• Shashank (7/5): - 1. The property is nice and safe 1. There was no exhaust in the bathroom 2. AC remote was not working, when asked to change, the staff said give silly excuse that the temparature is fixed at 19°C. 3. Swimming pool was dirty
• Emilie (4/5): A fuir - Le lit Nous avons pris la chambre la plus onéreuse promettant des bons équipements, un wifi puissant, un late check out et un petit déjeuné inclus. Nous sommes arrivés à 13h après presque 1h d’enregistrement, le personnel nous a promis un message pour nous fournir les infos (heure du petit déjeuner, mot de passe du wifi,heure du Check out etc..) nous avons reçu le message après 5 demandes le lendemain à 11h. La salle de bain était sale et sans serviette, les draps n’étaient pas propres, le wifi inexistant ainsi que la télé qui était purement décorative sans parler des coupures de courant très fréquentes et un petit déjeuner plus qu’insipide. Pour finir, j’ai adressé les difficultés au personnel dont on attendait toujours le message d’information initial le lendemain matin et demandé l’horaire du late Check out, on a meme pas pris la peine de me répondre si ce n’est que le Check out était à 11h (horaire normal donc et non pas tardif comme l’option l’indiquait) Le bonus final étant que la clim a fuit à grandes eaux pendant la nuit inondant une partie de nos affaires.

• Guest (10/5): - 🤗Amazing Stay at Shridhar Resort🤗 My stay at Shridhar Resort was amazing from beginning to end specially thanks to Heera & Seema . Everything was just perfect—the pool was clean and refreshing, the open garden was beautiful and peaceful, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. Totally worth it 🫶
• Lucy jarman (10/5): Luxury hotel in rishikesh - BOOK YOUR STAY - My stay was incredible. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Grounds are beautiful and patrolled by a lovely security guard. Lovely clean pool and seating area to enjoy. Restaurant on site. I booked a garden view suite which exceeded my expectations. Large circular bed, A/C, kettle, hairdryer, TV whereby you can login to Netflix. Beautiful bathroom. Complementary drinks (water, tea etc) and toiletries. This hotel should definitely be rated higher it’s considered luxury
• Sandep (3/5): - Location is near to main road. But was dirty. Its not worth for the money we paid. Room was small and the window AC was giving very high sound. No toiletries were available in room. And intercom was not working. Staff behavior is good and comfortable.
• Prabagaran (5/5): - I can say staying for temporary okay example late night check in and morning check out , bathroom clean and shower (boiler is very old) facilities not upgrade . Cockroach keep coming to my room and bed not so clean
• DHARMENDRA (10/5): - location is just near bye the main badrinath highway road and situated in the middle of town and the resort is very calm and peacefull Igloo style rooms are amazing, also staff is very humble and cooperative

• Priyanka (5/5): Passable - The property features a modern design and is also visually appealing. 1. Experiencing a persistent sewage smell in your bathroom. 2. Portion sizes for breakfast were smaller than anticipated.

• Vivek (4/5): While the location and the igloo concept are great, the poor service and subpar food really let down what could have bee - Location: The resort’s location is its strongest point, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the Ganges river nearby. Concept: The igloo rooms themselves are a fun and unique concept that adds a distinct charm to the stay. It could be a great experience if paired with better overall service and amenities. Service: The biggest drawback of our stay was the poor service. The staff were either unresponsive or slow to address our needs. It felt like there was a lack of proper training and organization. Requests took forever to be fulfilled, and when we needed something urgently, there was no one available to help. Food: The food was incredibly disappointing. The resort’s kitchen really needs improvement, both in terms of quality and variety. The meals were bland and lacked proper seasoning or flavor. On top of that, the menu was very limited, and what we did order didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared. Maintenance: While the igloos themselves were interesting, the overall maintenance of the property could use some attention. There were some basic amenities that were either missing or not functioning properly, like proper shower fittings and door locks in the igloos, which made the experience less comfortable.
