t wake our sleeping partner when using the bathroom The wardrobe would be better with 3 smaller sliding doors instead of two large ones as the hanging space in the middle is not very accessible

Everything in this property feels like it has the guest's best interest at the forefront. Only downfall which is very minor was the lack of a curtain/sliding door between the entrance and the bedroom which would add privacy.
