• Robin (9/5): Excellent apartment. Recommended to anyone who appreciates cleanliness, location and value for money - Comfortable, safe and CLEAN apartment in an upscale part of Hivernage. Very helpful instructions on the location. Easy to get to from Airport and buses to Jemaa el Fnaa just a few minutes walk away. Next to Menara Mall, with Carrefour supermarket on the ground floor/ basement and several stories above. Very good modern restaurants on the ground floor of the Mall, with excellent restaurants at the entrance Just one thing. Why no plugs for bath, wash basin and kitchen sink ???

• MUHAMMAD (6/5): - Pros: Good location, very clean apartment Cons: Apartment was very cold and AC setting was incorrect and when asked to come and support and it took them 2 days to come help. There was leak under washing machine, again came after 2 days to fix it. We requested extra blanket as it was very cold and again, it took them 2 days to bring it and we left after 3rd night. • AB (7/5): Central location tidy apartment but - It was spacious. Good location. Tidy and clean. Location is good and right next to the Mall. The checkin instructions were not handy. The location is central but can be crowded. Bathroom old and kitchen could do with more equipment.

• Sandra (6/5): Matig, - Het appartement was ruim. De bedden waren verschrikkelijk. Keihard. De keuken was niet voorzien, we hebben zelf soepkommen en koffiemokken moeten halen.
• Sian (10/5): - Lovely apartment with everything you need right next door to shopping mall so easy to pop in for essentials. We walked everywhere but there were taxis if needed. Huge space. Large beds. Comfy. All bedding. Extra blankets. Loved it.0
• Naima (5/5): bon emplacement mais trop cher pour ce que c'est. - l'emplacement la résidence est assez ancienne, il y a eu des travaux en plein dans l'après midi pendant la sieste de mon fils et le pire du pire il y a un rat qui est sorti par la tuyauterie 15 min après les travaux j'ai hurlé . heureusement que la personne qui m'avait installé, est venu au bout de 30 min me sortir le rat c'était affreux

• Mohammad (9/5): Excellent place to stay. Almost perfect. - Clean, nice and organized. Provided everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Shops were close by. The location is super close to everything. Struggled with the shower. Overhead shower unit doesn't work. Water leaks from the pipe. Needed to use the hand shower. Hot water was tricky to get it to comfortable level.1 mm left or right changes temperature dramatically. Then the water pressure was also very low.
• Miss (8/5): Great stay, we enjoyed Marrakech very much☺️ - Soufiane was great and very understanding, we loved the country and location was very central to Menara mall. Apartment was very spacious too. I would come back again for sure. This is just feedback only, there was 2 towel for 4 people and atleast 2 toilet roll needed in each toilet, basic cleaning products like liquid for washing up should be provided. salt and pepper not refilled, we did not have enough salt for cooking.Air condition in main room not working properly and sink in bathroom wobbly we were very careful & worries it will break. final thing nothing to do with host, Bablyon residence nice but the swimming pool has some safety concerns pool stairs half broken and completely missing and there was some loose electrical pool lights which were hanging off.
