• Elisabeth (8/5): Tolle Lage, schöne Einrichtung, Apartment etwas düster da im Hinterhof - Tolle Lage, sehr zentral, sehr geräumiges, schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Leider hat es mit dem Schlüsselcode nicht auf Anhieb geklappt, die "Rezeption" war zwar per WhatsApp erreichbar aber es wurde ungenügend kommuniziert, ab wann Apartment zugänglich ist. Leider sehr knappes und unpersönliches Welcome Service.

• Mario (7/5): Schöne Lage, großes Apartment, aber sehr dunkel. Viel zu teuer!! - Das Apartment war sehr groß. Schöne moderne Ausstattung. 2 Badezimmer. Alles war vorhanden. Kaffee, Tee, auch Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank. Besteck. Etc. Tolle Lage. Direkt in der Innenstadt. Leider war die Wohnung etwas zu dunkel für uns, da wir nur Fenster in den Innenhof hatten oder In den lichthof. Das macht es ein bisschen trostloser. Heizung im Vorraum, bzw. Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer und auch im kleinen Badezimmer funktionierten nicht. Also so luxuriös wie beschrieben ist das Apartment nicht.

• Wayne Poynter (3/5): Avoid this apartment unless its winter and you don't a view or WIFI. See the actual pictures. - Place was clean and very new. Furniture was comfortable. Almost zero WIFI connection. Sitting in front of the access point you could barely get a connection. If you have T-Mobile there is not much cellular coverage so WIFI is critical. The air condition was very, very poor for the size of the space. I question the architect's decision. They promoted pictures of a apartment with a balcony and we got an apartment on the inside with no view. They lie on their presentation. also

• Sonia (6/5): Spacious, clean apartment in good location but access is via digital key only. - The apartment is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. It is nicely renovated and spacious. The second bathroom is a bonus, and the property was very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with glasses, crockery and cutlery, etc. and the dishwasher works well. The toaster and kettle worked well too. * access is only via an electronic key, which didn’t work on my Apple phone. Fortunately, it worked on my sister’s android phone but we had to make sure it was always charged so we could get back into the apartment. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, this was a concern. * the air-conditioning did not work properly, which is terrible during summer. We had the AC on maximum for our 4 night stay, and the living room did not get below 26 degrees. The AC did not reach the bedrooms and they had no fan, so they were very hot during the night. We told our host about this problem and he just told us to run the AC day and night. * the main bathroom only has a bathtub, no shower. * the apartment was advertised with ironing facilities but the iron didn’t work and there was no ironing board. We asked for a replacement iron and it took 2 days to arrive after much insistence. * the washing machine is good but there is no drying rack to hang the clothes after washing.

• Cian (10/5): Fantastic flat in the heart of Udine - We loved our stay here. The apartment couldn’t be more central with convenient parking nearby (underground parking of Piazza Primo Maggio). The flat was very very clean and in great state, its perfect for 2-3 people stays. Super easy check-in and door system. The double bed topper was probably too soft for our liking. There are 2 flights of stairs (no lift) to get up to the property, for us it wasn’t an issue but if you have mobility issues it might be difficult.

• Magdalena (10/5): Best choice for Udine - My first choice to stay in Udine. We came back and we were not disappointed. Absolutely perfect location, amazing apartment and spotless service. I totally recommend.
• Laura (6/5): Style over substance - The location of the apartment is very good. The quality of decoration and fixtures and fitting also good and it is clean. Noone met us at the apartment, it was just keyless entry controlled via an email link with poor instructions. It took around 15 minutes including having to send a video of what we were doing to the host. This also means that if your phone runs out of battery during the day whilst you are out you have no means to get back in which meant we were always on edge if we had low battery. Access is via a very very dark stairwell which when going down steps is quite dangerous. There was no welcome pack or instructions on how to work the heating, air-conditioning or electrical appliances. When I asked the host he didn't provide any either. The iron didn't work at all and there is no ironing board at the property. Reported to host and said he couldn't rectify whilst we were there. The information listing on booking.com states that wine and chocolate/biscuits are provided but they aren't. I've stayed in many apartments in Italy and this was the worst equipped. The photos on the listing are also a little misleading as the room sizes are must smaller in real life. The mattress on the single bed is extremely hard.
• Gregory (9/5): The kind of place you’re elated that you just booked- it’s really good, and the pictures don’t do it justice - Great location- very central to everything I wanted to see. Terrifically apportioned space- the kind of property I could easily see myself wanting to live in if I were somehow in Udine long-term! Good service, stylish too… The only dig I have is very minor. The master bathroom was obviously designed to take a bath in. I prefer showers. I had to go to the secondary bathroom to do this. That’s all!

• Roberta (9/5): A pleasant surprise to find such a big and tasteful apartment in the very centre of Udine. - The apartment is located in the heart of Udine. It is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The nearest parking facilities are about 5 minutes walk from the property. Not convenient if you carry lots of luggage.
• Andrew (9/5): Excellent location. Supremely comfortable beds. - The location of the apartment is fantastic. The apartment itself is bigger than the photographs suggest and very well laid out. The beds are extremely comfortable, and having an en suite and an extra bathroom is very practical. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and enough equipment for a longer stay. The way in which the property is accessed, via a website which allows you to unlock the house door as well as the door to the apartment is pretty frustrating. It would have been nice to have a physical key, particularly for the house door, as you are reliant on having an internet connection to get into the house otherwise. While we were there the wifi did not work which was frustrating and one of the bedside lamps needed a bulb. Not major problems, just a took away a little from the experience.

The apartment is perfectly located, being able to walk from the train station, and then being right in the center of life in Udine! It still is quiet once you are in the flat, making it easy to relax after busy day of sightseeing or shopping 😁 It is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities you need for a city stay. One even would be able to cook one’s own pasta (if it weren’t so convenient and delicious in any nearby trattoria) It is exceptionally clean! A few words to the communication: just wonderful! We were contacted via WhatsApp to announce our arrival, then were awaited in front of the apartement to show us how to enter and all the things to know. Very friendly, very professional! Kudos to your team! The light switches can be a bit confusing, me as a technical person likes these things, my friend was rather confused trying to find the right switches 🤣

• Gregory (9/5): Superb - Almost everything. And the hosts are really helpfull and understanding It's clean. Spacious. Super well situated The place is a bit dark. Buts that's the only little downside.
