• Fabiana (5/5): Não recomendo - A localização é boa, perto da praça central e de fácil acesso. Fiquei num quarto com 5 camas, embora minha reserva fosse para um quarto individual normal. Na hora da cobrança, colocaram várias taxas extras que não constavam na reserva (disseram ser do Booking, porém eu nunca tinha tido essa experiência, inclusive na mesma viagem pelo Peru, onde passei por várias hospedagens). Utilizaram uma cotação de dólar em 3,53 soles, sendo que em todos os lugares informavam 3,47. Uma surpresa bem ruim que nunca havia acontecido comigo. Meu irmão ficou em outro quarto e teve a mesma experiência desagradável no pagamento.

É bem perto da praça das armas tb, uns 10 minutos caminhando, na verdade fazíamos as coisas tudo a pé em Cusco. Maria sempre muito gentil conosco.

• Mélanie (9/5): Auberge très sympathique au coeur de Cusco - Le personnel est très bienveillant et nous a laissé la possibilité de garder nos bagages un jour avant, de pouvoir arriver plus tard que l'heure prévue. La qualité du lit, l'eau chaude, la wifi, et le petit déjeuner ont fini de rendre ce séjour très agréable!

• Vadison Costa de Almeida (1/5): Nunca mais! - Não gostei. Má vontade da dona da pousada, cobrança extra do que estava no Booking. Tentei trocar os dias (não cancelar), ela alegou que não tinha vaga, depois resolvi ficar mais um dia e de repente surgiu vaga. Não indicaria e não voltaria no Peru se só tivesse a pousada dela. Nas fotos tudo é lindo e maravilhoso, mas na prática as instalações são precárias, o café é precário e regrado. Aconteceu outro fato muito chato, mas como não tenho como provar, não vou citar. A dona está sempre querendo empurrar pacotes de passeios, fazendo perguntas demais e é extremamente grossa. Lamento que o booking aceite tantas hospedagens com comentários duvidosos. Aconselho aos turistas consultar também o google antes de fazer reservas pelo booking. As fotos das instalações da pousada são puro fotoshop. Minha pior experiência de pousada até hoje.

• Anna (4/5): Najgorsze noclegi jakie mieliśmy przez 3 tygodnie w Peru. - Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Personel bardzo miły. Zawsze była ciepła woda w pokojach. Pokoje były obskurne, były dziury w ścianach, ściany były pobrudzone, listwy podłogowe odklejały się. Pokoje nie wyglądały jak na zdjęciu, zdjęcia przedstawione na stronie zupełnie nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości. Lobby hotelu znajduje się na otwartym powietrzu i dlatego w pokojach jest zimno. Oboje z mężem przeziębiliśmy się co znacząco pogorszyło nasz dalszy pobyt w Peru. W trakcie pobytu personel poprosił nas o dodatkową opłatę twierdząc że na stronie booking nie było aktualnych cen za pokój. Nie chcieliśmy się kłócić i zapłaciliśmy dodatkowo 30 soli. Ogólnie nie polecam tego miejsca.
• Esther Yanett (3/5): - La señora María, muy amable, servicial, y la ubicación Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Campanario no fue buena. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. No había calefacción y la primera noche nos tocó una habitación extremadamente fría; tuve que pedir una estufa y casi no me la traen. Además, el baño se inundó. Solicitamos cambio de habitación y la siguiente estaba un poco más cálida, pero la limpieza y el estado general del lugar seguían siendo deficientes. Además de tener publicidad engañosa, ya que, no tiene nada que ver las fotos que publicitan con la realidad. No lo recomendaríamos.

Nos cambiaron la reserva al llegar, tuvimos un cuarto compartido con otras 4 camas, porque nos dijeron que habían ya ocupado la habitación que reservamos. La ducha tenía humedad en el techo y hacía un poco de frío por lo grande del espacio.

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean room, hot water, good breakfast with fruit, bread, omelette, coffee and many choices of tea. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the Plaza de Arma. Maria was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions. She offered the best deals for the tours. We went to the city tour, VIP Sacred Valley and 7 Lagoons (my advice is to rent a horse for these tour, as it was not easy to walk 13 km in the high altitude). All the tour Maria offered had great prices! Also, there are restaurants near by the hotel with great food. Overall it is an affordable hotel, good location and the staff makes you feel comfortable!
• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - I came back to the same hotel after my trip to Machupiccho. Nice and clean room, hot water, good breakfast. The hotel allows you to leave your luggage after the checkout. You have the options to pay cash (soles and dollars) or credit card with additional 5%. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the Plaza de Arma or Mercado San Pedro. Maria was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions. The hotel also offered tours with great prices. Overall it is an affordable hotel, good location and the staff make you feel comfortable!
• Derraill (10/5): Exceptional - Mrs. Maria took the best care of me. One day before my admission, they gave me breakfast at no cost because I arrived super early. When you make the payment they charge you an additional 5% percent but they give you the option to pay in cash.

Quite neighbourhood and they also provide laundry service for a cost. The location is abit far from the main centre.

• Janet (5/5): Good value but very basic accommodation-no frills here. - The location was close to busy Ave El Sol and a reasonable walk to the main square. They served a good breakfast. My room did not have a window, so very unappealing to hang out in when I had some down time. Breakfast was served in the outdoor courtyard, which turned out to be pretty chilly during my stay.

• Joanne (4/5): Could easily have been better! - Location was OK, breakfast was good although very average coffee, rather have tea. Staff were good. I'd taken overnight bus from Puno arriving around 5.30am and arrived at hotel around 6am. I was happy to wait for the room as I realize check in is much later - they almost looked confused that I was checking in at all? 1 hour later room was ready - so really appreciated the effort at the time. Shower Water was hot 🔥 The room felt cold, my towel supplied was Damp and nowhere to hang anything - ended up hanging things on the door knob - no hangers in the wardrobe. Bathroom felt unclean as grouting needed a good scrub. I might have stayed the other 4 nights but definitely can find better - checked out! The breakfast was served outside and it's cold weather temperatures, I could have requested to sit inside but after everything else it was all too much and the entrance to sit was super dark.

I really appreciated the hot water and tea in the evening. I struggled to find it because it is under a different address on Google Maps, so make sure you use the address provided on booking.com
