• Paola (10/5): Great stay in Bari - Excellent apartment in a great location, walking distance to train station and historic center. Very quiet at night. The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped and really spacious. The host was very kind and flexible, he allowed us to check-in early what made our lives really easy. I highly recommend this apartment. Nothing I can think of.

W pobliżu są również restauracje serwujące posiłki od godzin porannych do wieczornych. Dużym atutem jest przestrzeń, duża kuchnia z wyspą wyposażona we wszystko, co jest potrzebne. Łazienka to raczej duży pokój kąpielowy :) W każdym pomieszczeniu są ogromne okna z okiennicami. Do apartamentu wchodzi się przez dziedziniec, wejście otoczone jest zielenią w donicach. Bardzo klimatyczne, komfortowe miejsce. Nad całością czuwa wspaniały właściciel Daniele, bardzo pomocny, kulturalny, dbający o komfortowy pobyt w jego apartamencie. W dzień przylotu otrzymaliśmy pomocny filmik z instruktażem wejścia do mieszkania. Podczas naszego pobytu dopytywał czy wszystko jest ok, czy czegoś nam potrzeba. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce! • Roberta (7/5): Questo viaggio è stato qualcosa di incredibilmente meraviglioso! 🇮🇹 Il mare, il sole, la cultura, l’architettura – tutto - Negli appartamenti ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stata l’ampiezza degli spazi, i soffitti alti, le porte e quell’autentico fascino d’epoca. Anche il cortile ha un grande potenziale, ma meriterebbe sicuramente più cura e attenzione: valorizzarlo e renderlo impeccabile vi porterà senza dubbio molti riconoscimenti in futuro. Complimenti per l’ospitalità e per aver saputo trasmettere il carattere unico di questo luogo. L’appartamento ha lasciato un’impressione contrastante. Il punto di forza maggiore è sicuramente lo spazio ampio, dove è piacevole soggiornare, e le piante presenti nel cortile, che danno un tocco di accoglienza. Tuttavia, in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo, a mio avviso la struttura non corrisponde alla cifra richiesta. Manca estetica – dai mobili in compensato, che impoveriscono visivamente l’ambiente, ai dettagli usurati: sedie da bar rotte, copriwater instabile. Il divano del soggiorno richiederebbe ormai una sostituzione completa – è vecchio e, per aspetto e stato, non risponde più né al comfort né all’immagine generale. Peccato che le finestre si affaccino su spazi bui – al momento della prenotazione non era chiaro che ci sarebbe stata così poca luce naturale. Le piante del cortile sono splendide, ma lo spazio nel suo insieme appare trascurato. Con un po’ di cura e attenzione potrebbe diventare un’area di grande richiamo e il biglietto da visita dell’appartamento, capace di regalare agli ospiti un vero “wow effect”. Attualmente ciò che è mancato di più è proprio questa bellezza e cura estetica.

• Hauwert (9/5): Great apartment in a great location! - The room is big and spacious. The tub is nice and the bathroom is good. Kitchen is sufficient. Missing a chefs knife, but we weren't really cooking anyway. And I'm sure if you ask the host, he will arrange it for you. Airco is great! The shower pressure and warmth of the water can be a bit better. Also the shower floor can use a bit of love. But these are small things. Even without this, the shower is fine
