Once you have mini kitchen in your apartments, maybe somebody should check the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, pots, etc. At 10.10 (10 minutes later then is official check out ) in the morning I was taking luggage from the room to the car. As I had more bags, I had to come back to room. BUT THE ACCESS CODE EXPIRED AND I COULDNT GET IN!!! I was using ring bell, knocking the door, windows, CALLING THE UNIQUE PHONE NUMBER YOU HAVE ON YOUR BUSINESS CARD, no answer. Until today no beck call.....Outside 3 degrees Celsius, rain/snow falling, my coat inside. If I hadn't left the window in my room open, I might still be standing there today... This in the modern digital shitty aproach. No people, just primitive machines, codes, locks. NEVER MORE.

Mark (10/5): - Very comfortable, modern and clean, with everything you could want provide, cooker, fridge and Tv, and a big cosy bed. The building isn't maned so you just use a number code sent to you by email, to open the front door, and your room, but I believe their is a site office around back. The location is quite out of the way, however very quiet at night. so you definitely require a vehicle, however their is a small town/village less than a 5 minute drive down the road, with a restaurant bar and supermarket, also there is a fuel station about 3 minutes drive. The room has complementary milk tea and biscuits, also shampoo, and in reception area there is a lounge with a hot drinks machine and a vending machine for crisps chocolate and water etc, and a large TV. Al in all a very quiet cosy and very modern guest house. No Air-conditioning

Mimkata1991 (10/5): Totally recommend - The building and rooms seem to be very new. The whole place was very clean, there was a kitchenette in the room, Munich is around half an hour drive away. The bed was very comfortable. Easy and uncomplicated check in and check out. The price was unbeatable compared to anything in the region, especially since we were there for the Munich fair. Unfortunately not very soundproof. We were woken up a couple of times from inconsiderate guests just walking up the outside stairs and talking loudly in the corridor.
