• Victoria (9/5): Magnífico lugar para visitar Roma. - La ubicación y las dimensiones de las habitaciones. Es muy cétrico, pero la zona es tranquila y con todo tipo de servicios cerca. Está bien equipado pero se agradecería que tuviera un tostador de pan, un espejo de cuerpo entero y bayetas de limpieza para cocina y baño.

• Tudor (8/5): Great - The location and the house and the apartment itself Well, due to construction works or was noisy during the day but we did not stay at home

• lorenzo (8/5): Consigliato per zona S. Pietro - ottima posizione a due passi da S. Pietro, appartamento ampio e confortevole con tutti i servizi necessari (cucina con microonde, lavatrice, etc.) doccia e lavandino facevano fatica a scaricare l’acqua, un po’ di pulizia e manutenzione in più non guasterebbe. Dalla mattina presto si sentono rumori provenire dal piano superiore.
• Anneke (8/5): - De locatie en de grootte van het appartement Ze waren aan het renoveren dus af en toe s'ochtends wat lawaai gehad, maar renovatie is natuurlijk ook nodig.
• Sabine (4/5): Urlaub auf der Baustelle - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Der Petersdom ist um zwei Ecken fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe! Leider war das komplette Haus eingerüstet und mit Planen abgedeckt. Urlaub auf der Baustelle! Sehr Schade, dass darauf nicht hingewiesen wurde! Das Haus auch innen stark renovierungsbedürftig und extrem hellhörig! Die Duschwand ließ sich nicht öffnen/schließen!

• Renate (8/5): Super Lage aber ab 5:45 Uhr wegen Nachbarn zu laut zum Schlafen. - Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Duschtür war immer noch nicht repariert. Dies war von anderen Mietern schon kritisiert worden. Die Bewohner über der Wohnung rücken ab 5:45 morgens ihre Möbel hin und her. Für Leute die ausschlafen möchten ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet, da es schon sehr früh sehr laut ist.

Tuvimos un incidente a la salida y nos olvidamos el móvil dentro de la casa, les llamé por teléfono y en menos de 5 minutos lo teníamos ya en manos para ir al aeropuerto. El ruido del piso de arriba desde las 6 de la mañana, todos los días, moviendo muebles.
• Constance (8/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut günstig, 10min zu Fuß bis zum Petersplatz. Ein Supermarkt, wo es alles gibt, ist gleich vor der Haustür. Es gibt einen modernen Fernseher, der gut funktioniert. Man bekommt einen normalen Sicherheitsschlüssel und muss sich keinen Türcode merken. In der Wohnung direkt darüber wird leider reichlich richtig extremer Lärm produziert, es klingt, als würden Möbel über den Boden geschleift, und das beginnt schon am frühen Morgen. Die Dusche hat eine defekte Schiebetür, die sich sehr schwer bedienen lässt und nicht vollständig geschlossen werden kann. Man wird deshalb etwas eingeengt beim Duschen.
• Cristina (8/5): Roma - Próximo do Vaticano, apartamento agradável num local simpático. A anfitriã no ultimo dia permitiu que as nossas malas ficassem no apartamento até as 16h o que foi muito bom para aproveitarmos o ultimo dia. Tem maquina de lavar roupa, muito bom para quem fica uns dias, nós fizemos uma road trip pela Sicília e terminamos em Roma, ter onde lavar a roupa é sempre uma vantagem, faltou o detergente, tive de comprar e deixei para o hospede seguinte. Fica a sugestão, não custa quase nada e o hospede fica agradecido pelo cuidado. Um pouco longe da estação de metro mais próxima.
• lor.mac (9/5): Comodo - La posizione: a 10 min da San Pietro. Estrema disponibilità e flessibilità della proprietaria sia nel check-in che nel check-out La pulizia è stata approssimativa (abbiamo trovato un cerotto usato per terra). Probabilmente solo un caso. Peccato.

• Sally-ann (7/5): Lovely unit in great location, with a bit more care this unit would get top ratings. - Location was awesome for us. The bed was comfortable, the living and kitchen was good. Great washing machine and indoor drying rack. The shower was broken and there wasn’t enough toilet paper, one roll for 3 nights isn’t enough. It would be better to have a kettle so people who drink tea can make it easier. The owner didn’t respond to our emails.

• Francis (8/5): Clean and well equipped one bedroom apartment, very close to the Vatican with a helpful owner - The location of this apartment is great, its literally a 4-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica. Once you're off the main road its a nice quiet local area with some great little restaurants, supermarkets and bars all close by. The apartment itself is a good size and is clean and well equipped with a basic but functional kitchenette, small refrigerator, and washing machine. The owner was very helpful, responsive and flexible for our requests. The first night we realized there was a minor problem with the shower door, messaged the owner that night, and she sent someone to fix it by 09:00 the next morning. The walls of the apartment block are pretty thin, which means that you do get noise from the building and upstairs. However, this didn't really bother us much as everyone seems to be quite quiet and sleeping by 22:00. The building and the street outside comes awake again at around 07:00, and yes, there is noise of doors opening, cars starting etc. So, if you are a person who is sensitive to noise, or irritated by it, then this might not be the place for you. It didn't bother me.
• Charmaine (1/5): The apartment looks great on picture’s and when you enter into the apartment it looks good, unfortunately the above issu - If you want to be close to the Vatican as it’s 10-15 minutes walk It was far from most attractions. The smoke smell that lingered in the kitchen sink area. The bad odour in the bathroom that filters into the adjoining bedroom. The noise in the building with people arriving and leaving can get loud. The neighbours upstairs move tables and chairs from as Earle as 3.30am and seem to walk around in heels. The power trips throughout the apartment if you use more than a few electrical items at the same time. To reconnect you need to leave the apartment and reconnect in the basement. Lack of kettle, toaster and kitchen tools. The exterior of the building is shabby.

The host was so helpful when we asked for help arranging transfer services from crui - Good location so we’re able to easily walk or transit to our destinations (like St. Peter’s Basilica and the Colosseum). Grocery store is just 5’ walk. Just frequent noise( moving chairs) from upper level . We didn’t have a blanket for the sofa bed.
• Maya (8/5): we had a lovely stay. Martina was very helpful and acommodating. - Nice area, close to Vatican and also good restaurants. Noise travelled a little between neighbouring apartments.
