• Lea (7/5): - Preporučujem ovaj objekt, blizu je kolodvora za vlak i autobusni kolodvor, blizu je samog centra Baria. Jedina mana je velika količina vlage u prostoriji koja se jako osjeti.

• Dorota (6/5): Mieszkanie jest 15min pieszo od dworca,plaży i starówki. Cena trochę za duża jak na ten standard - Mieszkanie znajduje się przy cichej ulicy, blisko do marketu. Aneks kuchenny wraz z podstawowym wyposażeniem pozwalały na przygotowanie posiłku. Sympatyczny gospodarz, udostępnił parasol plażowy, dobry kontakt przez cały pobyt. Elektryczny piecyk oraz klimatyzacja na wyposażeniu. Akcesoria w mieszkaniu takie jak suszarka, czy żelazko na plus. Brak okna w mieszkaniu, jak się wchodziło powietrze było stęchłę przez wilgoć w środku. Mieszkanie przerobione z jakiegoś punktu usługowego, na dole rozkładana sofa, a na niej osobny, za duzy materac, który się zapadał. Na antresoli łóżko duże i wygodne, ale coś nas pogryzło tam, nie wiem czy jakieś mrówki, czy co :/ Na górę prowadzą strome schody, wejście czy zejście niezbyt proste, a z dużą walizką niebezpieczne. Deska sedesowa była miękka, z ceraty, na plastikowe śruby, prawie przy każdym korzystaniu wypadała.

• Liudmila (10/5): Excellent location, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. - We stayed here for a night. Super convenient location, just 10 minutes to the train and bus stations, and only 5 minutes to the sea. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. The host was really friendly and helpful. It comfortably fits four adults. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.
• Jasmina (7/5): Family stay - Location is very good. Easy communication with the host. The bed on the upper floor was very comfortable. Kitchen content is ok. Extremely high humidity and the smell of mold in the appartmen. Not suitable for kids stay. Water was dripping downg the walls and tiles. Very uncomfortable bad on the ground floor for both adults and children. Very steep stairs. It wasn't vey clean. We also found bugs.

Wszędzie smród wilgoci a na ścianach wszechobecne wykwity PLEŚNI. Jedyne malutkie okno, które było w apartamencie nie uchylało się - absolutny brak wentylacji.

• BedWer (10/5): bardzo udany pobyt - super lokalizacja, blisko do morza i promenady, 10-15 min spacerkiem do miasta i dworca głównego, w drugą stronę 10 min na plażę, w mieszkaniu wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, w okolicy jest dużo knajpek, pizzerii z pysznym jedzeniem, za rogiem supermarket, mieszkanie przytulnie urządzone, łóżko na górze bardzo wygodne, sympatyczny gospodarz, dobry kontakt, szybko rozwiązany problem z zawieszającym się internetem, po wymianie routera internet działał bez zarzutu, dobre miejsce dla osób niewymagających, szukających miejsca w dobrej lokalizacji łóżko na dole nie jest zbyt wygodne, nieco odczuwalna wilgoć w mieszkaniu, ale nie jest to duży problem można zostawić uchylone drzwi żeby przewietrzyć

• Tellervo (8/5): Nice stay - Close to the railway station and the old town. Cozy apartment and friendly host. Don't take breakfast! It's about 2 km away. Only coffee and old croissants. Not worth the price! The upstairs neighbor spits from the balcony and throws cigarette butts.

• Szklenár (4/5): Hosszabb időzésre nem alkalmas a szállás. Nem is értem ablak nélkül hogyan lehet működtetni. :( - A klíma remekül működött. Az apartman egyetlen légtérből álló, galériás, ablaktalan helység. Nincs lehetőség szellőztetésre, illetve a ruhák, törülközők szárítására. Az ágy, ami valójában kempingágy, kényelmetlen és instabil, és ágynemű sem volt éppen makulátlan. A fürdő zuhanyzós, a legnagyobb probléma a málló vakolat, és mivel itt is nagyon gyenge a beépített szellőző, így penészesek a falak. A zuhanyfüggöny is penészes volt. Minden sarok pókhálós volt. A hűtő 3-4 személynek nagyon kicsi, és a konyhaasztalhoz sem lehet egyszerre csak 2 embernek leülni. A wifi nagyon gyenge és lassú, ha többen használják egyszerre 10 percenként megszakad. Az üvegajtó éjszaka beereszti a fényt a sötétítő függöny ellenére is.

• Samira (7/5): - Personnel disponible par téléphone, effort de propreté notable. Appartement bien équipé. Moins de 10mn de marche de la gare. Il s'agit d'un studio en duplex en RDC qui ouvre directement sur la rue. Pas de fenêtre dans le logement. Petite odeur d'humidité en raison de l'absence de fenêtre et aération adéquate. Escalier raide ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants ou aux personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité.

• Yifei (9/5): Superb - Close to city center about 15 min walk, very cozy split, nice decoration, the owner is very friendly and solve the problem promptly. The sofa bed is too soft if you want to use it, the vent for bathroom is not good.

• Kanyinsola (8/5): Very good - The space was beautiful, clean and well stocked! Glad that there was a breakfast option The host was slightly hostile when we were communicating over WhatsApp. The breakfast did lack variety.
• Alex (7/5): Good - The apartment is set up in a former commercial space with the door directly onto the street, without natural light and without the possibility of airing the room. We had to sit with the door open and people in the street looking at us. It did not seem normal to me that this aspect was not mentioned. * Quite a lot of dust in the room. * We had 2 possibilities for throwing away the trash: at the end of the stay (3 nights) or to personally throw it in the trash cans on the street (where we could find them). * We politely asked if the towels were changed and we were told dryly "that we are not at the hotel" 😄 * The host's communication and responses lacked any empathy and kindness, often giving the impression that we were talking to a call center robot. * For 130 euros per night I had higher expectations. * Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place, unless you have no pretensions.

• Kazradze (7/5): Good - Property were good and clean, good location, close to the center, quiet. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast (croissant and drink) for the child, even though I indicated in the reservation that we were a family with a child.

One sofa (possible for 2 another people) beautiful and clean just 😅 don’t turn on air condition and hair dryier at the same time cause can happend that the electricity stop working. But it’s not a problem to solve it 😅 but yeah it!/ not so comfy
• Simona (10/5): Amazing Appartment - It was such a perfect stay! First of all, it is one of the cleanest appartments that I have seen in Italy, the flat is huge and has a lot of beautiful small details. Everything is prepared: shower cream, shampoo, towels, hair dryer and a fully equiped kitchen. In addition it's located in a calm street, so that you have a quiet night. The bed was super comfortable, I am amazed and was not expecting such a wonderful stay. The contact was via Whatsapp and everything was explained in detail and answered directly. I will definetely come back! Grazie ♥️
• Anastasiia (10/5): Cozy Apartment - The apartment is new, I really liked the bed on the second floor, very comfortable mattress. The bed is large. On the ground floor there is a folding sofa bed, also comfortable. A very small kitchen, but it has everything you need if you stay for a while. Also a nice and new bathroom. There is a window at the top of the door, it is without a curtain and at night, when cars drive, the light gets a little into the apartment area. A couple of times I woke up at night because of this (because I don't sleep soundly) if curtains were hung it would be better, darker in the apartment.Everything else is super.
