• Vishal (8/5): Very good - Rooms are good and comfortable, same as shown in photos just photos clicked with filter camera so keep it in mind, food is good, tea is good, staff is good, have good parking space. Have good wifi coverage, washrooms are clean with hot and cold water. Led tv not working but doesn't matter. Location is not where it says on map its about 300 m inside the road near Hadimba Residency on hadimba temple road, it's real name is Royal Residency. • Sahil (1/5): Horrible Experience - There is nothing to like however the good thing is that mall road is very near to the hotel. As I book my room from your website My actually booking was in Royal majestic however once I reach there they said it's same hotel but it's not same. The room is very dirty and the pictures which they send me it's different from actual and my booking was confirmed for family suite which has balcony however they don't get me that room. So it's horrible and the bed sheets, towel and duet corn were corn. The bathroom drainage ia clogged as well room floor is dirty. Even though the room phone is not working. So hope you can imagine how was my experience and hope you ll find some better experience for future.

• Vivek (8/5): Very good - We stayed there for 3n in jan 2025. The view from the hotel was amazing. It was just 15min walking from the mall road. The staff was co-operative, on requesting he arranged satellite connection for us so that we can enjoy our cricket match. Also the hotel name is Royal view cottage. Bedsheet should have been more clean. L

He asked us to come and when we reached,he said the rooms were sold. Highly irresponsible. Also the property is very long from Mall road. We have to pay more cab charges to reach the hotel. No nearby restaurants.

The distance is walkable from Mall road and Hidamba Temple. Overall good can be rebooked. Food is very good n tasty.Just to add, do not waste ur money on outside dinner ,have it at this hotel, dal n tawa roti...awesome. Hotel name n location both were not the same as mentioned in app. Hotel name was Royal View. Both nights my eyes were feeling mosquito coil iching n smell. Washbasin leaking room 102,bedsheet n pillow not clean, blanket of low quality.. I witnessed snowfall for wich I went to Manali dats Y I do not bother all such.
