• Lisa (7/5): Lovely villa and host, just a shame it’s so close to a very busy road. - Villa was fairly new with nice decor and finishings. The welcome pack was exceptional and very generous. The hot tub was great and a good size. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A 20 minute drive to an excellent beach. The villa is next to a very noisy road. Driveway was difficult to get car out of as there is no room to manoeuvre. Not very private as there is no gated access and there is a public footpath to one side of the property and people can see into the garden. We didn’t see anyone clean the hot tub during our stay. The photos are misleading as the top floor is occupied and you only have the ground floor.
• Danielle (6/5): - Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft Netter Vermieter Schlechter Unterhalt Eingegangene Pflanzen und ungepflegter Garten Zum Teil eingerissene Fliegengitter Kaputte und versiffte Gartenpolster Kaputter Liegestuhl Wollte man das Haus gereinigt haben oder frische Bettwäsche und Duschtücher, musste man zusätzlich 80 Euro bezahlen Hat nur einen Stewi Beim Kleinkind hat Windel durchgelassen, fragten für frische Bettwäsche, kam keine Antwort Kühlschrank im Nebenhaus hatte Schimmel Vorhänge zum Teil an Stellen runtergerissen.... Die Lage in den Slums von Kreta, darum sind auch überall Rollos in den Zimmern... Mega laut und lärmig, direkt neben Hauptstrasse Whirlpool wurde auch nur 1mal gereinigt, nachdem ich darum gebeten habe Wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht

• Maeva (10/5): Expérience inoubliable - Séjour absolument parfait dans cet établissement exceptionnel ! La propreté était impeccable et les équipements de très haute qualité. La décoration, réalisée avec un goût remarquable, rend l’endroit vraiment chaleureux et accueillant. Le spa était également fantastique et a ajouté une dimension supplémentaire à notre séjour. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par l’attention du propriétaire qui avait prévu de la nourriture dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée, ainsi qu’un adorable cadeau de bienvenue. Ces petites attentions font toute la différence et témoignent d’un véritable souci du bien-être des invités. Je recommande vivement cette villa ! Rien! Tout était parfait 😊

• Mirabela Nicoleta (10/5): Perfect - Totul a fost perfect, exact ca în poze, propietarul amabil, ne-a lăsat mâncare pentru dimineață, chiar dacă nu era inclus în preț (ouă, pâine, prăjitură, bomboane cu cafea, iaurt, cereale, lapte, batoane de cereale, șuncă, unt, dulceață, cafea). Am avut la baie periuțe, dischete demachiante, apă micelara. Propietarul s-a gândit la tot, am avut chiar și prosoape pentru plajă. Locația foarte cochetă și dotată cu tot ce este necesar.
• Maggio90 (10/5): Il tuo angolo di paradiso a Kissamos - Bellissima struttura, completa di tutto, in una posizione invidiabile per visitare le più belle spiagge di Creta. Modernissima, pulita e con una spettacolare jacuzzi riscaldata che ospita tranquillamente 6 persone. Posteggio auto privato e caffetterie, supermercati e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Perfetta.
• Francisco (10/5): - La villa era mejor de lo que esperábamos, bien ubicada y rodeada de bares, muy limpio, camas comodísimas. Todo está nuevo y bonito. La cocina tenía absolutamente de todo incluido múltiples snacks ,,(galletas, patatas,te e infusiones cafe...,) y productos para cocinar como aceite de oliva El jacuzzi caliente sin duda es un punto maravilloso. • Emanuele (10/5): La casa perfetta - Posizione strategica vicino alle spiagge più belle di quella zona. Pulizia casa impeccabile. Evangelos ci ha fatto trovare di tutto, dal cibo di benvenuto ai dischetti con lo struccatore. C’era tutto quello che serve.

• Alexandra (10/5): Perfect stay at HappyHouse Villa - First of all, the kindness of the hosts was outstanding! Such amazing people willing to help and give you suggestions of any kind! They made sure everything was impeccable during our stay! The house was amazing, we had everything we needed and more! A lot of goodies in the fridge and kitchen! There was also plenty of stuff around the house, including bathroom supplies such as face masks, soaps, cotton pads, nail remover and a lot more. Jacuzzi was also great, beautiful yard, comfy sunbeds, a big table on the outside terrace. I definitely need to mention the beds which were, I think, the most comfortable we’ve ever had in any accomodation. Supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance, beach nearby (reachable by foot also) Everything was perfect! Nothing negative to mention:)

• Karolan (10/5): Beautiful property - The villa is absolutely gorgeous has everything you need the Cassida at the bottom of the garden is beautiful and completely separate from the main house the town centre is about a 10 minute walk where there are many restaurants also the hot tub is definitely a plunge pool a really good size
• Florian (10/5): Lovely! - A beautiful house, very, very clean and comfortable. You have everything you need. Indoor you have all house stuff. The garden also was impressive with grass, small trees, jacuzzi and sunbeds. The host was honey and helped us with any problem in any moment. The accommodation looks better in real life than photos. Near you have supermarket, coffe, bakery and a taverna with tasty gyros. The location of the house in crete is near(20-30 min) all beauty places to visit like balos, gramvousa, falasarna, elafonissi, chania, aprox 1 hour to rethymno, aprox 2 hours to preveli palm beach and 3 to matala. Aprox 2 hour and 40 to the capital Heraklyon. The village kissamos is mediocre. You have to go to nicer places to swim or in the evening :)
