• martha (10/5): We had a great time in Volos and this apartment was charming. - This was a slow burn. When we first got there, we thought where the heck are we? It's in an old industrial part of town, with hardware stores and retired train tracks, but there were a few restaurants downstairs and across the cobblestone street. By the next day, we were charmed. The fish house downstairs is gourmet-level, and the restaurant next door was a community favorite, absolutely full and spilling out onto the street every night. I felt completely safe. There is a tiny park right in front with trees and birds. We found a few bakeries a couple of doors down. The place felt unique and picturesque. The balcony wraps completely around the building, so at night, we could step out for a view of three winding cobblestone streets worthy of artistic photographs. I would go back again. I now think it's the best part of Volos. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. I could tell that the owners gave a lot of thought to the decor. So many apartments feel sterile, not this one. There is a busy street not far away, but the windows blocked the sound. So really no problem at all.
• annie (10/5): Très agréable séjour. - L'emplacement de cet appartement, dans un vrai quartier Grec, avec artisans et tavernes , situé a deux pas du port de pêcheurs . L'escalier de marbre de 28 marches (permettant cependant avoir une vue sur le quartier..)
• Chrysoula (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή! - Όλα άψογα: η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη (σαφείς οδηγίες για check in, προτάσεις για διασκέδαση), η τοποθεσία ( στην περιοχή Παλιά όπου υπάρχουν τα πάντα γύρω σου και κάνοντας έναν σύντομο περίπατο βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο της πόλης), η καθαριότητα (το σπίτι έλαμπε), η άνεση (πολύ ευρύχωρο και ηλιόλουστο, πολύ φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα, υπέροχη διακόσμηση, πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι και στρώμα). Μακάρι να ξαναπάμε. Αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια στους ιδιοκτήτες! Όχι ότι μας χάλασε κάτι (άλλωστε οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν προβλέψει για τα πάντα σχεδόν)αλλά μία πρόταση είναι να τοποθετηθεί μία κρεμαστρα τύπου καλόγερος δίπλα στην είσοδο. Ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ δεν υπάρχει αλλά βρίσκεις χώρο τριγύρω σχετικά εύκολα.

• ΠΑΥΛΟΣ (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή! - Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, μοντέρνος, καθαρός και cozy χώρος για ξεκούραση. Κοντά σε εμπορικούς δρόμους, καφέ και τσιπουράδικα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Συνολικά το κατάλυμα ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Στα αρνητικά, λίγη φασαρία από κοντινό μεζεδοπωλείο με ζωντανή μουσική, αλλά σε ανεκτά επίπεδα.

• Ulrike (10/5): Angenehmes und schönes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht….und mehr! - Sehr schönes, sauberes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, wo man alles findet für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Modern und stimmig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar neben Cafés und Restaurants. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und stets ansprechbar.

Every detail has been thought through to perfection, including the choice of lighting levels. It is a calming serene space with all comforts including a very comfortable bed. The electronic shutters are fantastic. Location is in the heart of the old town, within a 5 minute walk of the main KTEL bus terminal with local and long distance services. The apartment is in the midst of the Tsipoura mezedes eateries of the old town, which come alive at night making it a most vibrant neighbourhood. Nothing
