• Rebecca (10/5): Modern, clean and peaceful bungalow- perfect base for exploring La Fortuna! - We loved our stay at Natura Bungalows- the rooms are even better than the pictures. Everything was very clean and plenty of space for two people! The surrounding gardens are beautiful and very peaceful. The bungalows are very well equipped and the host is very friendly and gave us lots of tips for our stay. It is situated about a 30-35 minute walk out of the main town (along a main road) which is perfectly do-able, although I would recommend a car to explore La Fortuna easily and with flexibility. Highly recommend staying here - it is one of the best accommodations myself and my partner have stayed in! Nothing!

• Harrison (10/5): - The sort of place that you wish you were staying somewhere longer - it was that good. Clean, modern and comfortable amenities. One of the best places I have ever stayed. It might bother some people - but it shouldn’t - it’s quite far out of town if you don’t have a car. But if you’re coming to a place like this, you really should have a car.

The apartment is exceptionally clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need. If we return to La Fortuna, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect!

Los anfitriones son muy buenos y atentos , si vuelvo a la Fortuna repetiría 100%. Hay un supermercado y una soda a 300 metros. Esta un poco alejado del centro, pero leyendo los comentarios lo sabia , hay opción de Uber por 2-3 usd , andando es como 30 minutos

And the house itself is very clean and spacious, bedroom, kitchen, and super nice bathroom are all included. The owner is the nicest owner we met. She provided all the necessary information for the stay and must do and must eat in the nearby area. She answers your request very quickly cause she basically lives next door. And the value of the stay is absolutely worth it. You cannot find a better stay with this price range. By the time we stayed, it kept raining and raining. There is no way to dry your swimsuit. Nicely the owner help us dry the clothes without cost. I can’t thank much on this.

Los dueños muy amorosos y atentos. Disfrutamos muchísimo este lugar y lo recomiendo al 100%

• Hanna (10/5): Definitely recommend🌺 - Here’s a natural, fluent English translation: Located nearby but away from the noise of busy La Fortuna, in a green garden, there are three bungalows that are absolutely new and very clean, which, as we understood, is already quite rare here. The owners are a very pleasant young couple, always in touch and ready to help if needed. On our very first morning, we met hummingbirds, parrots, squirrels, and a toucan right next to our terrace 😊 It was very comfortable, I definitely recommend it. Nothing. One small suggestion: it would be great to install mosquito nets on the entrance doors. There are no mosquitoes, but since the doors also function as windows, it would be more comfortable to sleep with the doors open, at least with a screen closed.

• Anna-Lena (10/5): Toller Unterkunft, Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis! - Wir hatten insgesamt drei Nächte gebucht, die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von La Fortuna & in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, in der Nähe der El Salto Rope Swing. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küche klein & gut ausgestattet. Ein Ort zum entspannen. Alles super.

The room was comfortable, enjoyed the spacious shower and bathroom. Looking out onto the gardens with a little terrace was great. The hosts were really nice and lovely, accommodated me coming in early and let me hang around. Honestly it was a little scary at night alone, there are some nature sounds and lots of windows which can lead to scary shadows and movements. Was a little inconvenient without a car as it is a little outside of La Fortuna and walking is not very accessible.

• Lisanne (10/5): Heerlijke tijd gehad bij Natura Bungalows! - Super vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Reageert binnen een paar minuten op berichten. Locatie was super en de accomodatie echt geweldig. Privé parkeergelegenheid afgeschermd met een poort, wat zeer veilig voelt. Ondanks de relatief kleine oppervlakte van de bungalow straalt de bungalow moderne luxe en hygiëne uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed was echt fantastisch!

• Sjoerd (10/5): Estancia perfecta para desconectar - Nuestro hospedaje favorito en nuestro viaje por Centroamérica. El apartamento impoluto y cuidado al detalle. José y Yancy súper amables y serviciales en todo momento. Además de estar súper limpio y decorado súper bonito, el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar: tostador, microondas, una especie de sartén, hervidor para el arroz, cubiertos, tabla de cortar, etc. No hemos visto ningún bicho o insecto en el baño (que suele pasar bastante en esta zona). La localización es una maravilla, puedes ver el volcán si no está nublado (por la mañana muy temprano suele estar despejado). Con el coche llegas en menos de 10 mins a la ciudad, al súper y a la parte del volcán). Nos ha gustado tanto el sitio que acabamos extendiendo la estancia. Hemos estado en paz absoluta. Marcharnos 😂

• Martha Ivón (10/5): El volcán Arenal y el lago transmiten naturaleza y energía pura sobre mil tonos de verde. - Lo mejor es que se ve el volcán Arenal sentada en la terraza de tu bungalow. El baño es inmenso y el jardín cuidado al mínimo detalle. El aparcamiento es gratuito y seguro. Los anfitriones muy amables te hacen muy buenas recomendaciones de paseos. Recomiendo: 1) paseo en lancha privada 1 hora por el lago Arenal. Haces fotos del volcán desde el lago 2) visita al parque de perezosos en La Fortuna Sloth Park La Fortuna: no necesitas hacer largas caminatas y está a 5 minutos del hotel. Una botella de agua en la nevera de bienvenida seria muy recomendable.

• Louise (9/5): Brilliant Bungalows - Modern property with a comfortable outdoor area and garden with a view of the volcano. Only three bungalows on the site so it felt quite private. The bungalow was really clean with facilities for making coffee and breakfast. We loved the shower. There is a bakery when you turn left outside the compound (up the hill). It was out of town and there wasn’t much round for tourists. It would be best with a car but was manageable with Ubers.

The location was in a living area, a bit out of town. From the pictures I have expected a location in a more spacious area. Only 1 Bungalow has the Volcano view.

• Thijs (10/5): Very comfortable and modern - Jose is a very kind host (he even drove us out to el salto) and the bungalows are in a very good condition. Clean and good location (quite close to the la Fortuna waterfall and el salto). Comfortable bed + spacious shower. Be aware that the bungalows are not in walking distance from La Fortuna’s city center, which was perfectly fine for us as we had a rental car.
• Kathryn (10/5): Luxurious, romantic, secluded, safe. - I was extremely impressed with every detail the owner put into the amenities and design. They had a pitcher of water already in the fridge, coffee and filters, and anything else you might need. It was beautiful, comfortable, and truly felt like a vacation. There is a rooster next door… He has his occasion noises but overall, not a real issue.
